Jacilyn was PHENOMENAL! The service was 10/10. The food was served fresh and delicious! The ambiance was your typical BWW. Stayed on top of refills and always smiling and laughing with my table! read more

I only come here to pick up an order for my wife. I'll never order for myself ever again here. That being said, every time that I come here to pick up for my wife, it's the same nonsense. No employee to be found. I literally have to chase one down every single time. I'll pick up an order that was placed well over 30 mins ago and it would still not be ready. It's as if they start preparing it when I get there. This place is terribly managed. Wont be surprised if this place closes down sooner or later. I'm surprised that it is still operating! read more

A lots going on so let's start with the good. The drinks the Patron on the rocks & The LIT. The Salad was decent asking with the dressing (didn't gave that fishy taste to the Caesar which we enjoy) did enjoy the cheese curds though a tad greasy as for the wings!!! Stop NO!!! Save yourself time go to Burger 25. More meat and more for your money. We paid $11.99 each for 6 wings bone and boneless! Crazy. The Hostess was amazing though fast and kept asking if we needed anything. However we paid 75$ for 6 things when I can get all that for half the bill. Crazy better food and quality at Burger 25! I'll say that again. I can see why I haven't been there in a while. Wow read more

PLEASE READ REVIEWS.!!!!THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE CANT BE WRONG!!!! Last time I will give this place a chance ! The new manager not only took about 10 minutes and several attempts to have people seated; she made remark regarding us suggesting where we wanted to seat! The night went along good ok until the waiter got to-go boxes even before asking if we wanted anything else; refill or anything else???!!! Then the manager once again comes over asking if we wanted anything to go and I confronted her!!!! The amount of kids and other people on the tables in the place and we felt single out (racism) as we're the only Spanish couple on the place. Why are we the one only ones being asked to take boxes or if we're done? If you have a rule regarding time spend at tables let us know before we seat or have a sign but none were ever mentioned. Long story short paid my bill and will never again will I set foot on this dirty place!!!!Should have seen reviews before entering there today!!!! Also, I mailed cooperate as they need to know this place should shut down soon if not care for !!!! read more

The guy at the take out counter is so gross, he's always sick and coughing and touching his gross nose

This place started to get packed on a mid-Saturday afternoon but it was still easy to grab table. I think the poor waitress was getting run ragged though! Thankfully she was on top of her stuff. The first thing I noticed was the large amount of TVs spread across the room. The audio from the Yankees game was being piped in too. Love it. There were a decent amount of beer choices - standard domestics and larger crafts. Nothing exciting but definitely enough choice. For food all I had were boneless wings. Get the Jammin jalapeno. I wish it was not a limited time flavor because it was clearly my favorite. Good amount of heat without sacrificing flavor. Everything below it on their heat scale was just not hot enough for me. I'm going for the Beat the Heat challenge one of these days. You can't stop me! read more

this place was not great. the food meh the inside it is b dubs but the. but the service was not the best we waited 3 hours for a cheeseburger and a 15 piece of buffalo boneless wings. the manger came inside saying sorry. when we ended up getting our food the wings were cold. was just very annoying. the waitress was not honestly just rude. read more

I just don't get sports bars. If the most important feature of the restaurant is a cable subscription or satellite dish then by definition the menu is clearly an afterthought. Welcome to Buffalo Wild Wings. To say that their acrid, dehydrated wings suck should be a surprise to no one but I suspect that's not why people come. Imagine a restaurant located dead central at the Rolls Royce jet engine testing facility and you can pretty much figure out the concept behind BWW. Countless flat screens blaring from every inch of available wall space with the teeming hordes of greasy fingered fun seekers screaming at each other to compensate. After two hours of sonic bombardment I was in the NFL concussion protocol for three weeks. Just bring me a Pepto and a Valium chaser and I promise not to mention the non-existent service or horrendous price-value proposition. Get me the hell out of here. read more

We do our weekly run to Buffalo wild wings on Tuesday or Thursday because they have buy one get one on their wings. Usually get a side to share. Last night we ordered a regular onion ring for $6.00 and we received five onion rings and was told it goes by the weight. I think it's totally unreasonable to charge more than a dollar per onion ring. They are good for onion rings but not for over a dollar apiece maybe they should consider upping the weight for $6.99. read more

The best wings I've had anywhere bar none. The waitress Brittany clued me in to have the medium wings cooked three more minutes extra which created absolute perfection. You haven't had chicken wings until you have been to this one place. Came back for round two and just missed Brittany but was lucky enough to meet Maggie an absolutely delightful soul and an excellent waitress. She delivered a fun and professional visit. read more

