Sat in the bar area and ordered. Waitress took a while for the soft drinks but everything else was nice and speedy. Ordered boneless garlic parm and Caribbean jerk wings. The fries have cheese and buffalo seasoning. read more

Had a great time at Buffalo Wild Wings, specifically at this location. We went on a Thursday when boneless wings are half off, so we got quite a bit of food. LOVED the pretzel bites, and because it was happy hour they were discounted as well. Our waitress was super nice and we had a great time. Definitely the nicest BWW in the Cincinnati area I've been to. read more

Food quality? A mystery. Beverages? Never touched. Service? Nonexistent. After sitting unnoticed for 40 minutes, we finally flagged down a server at their station--only to have menus unceremoniously dropped on our table. That was the full extent of our interaction. Ironically, the only thing they excel at is not having customers. Arriving at 8 PM, we expected a lively crowd for the Ohio State game. Instead, the place was practically empty--turns out, there's a reason. If you value being served at all, spare yourself the frustration and skip this place entirely. We ended up at High Grain Brewing, where they actually understand how restaurants work: greeted, seated, beers in hand, and food ordered--all within five minutes. A sharp contrast to the black hole of service we endured earlier. Lesson learned. Go Buckeyes, and go somewhere else. read more

I ordered take out, a simple two item order, and the only positive thing I can say is I have food. Taking the order over the phone and retrieving it from the back when I got there appeared to be a huge inconvenience. To top it off the order was wrong. read more

If you plan on getting food here, make sure you're not in a rush. Even if you order ahead for takeout, plan on waiting around. I've gotten takeout a couple times and have either had to wait in a line, wait around for an employee to attend to the counter, or wait beyond my pickup time for the food to be ready Chicken wings are definitely the best food choice. I especially like the honey bbq sauce and the teriyaki. However be careful ordering anything else. The chicken tacos I got were dry, and my onion rings were burnt beyond the point of being edible. read more

Absolutely sucks. I was sitting there for 20 minutes at a table and wasn't served. I had to wipe my own table, grab my own menu I felt like it was a DIY restraunt. I don't remember putting an invisible cloak on today but I guess I did because the servers just acted like they didn't see me. Honestly if negative stars was an option it would have been selected. read more

Good time and I always eat at the bar. Did not know they had a lunch special. I got 10 traditional wing with the fries and a Pepsi. They gave me a large Pepsi so they did not skimp there. But glad I checked the menu or I would have missed the lunch special. 10 wings are $14.99 plus the cost of fries and a soda would have been a lot more than $13. Would have been nice if it was brought to my attention as a part of getting the menu. I did get my wings with the sauce on the side and asked for 2 sauces and 2 blue cheese with celery. I will say I got my bill and was charged .60 for the extra sauce and .60 for the extra blue cheese. Did not get my celery so they removed one of the fees. Service is always polite and attentive. But it business was slow that day so I I would have expected nothing else. So, food on point, service on with the exception of mentioning lunch specials was nice. And atmosphere is always the same. I'm going to give it a 4 because of the missed celery and the almost oops with me missing out on the lunch deal. That really is the only reason no 5 on this visit. read more

Why do you order online and when you go pick up your food and tell them your name they give you the wrong order and then when you go to tell them that it's the wrong order they have to take 20 more minutes to make your new order ???? no compensation no nothing no I'm sorry. I have visited this location twice, and have had a wonderful experience each time. The last time I went to this place, I ordered 3 wing combos to go with extra seasoning. I also asked for the wings well done, which a lot of places have a bit of difficulty doing. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and reassured me everything would be made as requested. I paid for my food, which was very quick and convenient. I was told I could wait at a table until the food was ready -- (I was getting the wings to go). I brought our food home, and it was EXACTLY the way I had requested it. The wings were well done with extra seasoning, (because we prefer dry rub), and had wonderful flavor. I really appreciate the care they put into their food. This BW3's storefront could use a good window cleaning. But, as long as they stay on point with their wings, they'll always have my highest recommendation. If you love wings with flavor and not soggy, please go here. You won't be disappointed. read more

