The service was not great the greeter was on a conversation with other staff and even though he noticed us walking in and waiting didn't acknowledge us until 4 minutes after. Once we were seated the waitress was really nice which made the experience a bit better. She was helpful and friendly and had a great attitude. Overall it might be the last time I come here for wings. I'm only giving 3 starts because of the waitress but I would give it an overall 2 stars. We planned on ordering food to share but most of the menu wasn't available- no nachos, tots, or queso. We ordered what was available- wings, fries, and onion rings. This Buffalo Wild Wings is seriously a joke. Poor customer service, poor food quality, poor attention to detail (if you call getting a simple order correctly "detail"). I've been here numerous occasions and there's always something wrong with the experience. Today was just another example of that. I ordered takeout and got a 10-piece Wings and Fries Platter and added on an extra 6 Wings. Upon arriving, no one was there and it took a while to even get acknowledged. I would think that dinner time would be busy and they would be staffed up, but neither were the case. I got my order and the server just left without ensuring everything was right. I looked in the bag and there were no fries in my Wings and Fries Platter even though it was clearly marked on the receipt. I brought this up and they got me my fries in a separate container. Everything else looked in order (or so I thought) because the boxes with Wings were marked with stickers that had to be intentionally placed there. When I got home, my lemon pepper wings lacked lemon and pepper. They were dry and overcooked. The Buffalo Wings were dry as well. It at least had some Buffalo sauce flavor which I can't say about the Lemon Pepper Wings. The sauces of Blue Cheese and Ranch were half (rounding up) filled. This is my first time going there and on my entry to the building I was definitely enjoying the fact that the screen were everywhere did not have to look in one place to see the game that you need to see. My problem was the service was so bad I lost my appetite plus my whole meal was wrong from my shot of alcohol not being a double shot as well as my food when it shows up my fries were cold and my chicken sandwich do not have the chicken patty I had a small scoop of brisket meat and the cheese on the sandwich with never melted other than that like I said love the environment hated the service and after speaking to two managers still was charged more than 18% for a tip without even asking us just applied it to the bill If it wasn't for Jack in the box I would have starved that night no lol apply I wish I can give him no stars but I guess I have to deal with this one read more

My friend and I used to love coming here but every time the service gets worse and worse. Today I went with my friend and we ordered a round of shots and the bar tender "forgot" to put them in. Once we got them, we moved on. We ordered another round but after my friend was over it, she stopped wanting to engage. I ordered one more but now they said we took 2. I re-assured them only I took one (they should know since they only served us one but they double charged us and they also said I had one more beer (we had the same amount).