Great service and delicious wings! Have passed this BWW's many times but never stopped to eat, so this past Friday grabbed my Hubby, My Bestie, Mini-Me and her Bestie and we all headed on over to have dinner. First thing I suggest is the deep fried pickles, really delicious but those suckers are hot! as in heat not seasoning. Mini-Me ordered the small boneless wings with the sweet bbq sauce, she really likes these wings and the sauce is very tasty, her Bestie ordered mini tacos and wings which looked delish and he really enjoyed his order. My Bestie ordered the parmesan boneless small wings and the chips with the same flavoring, I have to say it's nice to be able to order these potato chips Hubby ordered the large order of bone in wings with the garlic parmesan and salt & vinegar chips. I chose to get the large order of bone in wings with the teriyaki and mango habanero sauce, both sauces were very good and the heat from the habanero is not meek or mild, it's right there and very very good, mixed with the teriyaki it blended quite well. I was a little bit bummed they were out of Ballast Point, but I did order the Brooklyn Lager which I have never had and it was good but could have been colder. Service was spot on and our server came by often to make sure our drinks were refilled, we had plenty of napkins and when the time came she even slid that dessert menu in front of us -soooo hard to say no, but we were all stuffed and really couldn't eat another bite. I have to say it was a great experience and definitely will be returning. read more

Our 11yo wanted to celebrate his birthday at BWW today with 12 of his friends and watch football. Having worked in the restaurant industry for years I know how this is not the ideal table for a waitress or a restaurant. But, I have to say they were amazing! The waitress Alaina was the PERFECT waitress for the boys and all their antics, we sat at another table and just watched them have fun but she did an amazing job taking care of us and the boys. She kept her cool, joked around with the boys, and seemed to have a good time...even though I'm sure on the inside she was not enjoying her shift. I know the struggle but she never let on, she is Amazing! Management was also great, they told us not to stress and that the boys were being good and having fun, even with the parents needing to step in from time to time to calm them down management continued to tell us to relax and just let them have fun. I know BWW is not the obvious choice for 11yos to hand out with their friends for their birthday but they made it great; the boys got to watch football, mess around with their friends, and Alaina treated them like they were just another table. Thank you to Alaina, the rest of the staff, and management. You guys are all amazing! read more

BWW app & DoorDash messed up the order but Bethan was understanding of the situation and said she would be able to help.

Heather who answered the phone told me to hurry up with my request because she didn't have time to be answering phones she has tables waiting for her. I canceled my already 60$ order that I was about to add onto. Whoever she is I hope she doesn't talk to everyone the way she spoke to me. Down right nasty and rude. IF YOU WANT GREAT FOOD AND WINGS WINGS AND THINGS IN TOMSRIVER you can thank me later. read more

Had to do the blazing wing challenge since I came in last place for fantasy football. For those of you that are unfamiliar, the challenge is to have 12 blazing wings in 6 minutes. I was only able to finish 2 wings. The sauce is ridiculously hot. Can't imagine anybody having 12 wings. If you are able to, that is impressive but also idiotic. Lets just say the bowel movements afterwards are not ideal. I highly discourage anyone from having a blazing wing. If your friends make you do it, are they really friends?! Although I have has my issues with buffalo wild wings service in the past, the service at this particular location was terrific. The waitress was friendly, brought over multiple milks in a timely fashion. The manager didn't charge us for the blazing challenge since I only had 2 wings. After the challenge, he recommended the sweet barbecue wings which were pretty good, and they didn't charge for that either. He also wanted to make sure I was okay after having 2 of the wings. Both the manager and waitress were concerned about me, which was very nice. I am doing just fine, but as I stated above, do NOT have blazing wings. Don't be a fool! read more

Absolute trash. came here for dinner and paid $70 for the worst wings and fakest sauces you could imagine. Zero stars.

