We met family here today for a Birthday lunch for my sister in law…read more I LOVE the interior here - high ceilings, all the polished wood- absolutely gorgeous. Now, my sister in law complained that it's very loud and echoey- but she had her earplugs and that helped. Service was attentive too. Most of us ordered salads- my husband and I had the chicken chipotle. It was creative and tasty. It's pricey here- $18 for a salad - ouch- but it was for a birthday and she was happy for the celebration.

It's also located inside of an old bank, so we wanted to check this one out. We were seated immediately and received great service. The waitress was new, but already familiar with the menu. She made recommendations and was very attentive. We started with the pretzel and I can't wait for you to see the photo of how huge this thing is! We all three ate some of it, and there was enough for two people left once we were all done. It's massive! For the entree, I had the chicken quesadillas, my husband had the salmon bowl, and my son had the French dip. The food was all very good and if he chooses Dubuque for college, we will definitely be back!

When you first walk in, this place is absolutely big and spacious. I don't know if this bar actually ever gets busy but it was empty with my visit here. Staff here was friendly but they were not too social at all. They do get a big plus for the huge variety of drinks featured. They have a food menu as well but I'm not sure what the cutoff time is but looking at what they had it was pretty affordable. Great place to catch a game and the bar is mostly full of regulars. They got an outdoor area as well. This place may be completely different on the weekends. Overall, for my time coming here on a Tuesday it was quite dead.

But the interior was very cool and the area was very pretty. They have a nice outdoor patio, inside bar and table seating. Plus they have several arcade games and sweet merchandise. Service was friendly and everything was clean. They had quite a few beers on tap so I opted for a flight. I sampled the cramden bike-fruited sour, Punchy the clown-sour, Bangers-Strawberry Rhubarb Piehole-gluten free sour, and I Gotta Have My Hops-imperial ipa. They were all really good but my favorite was the strawberry rhubarb. It wasn't overly sour but was more sweet and was just a nice, light, summery drink. For dinner I had the Cuban B-smoked pulled pork, ham, pickle chips, honey mustard, and Swiss cheese on a hoagie roll. It came with a side of fries. The Cuban was delicious. The flavor was Smokey and sweet with a little acidity. It was really well balanced and was very tasty. Highly recommend. The fries were crispy and crunchy and not overly salted. I'd definitely order them again. Highly recommend that you stop in if you're in the area. If we end up around here again, we'll definitely stop in again.