Sat down for over 30 minutes. Flagged down server multiple times and was told he would be right with us. After being fed this line 3 times we decided to leave. It wasn't even that busy, they had their "seat yourself" sign up. I guess that should've been our first warning. read more

This isn't my first choice for wings in the city but I was in the area and decided to stop in. As you would imagine on a Friday evening during the football playoff season it was pretty busy. I was greeted and seated pretty quickly. The waitress was friendly. I ordered the small order of boneless chicken wings with medium sauce. I love the option for carrots instead of celery. You will be charged sixty cents for them though. They provide a variety of sauces and rubs to cater to each individuals tastebuds. Sidebar, I've yet to meet someone that orders the blazing sauce. I know I'm afraid of it. Anyway, as you wait enjoy the football playoff season on any of the TVs surrounding you. The food came out fast and correct. Crisp boneless chicken with adequate sauce. I don't know about you but I like just enough sauce that's definitely not drowning in it. I recommend this location for a buffalo wild wing craving. read more

The service we got here at a 2 o'clock on a Wednesday was terrible. There was no one else in the restaurant and it took forever for the waitress to take our order and 2 for our food to get to us. Every time we asked the waitress a question she acted like it was a huge inconvenience. And it's not like we were asking for a lot, just silverware and napkins which should've been given to us when our food arrived. I could understand if it was busy but it wasn't. And there's no reason for a bad attitude. This is your job, take pride in and do it well. The food itself was fine. The boneless wings are always great and so were the fried pickles. Definitely won't come back to this location. read more

How can a restaurant have so many 1 star ratings? Management must be grossly incompetent and in need of replacement. Today, ordered 20 wings for carry out. They were ok. I was shocked to see several staff members in the kitchen with masks only covering their chins. What good does that do? STUPID!!! Also, your online "corporate statement" of Covid precautions, does not mention anything about masks. What a joke! The health department should shut this place down! We won't be back till vaccines are widely used. read more

Consistently horrible customer service!!!! During this challenging time most restaurants are going the extra mile to serve customers. Tried this place 3x in the last week and it's been progressively worse. First time they were surly when informing me they no longer take phone orders -- strange since we are all limiting contact. Second time it took 73 minutes to get an order that was incorrect. Tonight they told me on the phone (rudely) and my friend in-person they never received the Door Dash pick up order. Funny because I received a confirmation and a charge to my credit card. Door dash will refund but the entire experience & inability to order in person --3 minutes past cut off, even when showing my order confirmation was not good. Good news -- LaRosa's, Texas Roadhouse, and Outback have been great at pickup & delivery. If you are craving wings, make the drive to WingStop, try LaRosas or try Rookwood Location! read more

Went to BW's to have a brew, watch a game and participate in the awesome Veteran's Day deal. Well, I sat at the bar for 15 minutes before being acknowledged, bar tender took the order of the person on either side of me first. No big deal but... The best part is that they are completely unaware of a Veteran's Day promotion. To quote the bartender "well, no one told me anything." Do you think she bothered to check or find out? Nope. I even waited another 20 minutes while I finished my beverage to see if she would ask around. Nope. There was even a Manager working behind the bar with her. Did she ask the Manager? Nope. Oh, I forgot to add that I sat there for 30 minutes with an empty beer mug. No one bothered to ask if I wanted another or, well, ask me anything at all. Curious way to run a service business. With so many other choices, why would I come back. So I'm off to Buffalo Wings and Rings in Oakley. See ya. read more

Okay..I have got to say that I had quite possibly the best service I've ever had at any Buffalo Wild Wings at this location last week. It was probably a fluke, as I've been to this location and others many times and always had awful service. But I look at it like this..you know..most people who have one bad experience at a place will come on here and trash it up and down, no matter how many great experiences they had there otherwise..so it's only fair to update/upgrade a negative review with a random excellent experience. It was in the middle of a Friday afternoon and the place was completely empty. You might say that that explains the great service..but let me tell you from experience..I've had some of the worst service EVER there when it's completely dead. We were seated right away. Our server's name was Nick (I made sure to make note because he was awesome). He was so nice and overly friendly and accommodating. Our order was taken immediately. Our drinks stayed full the entire time. Our appetizer came out quick, followed not too long later by our meals (brought out by a female manager who was great too (didn't grab her name unfortunately)). The food was great too! We started out with the fried pickles..they were nice and crisp and went really well with the southern ranch they were served with. I ordered a small order of boneless Buffalo mild wings with ranch and blue cheese..as well as a side of cheesy potato wedges. Everything tasted perfect. Wings were nice and crisp and well coated with sauce, wedges were very cheesy and tasty. Everything about this experience made me reconsider my overall view of Buffalo Wild Wings and their history of bad service. Maybe this will be a turning point..maybe it was just a fluke..but like I said, Nick and his manager made me want to give the company as a whole another shot. read more