I'll give you a star. Me and my friends ordered boneless wings and it was gross. They tasted like old microwave nuggets, Walmart chicken nuggets/wings are better than this. The wings here were dry and hard. You can use them as a weapon. This was a terrible experience, im disappointed. But the mozzarella sticks were good read more

This is my favorite BWW location in New Jersey. My sister and I love coming on Tuesday's for the traditional wing specials or Thursdays for the boneless wings specials. Happy hour runs until 7pm and takes at least $1 off pretty much any drink. We like going for the 22oz beers to take full advantage :) When we do come here, it's often with a group of friends (usually anywhere from 5-10 people). We never have an issue getting seated at the bar area on a weeknight and there's definitely no need to make a reservation. Last time we were there, our server Megan really impressed me. She was so on top of every detail and went above and beyond to make sure our group of 8 (including a 2 year old) was satisfied. She also had no problem splitting our checks individually and remembered exactly what each of us ordered without needing our assistance. If you're in the Brick area you must go here! For apps try the fried pickles, fried mushrooms or the corn dogs. For dinner...let's just be real... you know I'm going to tell you to get the wings. I personally prefer traditional but you can mix and match rubs or sauces with pretty much any sized portion. If we have apps beforehand I usually get the small serving of wings, but go for the medium if you're feeling like a boss that day. CRUCIAL TIP - if you're in the mood for more bad life decisions and go for one of their super spicy sauces (i.e. Blazin), please for the love of God get it on the boneless wings. I once tried the Blazin' sauce on traditional wings and left there with swollen red lips from all the work I was doing to bite into those bones with spicy sauce all over my face. At least with boneless you can cut your chicken into bite sizes and pop into your mouth. Whatever you do, don't get it on your lips! I looked like a kid who drank too much Kool-Aid, and not in a cool way. read more

Order the wings bundle through the app, $13 for 10 wings and fries, mild always delicious and the new orange chicken flavor was good. Fries also always great and they give you carrots and celery with a side of ranch or bleu cheese. Why doesn't Buffalo Wild Wings offer cauliflower bites yet? If you're trying to avoid meat, your options are very limited here. It's either potatoes or iceberg lettuce. Not the fault of this particular restaurant, but still annoying. The restaurant wasn't very busy on a Friday night. Service was a little chaotic but what I really enjoyed was people who weren't our server were willing to help us. Lots of drink options and televisions so great for game day. Clean. Good parking lot. Typical chain food. read more

I must be a glutton for punishment. Third time is NOT a charm. Was sat in the first booth and our server didn't come to the table until

Whatever this is, the item in my picture definately isnt chicken! It is rock hard and caused me to chip my tooth. Additionally, they asked my foreign friend for an id (although they are above 40 ) and denied him a drink because they wouldnt accept his foreign id card. To make things worse, the manager kept staring at us and talking to the other staff while giving us looks. The entire experience has completely turned me off from ever visiting this chain again. I was completely embarrased while trying to be a good host to my guests from France with my poor choice. NEVER AGAIN! read more

To whom it may concern, today 8/13/2020 was the first and last time that I purchase anything from your establishment, in fact it was one of the worst experiences that I have subjected myself and my family in terms of bad quality of food. We ordered over $100.00 worth of food from the BWW in Brick New Jersey and when we went to pick up the food, just by thermal temperature that I took of 54 degrees, it just proved to me that the person running the establishment just doesn't care for its customers. I understand the challenges that a facility has to go through in these times, because I am also an Ececutive Chef at multiple establishments, but a little care goes along way, for instance having the takeout orders under heat lamps to keek it warm, and keeping the internal temp of the meals up to atleast 100 degrees is a wonderous thing. I wish I would have checked the ratings for this location before I went and spent so much money!!!!! read more

I love the atmosphere to watch sporting events but their food has a lot to be desired. I always get the traditional wings. There was hardly any meat on them! With the name "wings" right in their name I would expect the best thing on the menu to be the chicken wings. Not sure if I'll be back. We used to go every other week last year but life happens and we haven't been going as much. When we start going back, we stopped asking for Allison because she had been moved to another section. Geez without her taking care of us, it's been really downhill. Last night my waitress wasn't paying attention cause she was watching the game, literally admitted it to us too. I waited 20+ minutes to get a drink, there was an issue with my food (they gave me the wrong seasoning) so I was trying to get her to come over for another 20 or so minutes (after I asked her to get us drinks) and I even couldn't eat the other half cause it was hot sauce and I didn't have anything to drink. My friend ordered two shots and they didn't even come out until we were done eating. And then we sat there paid waiting for boxes. Other issues before last night included multiple food mess ups, never getting any drinks, and again the alcohol coming when we're pretty much done. Kinda getting over B-Dubs at this point.... read more

I haven't been here in awhile, but my boyfriend suggested it and I was in the mood for their flatbread. Well, I realized the menu changed when we got there and they no longer had it. Alrighty no problem, I ordered half honey bourbon bbq and half Parmesan garlic boneless wings. My boyfriend got the southern chicken sandwich with onion rings and we shared the fried pickles and chips and salsa. Everything tasted the same - deep fried and oily. My boyfriends order got messed up and he got French fries instead of onion rings. The waitress was attentive but it was totally dead for a Friday night. It seemed like the only business they had was Grubhub, Uber Eats, and Door Dash because drivers walked in every five minutes to pick up orders. The waitress confirmed this was most of their business. Honestly there was nothing special and the bill was high for mediocre food - $50 after the tip. I'd pick a local mom and pop restaurant before coming here, its definitely gone downhill. read more

There chicken is rubber and sauces taste like throw up, I do not recommend this place what so ever!

