A lot of the basic beverages. There's beers on tap as well as mixers. Chill place when nothing is going on around. It's also not that crowded when other places are full. The only thing on the menu here is alcoholic beverages which is a good thing. All one needs to have fun. It's about $6 for a basic cocktail like whiskey mixed with Coke or whatever. Can also bring things in. There's a lot of close by restaurants. Got the basic drinks like beer and cheap cocktails. It's open later than most places around here. They have grill in the name but no food so eat before or bring in something from wherever.

It doesn't take long to realize this is a place of commitment; serious drinkin' commitment that is! Its a sinister first impression with a dark weathered overtone. After all, this a daily 6:00 A.M. shotgun start for regular customers that are typecast by sight, sound and a specific alcohol preference. Despite the hardcore nature of Noonan's appearance, the sun was shining and the natives were friendly. My guess this is a mom and pop operation that upholds an order of professionalism. The place is worn as hell but impeccably clean. All bars have a niche. I'm told home cooked food is available at all times with specific daily specials; 'Big Pork Tenderloin', 'Hot Beef & Mashed' and 'Chicken Salad' to name a few. "Could this be a food destination"? When entering the bar you might think you are in a different land, and in a different time! It feels kinda like an Irish pub in a dungeon! But there's a pool table so you know your safe! There are two long bars one on the side room where the music is and one in the main room! I have been here numerous times of the past 10 years and the bar tenders always seem to be the same. And they are great! Prices are great too, you can get your fancy whisky or craft brews, but they also carry cans of PBR, and Old Mil for us on a budget! The music room is great, it has great sound, and Aaron H. who has booked here for years brings in great stuff, a totally curated room of music! The locals just come here cause there is live music and they usually leave satisfied in their choice cause Aaron has great taste! I have been lucky enough to play here a few times and every time I have had a great time! They have a great back patio as well, but like I said they are right off the Mississippi so it might get kinda buggy sometimes! This is a total gem if you find yourself in Dubuque!
