I was going to order Uber Eats but they always screw up my order, forget the ranch, the sauces on the side, etc. I'm glad I ordered on line and picked up my wings. I would have given 5 starts if they got it right from the beginning but with a mix up, they made it right so instead of 3 stars they got 4. We ordered a bunch of appetizers to go for the Eagles game one Sunday. We ordered it through DoorDash and it arrived on time and still warm. From the pictures, you can see we ordered quite the variety. The medley platter was great with all the different options to choose from. The chicken fingers were crispy and the chicken was tender. The cheese curds were warm and cheesy, just like the pretzel bites. The fries could have been better, but they weren't the worst in the world. I can't comment on the inside of the restaurant because we didn't dine in, but in terms of food quality, it's on par with what is expected of typical bar food, deserving 3/5 stars. My wife and I decided to stop there for dinner and just enjoyed our time. We decided to sit at the bar and we recieved wonderful service from Stephanie. She didn't rush us about our drink orders or food orders but was helpful with giving suggestions. Stephanie also allowed us to taste a couple of the flavors to help us make a decision so it wouldn't be too hot. She made a great long Island and after talking to her we found out she wasn't normally a bartender and was just covering for a coworker. We ended up with lemon pepper, mild, the heat flavor, and mango habanero and it was great. Also don't forget to get some wedges if you are there they are also worth it. Dined in last night. Parking lot was a sheet of ice. Reported it to the manager. He said it would be treated but when we left it was the same. We then were waiting to be seated and had to basically seat our self due to no one coming up to us. We ordered 5 apps and ever single app came out cold, along with the chips on the sampler being so soggy as if they have been sitting with stuff on them for hours. Came here last night close to closing times so it wasn't very busy. Placed a order togo and the cashier was very helpful with assisting me with deciding on what dry rub flavors to get. I put in an order of tater tots on the app, and I was surprised when it said to pick up the food over an hour later. I figured it would not take them that long to make an order of tater tots so I went about 45 minutes after ordering and they were done. The woman who helped me at the counter was really nice and the tater tots, as always, were really good. I had to call him over from the bar so he could take our order. Sadly this was not my choice with so many better choices in the area. We waited 15 minutes to find an employee to seat us. The whole place was maybe 20% full. Looking around we saw lots of tables left with dirty plates, unbussed. That was a very bad sign. It took about 30 minutes for us to get our appetizers. The wings were just ok. It was strange that sharing them, there were no plates. We ate off of napkins. The sandwiches were underwhelming. I had a burger that was burnt on the bottom. Not even edible. I like the fact that you can split you wings into 4 different sauces. We ordered 20 and split them into Medium, Spicy Garlic, Parmesan Garlic and Asian Zing. Surprisingly Parmesan Garlic was my favorite, but most of the wings were lacking that punch. I guess I will have to try hot next time. The pretzels are really good 2, you get 3 to dip into queso or your favorite wing sauce. The thing I do not like is they do not have pitchers of beer! I believe today a tall Oktoberfest was like $7 where at Hooters I can get a pitcher of Miller Lite for that price. Outside deck was cool as well but where we were seated the fan didn't work and it was hot. Service was definitely lacking as well! I wasn't feeling the love that should one should experience while watching the game and having a few tall boys with my friends. The table we were sat at wasn't cleaned properly. All the tables around us were dirty and still had drinks on the table while the waitresses were talking among themselves in the corner. Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Typically I don't bother writing reviews for chain restaurants but this was so bad that it needed to be documented. Kristina was absolutely terrible. From the dirty table we were sat at, to the 10 mins it took her to bring the water and soft drink, to the chocolate cake that looked like someone chewed and spit out, it was horrible from start to finish. There was also no "2 bite check" or any check-in it all. When she dropped off the chocolate cake that I mentioned earlier, I immediately shook my head and started to tell her I wouldn't be eating something that looked like that and she walked off before I could get a word out. When I was finally able to get her attention long enough to send it back, she picked it up without a word and walked away. No mention of the fact that she should've NEVER brought that out to a customer in that condition to begin with, or of the fact that she cut me off mid sentence earlier, or that I had to flag her down to even send it back. We had to flag her down once again for the check and then again to pay it. Either she had a reallllly bad day, or she just reallllly didn't want to serve us. The kicker out of all of this is that it was not busy at all and the only other table she had was finishing up as well. Next time I'll go with my first choice and stay at Hooter's. read more

I will say that BWW met our needs with good service and nice perks, much better than Hooters ever did down the street. I thought the wings were tasty enough to make me happy. And we got a prime location on the patio to hold our draft with excellent wifi service. Again, they far surpassed Hooters when it comes to hosting draft parties, and if you ever want to hold your draft here I highly recommend it for that purpose. Now, would I tell you to go to BWW over a place like Duffers for food, or maybe Stanley's in Delaware? No, of course not. You can't beat local places. I know that. Would I tell you to go to a place like BWW over PJ Whelihans? No. PJ's makes better wings. If BWW is good wings, PJ's are great. Would I tell you to go to BWW over a place like Hooters or Applebee's?
