We came in during lunch and got seated right away, which was a great start. We were helped almost immediately and were able to order without waiting long. One thing I didn't like was the price. It was $18 for 10 wings, which feels pretty expensive. I did appreciate that they had calories listed on the menu, that's something I always like to see. Our waitress was a good waitress in terms of doing her job, but she wasn't very sweet or friendly. That's something I personally value, so it made the experience feel a bit less welcoming. They also brought out our main food before the appetizer, and it turned out they forgot the appetizer completely. It came about 10 minutes later, but they gave it to us for free because of the mistake, which I appreciated. The wings were good, and the buffalo chicken dip was also really good. The ambience was nice and made the place enjoyable to sit in. Overall, the appetizer situation made the experience worse, but the food and quick service still made it solid. Got here just before lunch rush on Sunday. Doors opened at 11 am and the Angry Orchard on tap was ice cold and delicious. There was only a handful of people in the restaurant having just opened. Staff: Our waitress was smiling and very friendly greeting us immediately. She was always smiling and engaging with us. Atmosphere: TVs all playing various sports from bowling to the major sports. NCAA tournament coverage and opening season baseball. For sure will get your sports fix while relaxing. The music was engaging and uplifting, even had a few customers dancing in their seats. Sportscenter playing to round out the sports coverage! Cleanliness: The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Restrooms both ladies and men's were clean, huge plus for me! Immediately when walking in, my Fiancé and I were not greeted. We were just asked how many people and she brought us to our table and left. Once our two friends came to join us, our waitress came over to ask for our drinks. My 22 yr old friend ordered a strawberry margarita. The waitress did not ask my friend if she wanted the drink on the rocks nor did she even ID her. Once my friend received her drink, she came to realize there wasn't even any alcohol in it. Took the children there because we couldn't settle on what type of food to eat. Also, it had been months since I'd last had BDubs and long enough for the children that they couldn't remember being there. Dina was our server and was awesome! I wasn't aware that kids eat free on Wednesdays. However, we still managed to spend nearly $60 (before tip) and my daughter and I had water and the boys' drinks were included. I should probably tell the truth and say it was because my appetite was (ahem! I mean "the kids" appetites were) so big. But I'd rather give props to Dina's excellent upselling ability. But what's up with these silver serving trays and not having salt nor ketchup on the table?!? What happened to the paper food trays, with the BW3 logo on it, that food used to come in? I usually like Buffalo Wild Wings, but after tonight I am done. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, no dressing because I wanted to take it to work tomorrow for lunch. I also ordered Asian Zing cauliflower, no peppers, and an all American cheeseburger with only lettuce and mayo. What I got was a chi Caesar WITH dressing, Asian Zing cauliflower WITH peppers, and a black bean burger WITH lettuce,pickle and onion. The fact that they managed to get all three items wrong and couldn't tell a black bean burger from a double cheeseburger is astonishing, but my burger had a hidden surprise in it too. There was some kind of stick hidden in the burger! When I called to complain about my order, they said that sometimes the sticks "break off"!! I have seen toothpicks inserted in the top of a sandwich to hold it together, but never a stick hidden IN the sandwich. The fact that I actually tipped them when I ordered online just added more insult to injury. I am lucky I didn't choke to death or injure my throat or mouth on the stick. read more

Inconsistent quality and temperature of food. My partner and I joke that it's always a 50/50 chance it will be good. When it's hot, no complaining here but we have sent out food back many times because the wings have been barely warm and for the price, I don't settle for that. We return because of the variety of sauces and take the "50/50 chance". Disappointed they got rid of their "Buffalo chips" and replaced with tater tots. I'm out of town on business and it is very rural where I'm staying so I went 30 mins out of my way to grab some wings. I ordered 12 wings, Side salad, and cheese curds. When I got back to my hotel, I open the takeout containers and there is no blue cheese or celery or carrots with the wings. Not the end of the world, but no one told me I had to ask for these things if that is how it works. Then I open my side salad and there is no dressing and I wasn't asked for what type of dressing I wanted. I wrongly assumed some type of house dressing would be on it or included in a side container. Very awesome atmosphere........if you like sports. I love football so it was a great experience for me. The food was really good and the sampler tasted great. The service could have been friendlier but there were some exceptions. Being able to see football in every direction is great and the specials they have for their drinks are pretty good. Don't order takeout from this location. You could eat in and be done before you would get your takeout order. This isn't the first issue I have had with takeout. I placed an order through their website to pick up the food and gave 30 minutes until pickup. I'm pretty patient and ok with going and paying when I was supposed to pick it up and having to wait 10-15 min after that point for the food. I understand they can get busy and I'm ok with that. Getting your food 45 min after the time you placed it online isn't too bad. However, after arriving at my pick-up time, I waited an additional 45 minutes from when I was supposed to pick it up. It wasn't even a complex order, it was 25 boneless wings. They were losing tickets in the kitchen, orders for other pickups that weren't even there yet kept coming out. The manager had to go back to the kitchen and tell them the names of the people who are actually out there waiting for their take-out. It appears pick-up time means nothing, they just randomly pull tickets. This is unacceptable. I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt but this is the 2nd time that we have waited more than 40 minutes after our pick up time when getting takeout. I chose to not write a review the previous time it happened assuming it was just a fluke, apparently it isn't. To keep customers when this happens they could at least give a discount for the next visit or a complementary side. The manager just offered an empty apology. To top it off, when I got home, I realized the amount of wings we received was less than what we payed for and they were barely luke-warm. May be time to find a new wing place to visit now. read more

Would be back at least once every other week or sometimes more often on a whim when out and about. Was sick so bad the following day I contemplated going to the hospital but was afraid I would make a mess out of my car on the way in. I will never be back to this location in my life and have just recently even thought about going back to this franchise at all. That's all just thought about.
