There were very few people in the restaurant while we we there, and still our wait times (for food, for drinks, for our check) were inordinately long. And, when we finally did get service (for food, our bill), we had to flag it down (after waiting nearly 30 minutes with entirely empty plates and glasses for the check). It was odd. Meh.

Careless might be my word of choice. There is an issue when the onions still had the dry skin on them. Just sayin. These folks need a corporate product QC visit.
