Hayley was our server, very sweet and good at suggestive selling which I can appreciate being in this industry for over 35 years. The food was good just disappointed in the burger because it's like a Wendy's burger, not anything like a Butch Cassidy burger which I expected with it being in a restaurant. We were seated immediately. Our server was prompt and courteous. We wanted a quick dinner before my shift for work, and we happened to catch the M-F 3pm to 6pm Happy Hour. We didn't order from this menu, but it was nice to see for future visits. The ambiance was very loud-- louder than usual to me. our wings were not ready for pick up when we arrived at the scheduled time. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes while I watched other people pick up their wings. Additionally, staff members kept coming outside to vape and talk on their cell phones. They went back in none of them, washed their hands or appear to use hand sanitizer. First, it is very loud inside with screens on every wall blaring sports, but I guess that's what BWW is known for. Our complaint is with the salads which had so many brown and wilted lettuce leaves that we had to pick one third of them off, The manager stopped by and asked how everything was (nice) and I pointed out the brown lettuce and politely suggested that maybe the kitchen could inspect the lettuce better; the manager said thanks for letting him know and joked that it's hard to keep their produce from spoiling - he was not the least bit apologetic as one might have expected. Now for the downfalls, their ranch is hideous (go to Baumhower) their fries were half Burt, half raw- not the best. We went on a Sunday afternoon, party of four. It wasn't very busy but our food took forever to come out. The server even came to apologize for the delay. Wings & nachos shouldn't have taken that long. When we finally got our food it was cold. When the server asked how everything was I told her the orders were correct but all the food was cold. To say I've been blown away by the quality that this location provides across every category would be an understatement. The food? Perfectly cooked every time. They don't short you any proportions either. The service? Amazing! They do every little thing to make your experience better. From offering a drink while you wait for your takeout order to always filling up your drink without having to ask, I've always had a great experience! I'll start off by saying service was excellent, friendly waitstaff and manager stopped by to make sure everything was alright. Fried pickles were also delicious but unfortunately the wings were dry and flavorless, and tiny to the point of being more popcorn chicken than wing.
