Let me start by saying I grew up eating at red lobster establishments. But in the greater Cleveland area. I took my husband there 2.5.26 for his 70 th birthday. We both ordered the salmon, shrimp was, lobster plate. I know cooked food and I know over cooked and under cooked seafood. We started with our beverage I asked for a glass of house wine. Waitress suggested a type of blackberry sangria tasted like blackberry syrup good but barely enough wine. When our order came I could see the shrimp was 1/2 grilled and cold, the lobster was so over cooked we couldn't even get it out of the shell (precooked and flash frozen) without making a scene my fork flew across the table into my husband plate funny yes when looking at the salmon the bottom was so seared, it was hard not crusty but crunchy if we would have tried to eat it. The waitress came and asked us how were our first bites? My husband said disgusting! She said sry and walked away only to return with our $118.00 check! I never mind spending money on a night out. But I expect great food something to brag about something that stays in my memory of delicious! The best part of our dinner was my baked potato and Brussels sprouts, my husband's was his rice- he had to wait for the mashed potatoes which he brought home, we both brought our food home hoping to pick through it for our dogs. I will never return to red lobster again. I was more hurt that my husband had a horrible birthday dinner we can't celebrate 70 again! My husband said we should have gone to apple bees or cheddars. As I shared with my friend my experience, he said red lobster used to be the place! He agreed about the small tails flash frozen then probably microwaved. I explained I try to get my husband to pick a lobster, $50 no worries but to think how it would have been cooked or under cooked! I give a no star for food but a 1 star for service and I left her a $10 tip Thanks but no thank, I won't be returning EVER! read more

We've been to this location several times over the years. We always have great food and service. We had a party of 7 today. Almost everyone order some version of shrimp and it did not disappoint. We also ordered the lobster pizza as an appetizer and it's so delicious it could be a meal! We had Cathy and Wendy as our waitresses and they were great. Very knowledgeable and personable. We hadn't ate here in a long long time and decided to try it again. It has been numerous times and every time it has been great! They are on time and the service is always good now. They aren't as busy but maybe thats a good thing in a way. Our food is always yummy now. A plus is they actually follow directions when doing pick up! read more

I hadn't been to a Red Lobster in years. This one followed Covid protocol. The food that I had was very good. Of course it started out with their famous biscuits. I chose the coconut shrimp as my appetizer, great crunchy batter and tender butterflied shrimp inside. My entree was the salmon bowl which consisted of a decent sized salmon filet, roasted Brussels sprouts covered in crunchy onion sticks and drizzled with teriyaki. A side of rice and quinoa and a small mixed greens salad drizzled with a ginger dressing. Out waiter was a nice young man who was very attentive to what we needed, even though they were busy. Not worth the money. I'd rather drive to Toledo to The Real Seafood Company. The best thing Red Lobster has going for them is the biscuits.

So I don't ever leave reviews because I'm lazy but! The Wagyu Bacon Cheeseburger was absolutely immaculate! I would go as far to put it in my top 3 burgers I've ever ate so far! The burger (made medium rare) was juicey,extremely delicous, and just fell apart with each bite. The bacon even tasted like the bacon I ate in the 90s. That good delicious old taste! Also one more thing about the burger is the meat tasted healthy not so processed like other places. I also tried for the first time the mashed potatoes with the langostino and Norway lobster topping. That was also very delicious! I actually mixed it all together and combined it with the burger and... OH GOSH! So good! Glad I did that. The compliment each other very well! Now for the final part of the meal was my wife's birthday reward, Chocolate Wave Cake. I don't care for cakes anymore since I turned 20 (29 meow). We decided to come here at the last minute on Mother's Day, and it still went well, so, yay. Only waited 10 minutes or so for them to prepare a couple of tables. Pretty standard Red Lobster, old-school but with some new menu items, etc. Big, lots of wood, nice variety of seating. We brought a crowd: 5 adults and and 7 kids. So, things were kind of chaotic and I felt bad for our server. But she stayed on top of things, with only a few little, quickly-corrected glitches, and dealt with our questions and requests. I had two small plates: the shrimp potstickers, and the lobster artichoke dip. Plus, of course, a ton of biscuits, which the server kept stocked (and she gave us bags to take the extras home.) The potstickers are a very small portion, I think three of them, but were pretty darn good. Slightly zippy sauce, big dumplings, cooked just right. The artichoke lobster dip had some big chunks of lobster, lots of cheese, plenty of seasoning, and a ton of good tortilla chips for dipping. Others had lobster, salmon, shrimp, etc. Is it the best seafood ever? Nah, but it's pretty good, and you can get both the classics and some interesting new items. Sweetie had soup and salad, and liked both. Baby K ate biscuits, salad, and maraschino cherries (with so many kids we had lots of Shirley Temples, and my fingers were red from tearing the cherries up a little so she could eat them.) So, good food, great service. And when Sweetie lost her phone as we left the staff searched and searched, keeping us apprised, and finally found it. So, above and beyond. This is the first Red Lobster that I ate at after moving to Ohio from Japan over 20 years ago. So it continues to have a special place in my heart. It's nice to see that they've continued to do a good job with the upkeep of the building to keep it looking fresh. For better or worse, it's a chain restaurant. The food and the service are both consistently good. Is it the best seafood restaurant in Findlay? Probably not. But if you're craving some fried shrimp and cheddar bay biscuits... this Red Lobster definitely hits the spot. read more

After Covid and re-opening, they have been less than desirable. Menu is limited and food quality is sad. Portions seems smaller, freshness is questionable and wait time for seating/food is long. The manager at this location is one that you try to avoid interaction. Between the tone of her voice and over eagerness to please you it is annoying. Sometimes less is more. This is the best Red Lobster hands down. Excellent management shown by the long time happy employees that work here. They always ask if we are on lunch so they know we need to get in and out. The lunch menu is such a good deal. Love the shrimp tacos and I know it's hard to believe but the best chicken alfredo I think I've ever had. Food always comes out hot and even their dinner salads are extremely fresh and crispy. Their take out containers are microwave safe for leftovers and they send you off with a bag of biscuits for later. Love, love, love the baked potatoes rolled in salt. Can't comment on dessert, I never have room at the end of the meal. Good hot food for around $8 a lunch and good service. read more

This review is late, I apologize... My girlfriend and I went to Red Lobster on Valentines Day for dinner. I realized after we walked in that we arrived 10 minutes before closing time. As someone who used to wait tables, I know that I probably inconvenienced a lot of people by doing this. Even so, the waitress could not have been nicer. It's been 5 years since my husband and I were last at a red lobster, now I remember why. It's endless shrimp time so we ordered the shrimp. I ordered an order of the Mediterranean shrimp, it came out cold and over cooked. The wait for refills was 30 minutes. Our waitress, Dawn, waited until a group of young kids who were there for homecoming dinner left before she went to the table next to ours and talked trash about these kids because they didn't eat all of their food. This location is by far better than most. The staff is very friendly and you receive hot food which is better than the cold dinners served at other locations. I normally order coconut shrimp and crab legs and the quality of them is better than some more expensive restaurants I've been in.
