Then the manager once again comes over asking if we wanted anything to go and I confronted her!!!! The amount of kids and other people on the tables in the place and we felt single out (racism) as we're the only Spanish couple on the place. Food is exactly what you expect. Fairly priced and delicious. I love the variety of music they play. Its nice that they have so many TVs playing various programs and games for everyone to enjoy. All of the staff members are very polite and affable. I was served by Joclyn. The staff seem to really care and listen to your needs and specificities. She was accommodating and very friendly. This place started to get packed on a mid-Saturday afternoon but it was still easy to grab table. I think the poor waitress was getting run ragged though! Thankfully she was on top of her stuff. The first thing I noticed was the large amount of TVs spread across the room. The audio from the Yankees game was being piped in too. Love it. There were a decent amount of beer choices - standard domestics and larger crafts. Nothing exciting but definitely enough choice. For food all I had were boneless wings. Get the Jammin jalapeno. I wish it was not a limited time flavor because it was clearly my favorite. Good amount of heat without sacrificing flavor. Everything below it on their heat scale was just not hot enough for me. We do our weekly run to Buffalo wild wings on Tuesday or Thursday because they have buy one get one on their wings. Usually get a side to share. Last night we ordered a regular onion ring for $6.00 and we received five onion rings and was told it goes by the weight. I think it's totally unreasonable to charge more than a dollar per onion ring. They are good for onion rings but not for over a dollar apiece maybe they should consider upping the weight for $6.99. read more

The best wings I've had anywhere bar none. The waitress Brittany clued me in to have the medium wings cooked three more minutes extra which created absolute perfection. You haven't had chicken wings until you have been to this one place. Our 11yo wanted to celebrate his birthday at BWW today with 12 of his friends and watch football. Having worked in the restaurant industry for years I know how this is not the ideal table for a waitress or a restaurant. But, I have to say they were amazing! The waitress Alaina was the PERFECT waitress for the boys and all their antics, we sat at another table and just watched them have fun but she did an amazing job taking care of us and the boys. She kept her cool, joked around with the boys, and seemed to have a good time...even though I'm sure on the inside she was not enjoying her shift. I know the struggle but she never let on, she is Amazing! Management was also great, they told us not to stress and that the boys were being good and having fun, even with the parents needing to step in from time to time to calm them down management continued to tell us to relax and just let them have fun. I know BWW is not the obvious choice for 11yos to hand out with their friends for their birthday but they made it great; the boys got to watch football, mess around with their friends, and Alaina treated them like they were just another table. Have passed this BWW's many times but never stopped to eat, so this past Friday grabbed my Hubby, My Bestie, Mini-Me and her Bestie and we all headed on over to have dinner. First thing I suggest is the deep fried pickles, really delicious but those suckers are hot! as in heat not seasoning. Mini-Me ordered the small boneless wings with the sweet bbq sauce, she really likes these wings and the sauce is very tasty, her Bestie ordered mini tacos and wings which looked delish and he really enjoyed his order. My Bestie ordered the parmesan boneless small wings and the chips with the same flavoring, I have to say it's nice to be able to order these potato chips Hubby ordered the large order of bone in wings with the garlic parmesan and salt & vinegar chips. I chose to get the large order of bone in wings with the teriyaki and mango habanero sauce, both sauces were very good and the heat from the habanero is not meek or mild, it's right there and very very good, mixed with the teriyaki it blended quite well. I was a little bit bummed they were out of Ballast Point, but I did order the Brooklyn Lager which I have never had and it was good but could have been colder. Service was spot on and our server came by often to make sure our drinks were refilled, we had plenty of napkins and when the time came she even slid that dessert menu in front of us -soooo hard to say no, but we were all stuffed and really couldn't eat another bite. Had to do the blazing wing challenge since I came in last place for fantasy football. For those of you that are unfamiliar, the challenge is to have 12 blazing wings in 6 minutes. I was only able to finish 2 wings. The sauce is ridiculously hot. Can't imagine anybody having 12 wings. If you are able to, that is impressive but also idiotic. Lets just say the bowel movements afterwards are not ideal. I highly discourage anyone from having a blazing wing. If your friends make you do it, are they really friends?! Although I have has my issues with buffalo wild wings service in the past, the service at this particular location was terrific. The waitress was friendly, brought over multiple milks in a timely fashion. The manager didn't charge us for the blazing challenge since I only had 2 wings. After the challenge, he recommended the sweet barbecue wings which were pretty good, and they didn't charge for that either. He also wanted to make sure I was okay after having 2 of the wings. This is my favorite BWW location in New Jersey. My sister and I love coming on Tuesday's for the traditional wing specials or Thursdays for the boneless wings specials. Happy hour runs until 7pm and takes at least $1 off pretty much any drink. We like going for the 22oz beers to take full advantage :) When we do come here, it's often with a group of friends (usually anywhere from 5-10 people). We never have an issue getting seated at the bar area on a weeknight and there's definitely no need to make a reservation. Last time we were there, our server Megan really impressed me. She