U can never go wrong with some wings and cold beer but u have to sit at the bar that way you get good fast service . They still need to upgrade this place especially the floors and restrooms

Food was good, they forgot our drinks with the pick 6 deals after asking multiple times. But this wasn't even the half of it. Christopher was a horrible server, rude, and clearly does not care about his job. Several times I asked for the included drinks and after the third time I finally received it. When we initially sat down, as we were all deciding which drinks we wanted, he repeatedly kept asking "anyone else? anyone else" while we were clearly all looking at the menu to decide. There were so many rude moments but what really took the cake and why I'm writing this review; when he asked how we wanted to split the bill, we told him and he then said "I'll just bring you guys the full bill and you guys can figure out how to split it." Honestly such a ridiculous thing to say because WHY WOULD YOU EVEN ASK? There was also only 7 of us and we needed it split TWO ways like the norm. The 1 star rating is only for the food. Definitely will not come back to this location. EDIT: he decided to add an extra $5 tip on top of the 18% included gratuity. We knew he would try to do something like that so we took pictures of the receipt and have reported it to corporate.

Came in with my dad around 4:45 PM on 11/07 and we were served by Christopher. Throughout the visit, he spoke almost exclusively to my father, even when I was the one ordering. At one point, he asked my dad what I wanted, while I was sitting right there and clearly participating in the conversation. I also had to ask directly for a refill because he continued to check in only with my dad and didn't acknowledge me at all. It left me feeling ignored and uncomfortable. The food was fine, but the service made the experience feel dismissive.

In the 3 occasions I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings. I can tell you the overall experience is anything but wild. This big restaurant gets packed on game nights with their multiple TV's broadcasting the latest sports game. When there isn't a game, the atmosphere is loud with a jukebox blasting a mix of pop, rock, hip-hop or mexican regional music. If you are not careful upon arriving, a couple might get seated before you. So make sure you stand at the front bar upon arriving and wait patiently to put your name down and then wait again to be seated. On game nights, the wait time can be anywhere from 15-20 minutes. The service is borderline terrible. On my first visit, it took 30 minutes before our server came to take our orders after seating, and then 40 minutes to get our wings. This recent time, we waited 20 minutes before the bartender had to come over and take our orders. The server who initially gave us the menu, was no where to be found. The wings are good. They're flavorful but warm, meaning that they probably weren't cooked too properly(?) But, they were still good. I tried the orange chicken and a nice little mix of spicy and sweet. But, the main reason I keep coming back here isn't for the mediocre service, but rather to catch a game with other like minded fans who are on opposing sides. They are not afraid to shout their reactions to bad calls from the referee or cheer when their team scores a touchdown, goal or in my case today, a home-run. If you don't mind waiting a very long while for your food and want a decent place to catch a game, this would be the spot.

I used my free 6 pc bone in wings birthday reward and I'm a happy camper! Also added veggies sticks, which was less than $2 bucks. I ordered garlic parmesan wings that were crunchy and packed with flavor. I also like how the TVS are extra loud, so you can hear what's going on during the sports games. This was a takeout order and I had two workers help me, great service.

I got to visit Keegan's again recently when a friend was visiting from out of town. We had just grabbed dinner and boba and headed out here to hang out for Saturday night. We came close to 10pm and there was a bouncer at the door checking everyone's IDs. The place was relatively packed with several different celebrations and birthdays in their outdoor area that has all the fire pits. They had waiters coming around the outside tables but one could also go straight to the bar to place drink orders. There were several tvs around the bar area and I spotted a pool area towards the back of the outside area. Most of the fire pits seating was taken by large parties but there were some smaller tables, that my friend and I were able to sit at. We didn't get any food but I got to try my old favorite Lemon Drop - which was a nice, refreshing sweet treat for a Saturday night. I did quickly scan the food menu and it's a lot of traditional bar food like burgers and fries. The music for the night consisted of old school rap songs from the 2000s. It seemed perfectly catered to the crowd for the night that seemed to consist of folks in their 30s and a few folks in their early 40s. Overall visiting here took me back to when my friend celebrated her birthday. It's an overall chill spot . The crowd wasn't overly loud or rowdy and everyone was just out enjoying a Saturday night.

We planned to go and get shots and let loose but we didn't even get a buzz due to the drink prices and only ordered one drink each. We got the langostinos especiales-the sauce was soooo tasty but the langostinos hardly had any meat. Definitely not worth $42. We also had the pescado zarandeado. I have had it before and it was good but here it tasted so fishy and off and we didn't finish it ($35). We also ordered $28 aguachiles and they were good. There were some other dishes too but these were the priciest. I'm glad we went so we know now, but all in all I wouldn't go back again.

This is an "order at the counter and they bring it out to you" type of place. The name "& cantina" makes me think you be sat down and someone takes your order. A tad confusing. Let me start with the service. The cashier was friendly but didn't give me any time to decide if I wanted a receipt before declining it on her end. It's a pet peeve. The place was empty. The menu is hard to read and the printed/laminated menus are poorly printed making them difficult to read. They seem to be promoting rolled tacos (aka taquitos) but this says "Blue Burro Burritos." I went with a burrito. It just contained carne asada, guac and pico. No rice. No beans. No cheese. All are extra. It's served with chips and a drink if you get the combo. They do give tiny portions of salsa on the side. The burrito itself looked like it had been on Ozempic for a few months. It tasted fine but just didn't seem plump. The chips were crispy, salty (in a good way) and tasted fresh but there wasn't anything to really dip them in. The salsa they served are in tiny cups so you can't get the chip in it. Honestly, they felt more like hot sauces. The habanero was okay, not really that spicy. The green one was too vinegary for my taste. The place was clean and they had loud music playing in the background. It was empty when I got there and considering all the ingredients in my burrito seemed precooked (like Chipotle), it took a while for the food to come. I went to the beverage bar and the different flavors of the non-soda beverage options had unnatural colors. The horchata looked like got into a fight with a Smurf and lost. The strawberry aquafresca was an unnatural milky opaque red. The cucumber seemed just a bit too neon green. The first two were not to my liking. The cucumber was refreshing but tasted like it contained a LOT of sugar. It was also annoying they didn't have any signs what was what. Back to the service. I had some chips left but went to get a refill on my beverage and the worker there took my food away assuming I was done. I caught her just before she left the dining area and asked her to return the food. She apologized. I think they can/should wait until someone leaves the establishment or at least ask. The combo was about $17. Bottom line: will I return? I would not come here on my own. I think the food is pricey for what it is. However, if I was with others who wanted to come here, I wouldn't say no. There are just better Mexican food restaurants in the area.
