Great experience, waiters were nice, food was great, a lot of people there I think it's a great thing because Texas Roadhouse is one of the best chains in America or maybe the WORLD. Lots of entertainment, good kid friendly music that still go along the lines of maturity, it was around 7:00 when I left, there were two girls, I forgot one of their names but one of their names were "Kayla" at the bar area, she speaks loud and clear and is very nice. Good people that Texas Roadhouse was hiring. Not just only going to give her credit, but the whole team. Thanks for a good dinner experience. Also there is a little condensation leak going directly on the right corner chair from perspective in the bar. Basically where the exit is. read more

I had the catfish for the first time. Danny the server was great I was so amazed at the service and how great the food taste during a Sunday evening with everybody dining in great restaurant if you're traveling on the eye 75 interstate in Ohio. read more

Their dinner rolls are so good. Also if you are allergic to peanuts I would be careful inside because you can get bags of peanuts.

This was actually the first one of the chain that I have been to. There was one big pro and one big con. In my opinion, the pro slightly edging out. The pro I find here is that you get great value for your money. There are some decent quality dishes at decent portions for great prices, especially considering the economy these days. The con I found was our service. A couple of our orders were messed up multiple times, although they were willing to try to make it right in the end. Which is great, but of course the multiple mess-ups don't help. All in all, I think I would definitely visit another chain or even this the same one if I was in the area again. I think for a sit-down restaurant these days, it's hard to beat the value proposition here. read more

Service was fine but a little rushed. Chicken Salad was made wrong. None of our steaks was cooked to the temps we requested ( 2 undercooked and 2 overcooked) and none of them tasted seasoned. Mashed potatoes was best thing of the entire meal. read more

Typical chain restaurant , the food was hot and served quickly. The server was quick and pleasant. Checked on us a couple of times. It was very loud atmosphere and very busy. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and our potatoes were delicious. The salads were a nice size. read more

We went to Texas Road House (Findlay Ohio) on Aug 28/2026 a party of 7 for a Birthday Celebration. We were visiting from Florida. Everything was going great until our waitress spilled a whole tray of drinks on me, I was totally soaked from mid-waist down....the booth top on my end was soaked as well. She apologized saying she couldn't believe she did that said sorry and got someone to clean up the floor brought us rags for us to clean up the table....Number 1 where was that my responsibility to clean up the mess ? 2 ) right after she did that she walked away never offering to clean up she sent someone else. 3) Not once did a manager come over to check what had happened! Never offered their apologies never offered to see what they could do to make it right. I did not yell at the waitress, instead I gave her a hug and said accident's happened i was so stunned on what had happened. I couldn't enjoy my meal or even eat it.... I was sitting there soak and wet and feeling miserable. Where was the manager? I didn't c want to cause a scene at the restaurant last night , but I will be calling there today! I am a elderly woman and i feel very disrespected not only for myself but for our whole party. read more

My students and I were on our way home after a weekend trip to Lake Erie/Cedar Point. They begged for Texas Roadhouse on the way home. We pulled into this location a couple minutes before they opened and there was a small line waiting to go inside. We jumped in line too. We had a small wait but only because we had a group of 8 that they needed to set up for. We got seated promptly after they got a table together for us. Our server was amazing and super sweet. She was so gracious with this crazy guy awesome group of teenagers! Some of my kids also work in restaurants so they were great about making sure not to leave it a nasty mess for the server and bussers. Anytime she asked us if we needed anything else, the kids all had requests, but she remained gracious and cool. We've all been to TR numerous times, so we knew what to expect when it came to the menu. Most of us ordered smaller meals. I can chow down on their mashed potatoes all day! The kids just kept chowing down on the rolls. I asked our server to just keep them coming. LOL Which she did! I'd totally recommend this specific location for sure! read more

left a damper on my fathers day . . . server forgot to replace my fathers day candy which was broken, forgot to bring lemons, took a long time to bring food, when food was brought she had her finger spill bar b q sauce (no apology, replacement) . . . food was fine once it finally arrived . . . manager did a brief check right after our food arrived but hardly waited for a real response about what all was going wrong with our visit . . . overall we were ushered in and out with real careless service, with me left in a bad mood and damper on my fathers day visit . . . read more

Started with floaters in my blue moon, the waitress was reluctant to fix it, but I scooped out multiple pieces for her to see. My girlfriend and I both ordered medium steaks, mine was well done/medium well, hers was very rare. I also ordered fries as a side, did not receive them, and let the waitress know. After I was about done with my steak she asked if we needed anything, mentioned my fries, she forgot to put the order for a second time. Worst Texas Roadhouse experience I've had read more

Our waitress was a very polite and attentiveperson. The meal we had was mediocre. The salads had very limp lettuce. The biggest issue was the manager on site would only allow two drinks to be served to our table over the period of our entire meal. When we ordered the third round of drinks for the table, we were informed by our waitress the on duty manager would not allow us to be served anymore and it was not just us. It was even the people at the bar. We politely paid our bill and left, but will never return again to that restaurant. We did give the waitress a very healthy tip because she was good at her job. read more

Place use 2 B good & steaks prepared properly. I use to receive a properly prepared steak but not anymore. Also, Cheap sugary drinks yet I'm willing to pay for a better drink but top shelf here means nothing. Is it because inexperienced bartenders or kids making drinks? Eating out cost a fortune & can't see the value in this restaurant anymore. read more

We love the food. BUT the music is so very loud we avoid the place. We would love to go more often!