was so on top of every detail and went above and beyond to make sure our group of 8 (including a 2 year old) was satisfied. She also had no problem splitting our checks individually and remembered exactly what each of us ordered without needing our assistance. If you're in the Brick area you must go here! For apps try the fried pickles, fried mushrooms or the corn dogs. For dinner...let's just be real... you know I'm going to tell you to get the wings. I personally prefer traditional but you can mix and match rubs or sauces with pretty much any sized portion. If we have apps beforehand I usually get the small serving of wings, but go for the medium if you're feeling like a boss that day. CRUCIAL TIP - if you're in the mood for more bad life decisions and go for one of their super spicy sauces (i.e. Blazin), please for the love of God get it on the boneless wings. I once tried the Blazin' sauce on traditional wings and left there with swollen red lips from all the work I was doing to bite into those bones with spicy sauce all over my face. At least with boneless you can cut your chicken into bite sizes and pop into your mouth. Whatever you do, don't get it on your lips! Additionally, they asked my foreign friend for an id (although they are above 40 ) and denied him a drink because they wouldnt accept his foreign id card. We ordered over $100.00 worth of food from the BWW in Brick New Jersey and when we went to pick up the food, just by thermal temperature that I took of 54 degrees, it just proved to me that the person running the establishment just doesn't care for its customers. I understand the challenges that a facility has to go through in these times, because I am also an Ececutive Chef at multiple establishments, but a little care goes along way, for instance having the takeout orders under heat lamps to keek it warm, and keeping the internal temp of the meals up to atleast 100 degrees is a wonderous thing. Alrighty no problem, I ordered half honey bourbon bbq and half Parmesan garlic boneless wings. Went here for the first time with my husband and kids. It is in a nice area in Brick, and the service was almost overly friendly. The hostess was very nice, though, and was smiling and happy to seat us. The place pretty much looks like any other sports bar, but a bit smaller than I had originally thought it would be. There were large televisions on the wall that you could play trivia games or other games with the other patrons of the restaurant, which I thought was kind of neat. Obviously, we ordered wings, and I liked the amount of different options that were made available, You really have your choice of the sauce, level of heat, etc. I got the Thai Wings and a chicken flatbread that was advertised on the menu card on our table. My wings were honestly just "eh". I did like that I had the option for boneless, and the chicken was cooked well enough, but the sauce was just okay. My husband's (can't remember but they were hot) were a lot better, but he had more of what seemed like a dry rub. My flatbread quite honestly looked like a Stouffer's pizza. There were NO vegetables as it was advertised, and it just looked unappetizing. Overall, I would say this place is incredible over rated for what it is: just a cheap wing joint. I'm really not sure what people see in this place. I've been to this location once, and several other BWW's across the state (one in East Brunswick, and Eatontown). Let me start by saying the noise level has always been obnoxiously loud. I know, I know, it's a sports bar. Sports bars are loud, but that doesn't mean they need to have the radio blasting over the TV's, to the point where I need to scream at someone sitting 2 feet from me, just to hold a conversation. The food? Eh, it's not the *worst* I've ever had, but it certainly doesn't win any awards either. I've tried the wings (both boneless and bone-in) at all 3 locations, and every time they ended up being over-breaded and about as salty as dunking your head in the Atlantic Ocean. Maybe it's a clever ploy to get people to drink more beer, but the salt level was through the roof. Some things are better than others, and the vegetarian burger with wing sauce on it was pretty good. Service has always been hit-or-miss, with some days having a very attentive server, and other days it seems like they're at the bar watching the game instead of checking up on us. Generally speaking though, the service has been more on the side of "good" than "bad". The decor is kind of "blah", as a previous yelper said. A huge amalgam of tables shoved into a cavernous room with a fairly generic design. I don't really take 'points off' for decor, since I've eaten in plenty of hole-in-the-wall restaurants, but I'd like to think that a company as big as this could come up with *something* to define themselves in terms of decor. The beer selection is decent, at least. Lots of TV's to watch sports games, if that's your thing. Personally? I think there's better places to go for that, like "Spot" in Point Pleasant, the newly opened Quaker Steak in Brick, or even the nearby Applebees / TGI's. read more

I've been going to B-dubs locations in the Midwest for years (where the company originated) and have seen how good they can be. Having been to this one about five times now, they have a long way to go and risk earning a reputation as just another mediocre chain restaurant. The wait staff is either understaffed or just disinterested. If I sit at the bar at least I can generally get some attention, but out at the tables, bar-side or dining side, it's the lonely west. The food is normally decent, but today held lukewarm food for my whole table after absentee service. I would have spoken up, but had no time to wait around for a manager, let alone a replacement meal. The other customers are dead-on with the noise complaints. Volume wars between loud drunks and the television equals a headache and a shorter stay. I used to be in a rock band and the noise level gets to me. If people want to hear what's on one of the 320 televisions, they should use the little speaker kits at the table. I hope the management gets a handle on this place and makes it the great place I know it can be. read more