Went here for the first time with my husband and kids. It is in a nice area in Brick, and the service was almost overly friendly. The hostess was very nice, though, and was smiling and happy to seat us. The place pretty much looks like any other sports bar, but a bit smaller than I had originally thought it would be. There were large televisions on the wall that you could play trivia games or other games with the other patrons of the restaurant, which I thought was kind of neat. Obviously, we ordered wings, and I liked the amount of different options that were made available, You really have your choice of the sauce, level of heat, etc. I got the Thai Wings and a chicken flatbread that was advertised on the menu card on our table. My wings were honestly just "eh". I did like that I had the option for boneless, and the chicken was cooked well enough, but the sauce was just okay. My husband's (can't remember but they were hot) were a lot better, but he had more of what seemed like a dry rub. My flatbread quite honestly looked like a Stouffer's pizza. There were NO vegetables as it was advertised, and it just looked unappetizing. Overall, I would say this place is incredible over rated for what it is: just a cheap wing joint. Go up the street to Quaker Steak & Lube for a better atmosphere, and MUCH better wings and food! read more

I'm really not sure what people see in this place. I've been to this location once, and several other BWW's across the state (one in East Brunswick, and Eatontown). Let me start by saying the noise level has always been obnoxiously loud. I know, I know, it's a sports bar. Sports bars are loud, but that doesn't mean they need to have the radio blasting over the TV's, to the point where I need to scream at someone sitting 2 feet from me, just to hold a conversation. The food? Eh, it's not the *worst* I've ever had, but it certainly doesn't win any awards either. I've tried the wings (both boneless and bone-in) at all 3 locations, and every time they ended up being over-breaded and about as salty as dunking your head in the Atlantic Ocean. Maybe it's a clever ploy to get people to drink more beer, but the salt level was through the roof. Some things are better than others, and the vegetarian burger with wing sauce on it was pretty good. Service has always been hit-or-miss, with some days having a very attentive server, and other days it seems like they're at the bar watching the game instead of checking up on us. Generally speaking though, the service has been more on the side of "good" than "bad". The decor is kind of "blah", as a previous yelper said. A huge amalgam of tables shoved into a cavernous room with a fairly generic design. I don't really take 'points off' for decor, since I've eaten in plenty of hole-in-the-wall restaurants, but I'd like to think that a company as big as this could come up with *something* to define themselves in terms of decor. The beer selection is decent, at least. Lots of TV's to watch sports games, if that's your thing. Personally? I think there's better places to go for that, like "Spot" in Point Pleasant, the newly opened Quaker Steak in Brick, or even the nearby Applebees / TGI's. read more

I've been going to B-dubs locations in the Midwest for years (where the company originated) and have seen how good they can be. Having been to this one about five times now, they have a long way to go and risk earning a reputation as just another mediocre chain restaurant. The wait staff is either understaffed or just disinterested. If I sit at the bar at least I can generally get some attention, but out at the tables, bar-side or dining side, it's the lonely west. The food is normally decent, but today held lukewarm food for my whole table after absentee service. I would have spoken up, but had no time to wait around for a manager, let alone a replacement meal. The other customers are dead-on with the noise complaints. Volume wars between loud drunks and the television equals a headache and a shorter stay. I used to be in a rock band and the noise level gets to me. If people want to hear what's on one of the 320 televisions, they should use the little speaker kits at the table. I hope the management gets a handle on this place and makes it the great place I know it can be. read more

It's good for what it is... a fun, inexpensive night out with mediocre food. The wait staff is mediocre too... not very outgoing or friendly, they all seem brand new to the business. All the tables are smooshed into a huge room.... very "blah". Absolutely nothing special aside from a place to get wings in a million different flavors. I do like how the calories are listed next to every menu item. I avoided a wrap I would normally have gotten, which had more calories in it than I consume in one day. We went with friends, table of 4 and we split 50 (5 flavors) wings. Being able to order 50 wings was pretty cool. read more