I recently had a less than satisfactory experience at a Texas Roadhouse location. As someone who travels for work, I make it a point to visit Texas Roadhouse restaurants whenever possible. During my last visit to this one a few months ago, I encountered issues with the service. I observed the hostess allowing individuals who were not on the reservation list to be seated, which I found concerning. When I brought this to the attention of management, their response was that the hostess was young and simply trying to accommodate her friends. During this visit, I requested a table for two but was told that they could not seat me until my friend arrived. I explained that I wanted to order appetizers and begin my meal before the second person arrived, but I was informed that they would have to go to a separate table if they arrived late. As a fan of Texas Roadhouse, I believe that this location would benefit from some improvement in their operations. Outback is right across the street ! read more

This was the fastest Texas Roadhouse I have been to in Ohio. Aubrey was my waitress. She did a great job. Kept my water filled, made sure I was doing alright but didn't over do it, and the food was cooked to perfection. It's meals like this when you are on a business trip alone that you cherish. Shout to Texas Roadhouse Findlay for making it happen. read more

Always amazing food, service is super duper fast and friendly. Great music and sports on the tv's. This place never disappoints!

Don't order online. The website will tell you one time, and then it will still take an additional thirty minutes for it to be done. Ordered my food at 9:06, it said it would be ready at 9:33. Cool, we get there at 9:36 and are told that it will be ready in 4 minutes. It wasn't ready until 9:53. The bread was not their usual bread, and it was cold. We didn't get gravy for the country fried chicken. They didn't give me honey mustard for my chicken critters. This wasn't a very good experience. I know it was late, but I didn't expect that many hiccups. read more

For a chain restaurant I think this place is great. Steak Kabobs have never disappointed me.

Chris was our server tonight and he was amazing and attentive even when it was busy , food was amazing as always

Waitress was nice but the food isn't very good and the place feels dirty. Check it out for yourself. Everyone has their own opinion.

I don't like to eat at chain restaurants. But, the front desk lady at the hotel gave me a 10% off ticket for this place, so I had to try it. I have to say that the rolls they shoved in my face as I sat down were absolutely delicious. Maybe I was really hungry, but they were light and fluffy. I ordered two pork chops, which were prepared in such a way that pleased me. I dipped my fork bites into the gravy which accompanied said pork chops, and I did not regret that. The baked potato was pretty good. The green beans peppered with bacon bits were not good, however. In summary, I give this chain five stars, possibly for being in the right place (near my hotel) at the right time (my hungry time). read more

Expectations: 5 /10. Experience: 2/10. lousy "wine list", flavored (?) butter, too sweet dinner rolls; insipid "Caesar Salad" (no hint of anchovies, of course, and topped with dry bagged parm), and the feature: hammered salmon sitting in alleged lemon butter. Altogether awful. read more

We called more than an hour ahead to place an order to be picked up at 6:00. 1) had to wait more than 10 minutes past 6 for order to be brought out to the car. 2) no rolls were available and were told it would be another 10 min., so we declined. 3) ordered 2 12oz traditional cut strip steaks. One was smaller than half the size of the other, leading me to believe it was a lesser quality cut, yet still charged $18.99 for it. 4) food was cold when we got it home. The previous night we ordered fish from Fin's and it was piping hot by the time we got it home. Did not feel going back to get this rectified was prudent, as it was so busy and feel they probably wouldn't care. So no, I will not go back. I'll go to Steve's or Outback next time. Seemed very poorly managed. read more

Steak was cooked to perfection! I had the sirloin and my dude had the filet. Char on the outside was crisp and flavorful without the burned taste other restaurants can leave you with. Never had bad dining experiences inside restaurant. Excellent service with top tier quality food.. however it has changed my view a few times when ordering on the app for pick up. Got drive thru service basically, food is rushed and under par and missing items as well, that's after waiting longer than I would if I had dined inside. read more

Over priced and below average. Both the burger and the steak were not properly cooked- the steak lacked flavor and presentation, the steamed vegetables were underdone and bland- even the burger was flavorless and boring. The kicker is that we got charged for an extra order of fries that we didn't order. The burger came with fries- why would I order more? It was a shameless jack for money. Boo. Never coming back. read more

Came here with my grandpa the other day. They had THE BEST ribbs. The steak was amazing in flavor as well. I highly reccomend coming here. Texas Roadhouse - The ribs just melted in your mouth while the flavor of the bbq just tops off the taste buds. The steak was amazing as well! 10/10 - Steakhouses Near Me - Findlay, Ohio

Over the years I have probably ate at 20 different Texas Roadhouses in Ohio and across the US. I think that gives me a pretty good perspective on their food, standards, and service. With that said this was a very average experience on all three counts. As I was traveling I stopped in Findlay for what I thought would be a tasty, early lunch. Compared to their dinner rush, this place was not busy at all and appeared to be well staffed. The parking lot, men's restroom, and dining room were clean and orderly. I waited five minutes with no one ahead of me to get seated at the bar. The bartender greeted me and got me a drink very fast. That was the only time I will use fast in this review as I waited ten minutes to place an order, twenty minutes to get my food, and ten minutes after I finished to get my check. I did get a refill with my meal. Overall though based on how NOT busy they were, I spent a lot of time waiting that I shouldn't have had to. I really like their pork chops and I think as a whole this chain tends to be very consistent. To my disapointment, the chop was over cooked as I am use to getting a tender, juicy chop and instead got an overcooked and dry piece of meat. The fries were luke warm. When you get use to fries that are crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, it is a disappointment when you get less than their best. The green beans were very good. This was my first stop at this location after driving by many, many times over the years. I hope I caught them on a bad day, but this will be the last time I stop here for awhile so I will just go back to driving by again and again. I don't want to tell you not to go here, but beware they can keep you waiting and not deliver as expected. read more

I love this place! Sure, sometimes it takes a little time to get a seat and your food, but their food is always worth the wait. Plus their roles and cinnamon butter are the best, you cannot argue with me on that!!! read more
