I've always liked coming to Buffalo Wild Wings because it was a place where I could meet up with friends, watch games, and still feel included even though I don't drink alcohol. I don't come here because the food is amazing. I come here because my friends drink beer, and until recently, I could still order an Athletic non-alcoholic beer that actually tasted like beer. That mattered to me. It made the experience feel normal and enjoyable. I understand that Buffalo Wild Wings may still have Heineken 0.0 and Michelob Ultra Zero, but to me, those do not taste like beer in the same way Athletic did. Athletic was the one non-alcoholic option that felt like a real beer choice, not just a substitute. It may seem like a small thing, but it changes the whole reason I came here. For people who don't drink, or who are sober, having a good non-alcoholic beer option matters. It lets us be part of the same experience without alcohol. I'm disappointed because Buffalo Wild Wings had a good thing for customers like me. Taking away Athletic makes it feel like there is one less reason for me to come here with my friends. We were out to eat with the family again and well Buffalo Wild Wings was what was chosen. We were greeted and sat in a large booth area on the side. There were lots of tvs on for different sporting events which I'm sure most folks are here for as well as enjoy some food. It was definitely loud in there so take that into account. We decided to try out the All-American burger with fries and the Ultimate Sampler - Lemon pepper boneless chicken wings, teriyaki cauliflower wings, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. After ordering it did take quite some time to get our food. We were a large party so I'm sure that took into factor why it took quite some time to get our food. I would say the burger was not bad, the lemon pepper boneless chicken wings were quite salty as well as the teriyaki cauliflower wings. If I did order these again, I would probably ask for the sauce on the side to control the sauciness as well as the saltiness. Overall not a bad spot to get a variety of food so everyone can get what they want. The wait time might be an issue but as long as you're not starving, you should be okay. The saltiness of the food though can be tricky so perhaps ask for sauces on the side. read more

So I had to wait another 20 minutes, got the right food finally but with no apology just "here you go". overall, I was in that place for an hour and a half for mediocre food and horrible customer ervice. How many times can you eff up a simple order? Apparently this BWW wings can do it FIVE total times. Ordered the Value Pack boneless wings with Buffalo SEASONING and fries. What did I get bone-in with Buffalo SAUCE and zero fries. I specifically said "seasoning " THREE effn times. Learn to - #1 "listen" as the server didn't even put in the right order and #2 "read" the cook didn't even make what was on the ticket, you idiots. Complete waste of time having to wait on the correct to-go order while the rest of my food gets cold. Took 22 minutes from when I picked up the first WRONG order to get the WRONG food yet again. I received Buffalo seasoning, but still BONED wings. Went Karen in front of the entire restaurant and then proceeded to get the correct order within three minutes. Gonna love the rest of my cold food when I get home. You don't deserve to be in business. Edit: realized when I got home they also didn't put the right kind of chicken on my wife's salad. I miss the BOGO wing special on Tuesdays but the BOGO half price isn't a bad deal and the wings are really good now a lot better than they were during the pandemic. Was driving through and decided to get wings. Had a pick up order on 5/19, pretty simple wings, fries and fried pickles. They still managed to get it wrong, three items, really. Didn't notice the mistake until I got back my hotel room and didn't want to hassle with traffic going back. The staff also was oblivious to what they're supposed to do. When I arrived there was no one that the take out order counter, two collage age employees at the entrance talking. They both saw me and yet neither bothered to say anything or call anyone back to the counter. Someone finally came and I got my order. Two stars for the food, since it was what I was expecting. This place is clean! The kitchen is clean! The cooks are clean and on the ball. The bartenders are friendly. They have an outdoor patio, but they also have grand garage doors they can open that allow outdoor freshness into the bar area, it is very refreshing to sit in this area, even in August. The cool cement and industrial feel lend to the cleanliness and openess, even at the bar, you do not feel crowded. Can't see the Hockey game? After my boyfriend and I were seated, we waited 20 minutes before a server came up to us to take our drink order. We decided to do the BOGO deal and order 10 wings each. She interpreted it as we both wanted 20 wings each! After being served 40 wings total, we had to ask for a manager to resolve this, who did not apologize for the servers mess up and simply said she would "comp one meal" and then walked away.
