If I could give it a negative star number, I would. They took close to 30 mins in an empty restaurant to bring PLAIN WINGS AND FRIES. Like a kids meal wings and fries. My other more complicated order was delivered first with cold fries and what was obvious ranch that had been sitting under a heat lamp for a HOT minute. I enjoy going to Bdubs, but this location was a little bit of a let down, I hate to say. Location is easy to get into, nice large lot just on the edge of a mall, lots of seating inside, both pluses. The things I did not like was one, the service was a bit on the slow side, which not the end of the world for me, but a fact. Second, the wings did not taste fresh, which is really the reason I gave this 3 stars, some were OK, but others had a strange flavor to them, which was not normal when visiting various Bdubs all around. Also, just an observation, but their late night happy hour does not start until 10 pm, many other locations it starts at 9. I think they could increase business by having it starts at 9 vs 10, at least during the week. Weekends, go crazy. This will not deter me from going to other Bdubs around, but I may think twice about coming here again, but I do like the wings typically, so I may give it another shot to test the flavor again, but if still the same, probably would be the last time I go to this location sadly. This is a pretty standard Buffalo wild wings, but we came for the first time in years for the bottomless appetizers. It is a good price if you come here with the party of four, but since everything is fried, it's hard to eat too much. When we walked in they asked us dining area or bar and we decided to sit in the dining area. After we sat there and then another person asked us which option we preferred and we said dining in the booth seats. Our sever came and got us water. We browsed the menu, after we ordered I saw another menu which was the happy hour and I think if we had more time to look at the menu we would have noticed it behind the condiment area. Came here after a concert (1130pm) for a late night snack / meal. Not sure why this place has low reviews but I promise if you have Nicole as your server you won't he disappointed. She was super attentive, awesome personality and had great suggestions!!! 3 sets of diff flavor boneless wings (lemon pepper, original and salt n vinegar)... they were all . Last night I ordered the Deal $20 for 20 with fries. Also used the FREEWING promo code to get additional wings. Order estimate for pick up 950p. I arrive at 9:45p. The pick up area was jam packed w/customers waiting. The dining area was open, but there was one associate confirming our order to let the kitchen know pick arrived....they had no signs or direction for a line. So no organization, no communication to those arriving, no greeter. I got my food at 11:15p. The fries were dry and stale and the wings (Salt & Vinegar) also dry and tough. I talked to others waiting...most said their wait was about an hour to hour and a half. Lastly, I did not even get the free additional wings. I have been here a couple of times every visit seemed worse...this is possibly "the straw that broke the camels back" in not returning. GOOD perspective: the young lady helping us kept her cool and remained professional despite tense and pissed off/HANGry customers. The Manager Paul came out to try to help...and kept his cool and professionalism. He was apologetic and communicated effectively to those who stuck out the wait....crazy that the order didn't get started until way later than my estimated pick up time. Side note: seemed like would've been faster to dine in...or cancel my order and bring the family to dine in....but all and all final lesson, I should learn to make these wings for myself & family. read more

By far the BEST BDUBS I've been at. First off the customer service was phenomenal, they gave me suggestions and recommendations all which were great and very informative. The wings were very tasty like they were really sauced up, really tasting that mango habanero. Twice now, we've been charged incorrectly -- the total at checkout looks fine, but surprise! Your bank account says otherwise. Others report the same thing, so maybe it's a "feature," not a bug. Trying to fix it in person? Good luck. We waited over an hour for the one person authorized to correct the charge. He promised a call back... never happened. Service is slow and confused. Came here last Thursday with my wife and we were told that there would be a 30-40 minute so we decided to go sit in the bar area and luckily we found the last remaining open table in the corner and did not have to wait to be seated. The waitress came by pretty quickly at first to take our drink order and food order shortly after. But, we waited more than 10 minutes to get one soda refill and it took even longer to get our check and when we did finally receive the bill, it was the wrong for another table that came out to $100+. So, I had to let the waitress know and we had to wait again to receive the correct bill. The service was not bad but I could tell that they were lacking in manpower at this location. I only saw 1-2 waitresses covering the whole bar section during a promotional day where you get BOGO boneless wings. I've been a longtime customer of BDUBS and this location. Not one cup or dish was cleared off from our appetizer things just piled up. When we asked about the the missing side orders the response we got from the runner was yeah I know and walked off. We never got that order of fries. The food is average but the service and the wait time is so not worth coming. That along with the extremely loud TV, where you cannot even have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. We waited to get served and realized there was only one server. She came got us drinks and mentioned she was alone and that they were short staffed. I think the lady genuinely disappeared and dipped, so in that case so did her tip, only a dollar for her since she was somewhat nice. Not only that but it wasn't even packed, max like 50 people.