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was terribly slow. Just my luck though as bartender Amanda was able to offer great personalized service. As a manager of a bar myself, I was impressed. I always love seeing organic guest engagement to easier create upsell opportunities. I accepted her upselling offers graciously. I will be back to this location due to these points. Kudos to her. I hope management reads this and will recognize her for the efforts! read more

The most unacceptable service I've ever experienced. I don't typically write reviews but this was worth writing. The server took 15 minutes to greet us and when she finally got our order, we never saw her again. My boyfriend had to get up multiple times to ask for our drinks that never ended up coming. We asked to remove the drinks from our bill, she gave us attitude and then still didn't remove them from the bill. Took another 15-20 minutes to get the updated bill. The manager came back saying sorry but nothing else. Most restaurants would give a discount or knock off another item. Needless to say, I will never be going back. read more

Gross! I mean really. Ewe! Never again. I cannot believe how dirty the location is and how poor the service is...

Order dinner via door dash. Only 3 out of the 4 meals arrived. Service is crap at this store!

We had our first experience here this evening and it was really not a great one. We placed an order for carry out earlier in the day and requested a 5:30 PM pickup. My husband arrived at 5:30 and said they were running behind. He waited for 35 MINUTES!! I purposely placed the order earlier in the day (around 1:30) so they knew it'd be in their queue, but they still somehow really messed it up. My husband finally got home with the food and none of the ranch/blue cheese was there, and the wings were DRENCHED in sauce...I'm a sauce gal, but this was excessive. We understand that things happen and places get busy, but the concerning thing was that there was zero effort to make it right - that is what will make us very unlikely to give them another chance. read more

To be clear this is a review on this specific Bdubs not the chain as a whole - as a chain I actually find them around a 3/5 I try to judge all wings against bdubs in general as a good baseline they are not amazing but very solid as wings go. ---- For this specific location I felt as though its unfortunately locked in based on the lay out - I'll preface by saying I dont have kids, when I come to Bdubs I generally am there for a bengals game / xavier game or for march madness. This specific location every time I go seems more catered towards families which Is great in its own right, there are lots of families in the area and thats awesome they have a place to go to. However from my stand point I personally feel like the bar area is too small and while sitting in the bar area tables I don't have great sight lines at TV's - they have never been condusive to me spending a long amount of time Service is very similar to any other Bdubs: very attentive when its slow and very absent when busy read more

They mess up my order or forget to include something (that I've paid for) so consistently that it would be faster for me to walk to the Buffalo Wild Wings HQ, break in, steal their secret recipe book, walk back home, find and kill a chicken with my bare hands and make my own wings than it would be to simply order it online and go and pick it up. Furthermore, I'm certain that they accidentally hired somebody without opposable thumbs to work their phone because nobody answers. Specifically today (10/31/20) I've called 513-891-9453 for the past 30 minutes after their online ordering system charged my card but gave me a bogus pick up time (site states that they have been having issues and they would email us... which they didn't). Every time I call it rings for 3 minutes intervals and then I get a busy signal. I know it is Halloween but I didn't expect some sort of trick when I paid for a tasty treat. After so many bad experiences and failures I will not be going to this location again. #BuffaloWingsAndRings4Life read more

She had a salad with grilled chicken. She said it was very good. I had the chicken buffalitos (soft chicken tacos). Hubby had a medium order of wings. This was only our second time here, and the waitress was very patient with all of our questions. My daughter is gluten-free, so she had a LOT of questions. So service was outstanding.
