We ordered a large onion ring, and we were given a small, which was thankfully corrected after being pointed out (apparently it's a bug in their system?) Stopped in for a late lunch one week day afternoon and was Delighted by the service and quality of food.. Obviously a brisk take out business was also transpiring in the back corner but for me I loved it. The place was clean the staff was outstanding.. The food was excellent. The wings were cooked perfectly I had a dry rub and also one of those more sloppy kinds and I like both of them very much . With the light and staff you do sit at the bar area which is still a restaurant in many other standard places but you know what it was nice T v's going on in all 3 sides and it was great seriously it was great I don't know why people are not in this place I really don't know it's a good place to eat and I really enjoy it and I plan on coming back many many times again. read more

After receiving the news about Buffalo Wild Wings newly improved boneless wings (more meat, less breading) I knew I needed to persuade my boyfriend in to going to check them out. It being 'Boneless Thursday' it took approximately 8 seconds to convince him that we NEEDED to go see if wings were worth the hype. Upon arrival we waited over 15 minutes before our server came. I believe this was due to a miscommunication between the host and our server because after that it was smooth sailing and great service! We came during happy hour and got discount Chili Con Queso for an app! We ordered four different type of boneless wings: garlic parmesan, mild buffalo, medium buffalo, and Asian zing. We were happy to note the sauces were the classics we have come to love but the wings themselves were larger and the breading-to-protein ratio was much better than before! Overall, these wings have been greatly improved and we are happy with BWW decision to transition. If you go try the new wings, don't set the bar buffa"low", they're great! read more

I absolutely love the food when it's still served hot. But, the service is horrible, everyone that works there seems clueless as to what's going on, and no one is friendly. Yesterday I ordered to go and stood there for 25 mins PAST when it was to be ready and there were still 4 people ahead of me waiting for their food. When I finally asked for someone to check if any of our food was ready you would have I thought I asked for a million dollars. I work for a bigger company here and a lot of us used to come here for a quick lunch but I know many of us don't anymore because of the horrible service. This Bdubs was closed on Sunday afternoon (Which should be a great day to do business. Is this sports bars, football, baseball?). I had a group of friends that wanted to eat, drink and watch the late afternoon games. I called to give them a heads up that 10 to 15 guys were coming. I got prerecorded messages saying sorry we are busy and we'll get to you shortly or something like that. After a minute of prerecorded stuff, another more mechanical message saying something like we can't take your call, and then it hung up. So we drove out there to find it was closed. As much as I enjoy a nice night out at buffalo wild wings, I have never been as disappointed as I am tonight with my dinner. The food wait was around 40 minutes and the place is empty. The mac and cheese that we had ordered came with a bite taken out of it and was cold. When we asked for a new one there was an eye roll from our food runner and it took them another 20 minutes to bring a new one out only after having to ask yet another server. The fries were cold and soggy, the chicken tenders were tiny and dry. Not only that but they refused to give me my bleu cheese dressing and caught an attitude with me. And to top it all off I payed $7 for a mixed drink that lacked alcohol and was made into a 6oz glass. Over priced and very poor customer service. Even though I am not a huge sport fan, I think this chain is great for any sport fan, just like my boyfriend. There are a ton of televisions playing a multitude of different sport games all at once. As for their wings, I love the fact that they have a huge variety of sauces for them, ranging from non spicy at all to extremely spicy. I tried the extremely spicy sauce...it was good. My boyfriend had the ribs and wings with hot sauce on the wings. I snagged a rib. I though the ribs tasted pretty good. Just as a heads up though, they are on the sweet side.
