Always super good food and super good service it's a cool restaurant, especially to watch games and nice inside. I plan on going there all the time. Every single location is dead that I go to. Never had a bad experience. read more

I've always liked coming to Buffalo Wild Wings because it was a place where I could meet up with friends, watch games, and still feel included even though I don't drink alcohol. I don't come here because the food is amazing. I come here because my friends drink beer, and until recently, I could still order an Athletic non-alcoholic beer that actually tasted like beer. That mattered to me. It made the experience feel normal and enjoyable. I understand that Buffalo Wild Wings may still have Heineken 0.0 and Michelob Ultra Zero, but to me, those do not taste like beer in the same way Athletic did. Athletic was the one non-alcoholic option that felt like a real beer choice, not just a substitute. It may seem like a small thing, but it changes the whole reason I came here. For people who don't drink, or who are sober, having a good non-alcoholic beer option matters. It lets us be part of the same experience without alcohol. I'm disappointed because Buffalo Wild Wings had a good thing for customers like me. Taking away Athletic makes it feel like there is one less reason for me to come here with my friends. Unfortunately, I don't think I can keep coming here unless a real non-alcoholic beer option comes back. read more

We were out to eat with the family again and well Buffalo Wild Wings was what was chosen. We were greeted and sat in a large booth area on the side. There were lots of tvs on for different sporting events which I'm sure most folks are here for as well as enjoy some food. It was definitely loud in there so take that into account. We decided to try out the All-American burger with fries and the Ultimate Sampler - Lemon pepper boneless chicken wings, teriyaki cauliflower wings, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. After ordering it did take quite some time to get our food. We were a large party so I'm sure that took into factor why it took quite some time to get our food. I would say the burger was not bad, the lemon pepper boneless chicken wings were quite salty as well as the teriyaki cauliflower wings. If I did order these again, I would probably ask for the sauce on the side to control the sauciness as well as the saltiness. Overall not a bad spot to get a variety of food so everyone can get what they want. The wait time might be an issue but as long as you're not starving, you should be okay. The saltiness of the food though can be tricky so perhaps ask for sauces on the side. read more

Last few times I've ordered take out there's always something thats missing in my order. Whether they're busy or empty, a meal that was always paid for was always missing something. Do better BWW staff. read more

Waitresses were super sweet and kind, but service in general was slow. Fries came out stale and boneless chicken was mostly batter and very dry. Regular wings were huge which was nice, but not super crispy and very dry inside. Wingstop does it better read more

Had to give them another chance. Stopped in for a Nashville Chicken sandwich. Spencer was our server/bartender and was quite attentive and pleasant to interact with. The Nashville sandwich delivered the heat this time! Some added slices of jalepeno helped and was quite welcoming. Garage doors were still closed tho; it was a perfect spring day to have them opened. So, no 5 stars for this review; but a solid 4.5... read more

Went for Veterans Day. The deal was advertised as pickup and 10 boneless wings nationwide. I went in and the young gal told me it was 6 wings dine-in only. That is fine, and appreciated, but it was advertised differently in every single source nationwide. It was a bait and switch. read more

Worst service ever!!! Got there checked in and waited for over 20 minutes and had 3 sets of customers seated before us even though we were there first and our party was smaller and we asked to be seated at a high top in the bar and we were ignored 3 times. We left the Bozeman Buffalo Wild Wings and we will NEVER go back. read more

upon arrival, I had a to go order, it was about 1 o'clock in the afternoon, not too busy, it took me over 20 minutes to get anybody's attention. And then I decided well, well, I'm waiting, I'll just sit down to have a drink. I got to order my drink and I sat there, watch my drink, sitting on the counter while the waitress walked by it multiple times and then again sat there for another 20 minutes, waiting for just a simple drink to be delivered, then get my food explained to the waitress that I was coming from out of town. wanted to make sure the food was right and of course it was completely wrong. So I had to wait another 20 minutes, got the right food finally but with no apology just "here you go". overall, I was in that place for an hour and a half for mediocre food and horrible customer ervice. I hate to say that I really loved this place up until now. Maybe just having an off day read more

Great wings and friendly staff. Kept us very well stocked for Thursday Night football. Bills Vs Dolphins, Let's go Buffalo!!!

How many times can you eff up a simple order? Apparently this BWW wings can do it FIVE total times. Ordered the Value Pack boneless wings with Buffalo SEASONING and fries. What did I get bone-in with Buffalo SAUCE and zero fries. I specifically said "seasoning " THREE effn times. Learn to - #1 "listen" as the server didn't even put in the right order and #2 "read" the cook didn't even make what was on the ticket, you idiots. Complete waste of time having to wait on the correct to-go order while the rest of my food gets cold. Took 22 minutes from when I picked up the first WRONG order to get the WRONG food yet again. I received Buffalo seasoning, but still BONED wings. Went Karen in front of the entire restaurant and then proceeded to get the correct order within three minutes. Gonna love the rest of my cold food when I get home. You don't deserve to be in business. Edit: realized when I got home they also didn't put the right kind of chicken on my wife's salad. Absolutely inexcusable to mess up that much. read more

The food is terrible. Processed, overly salted crap. The sauces all suck. The buffalo manages to be bland and spicy at the same time. It's definitely not franks. The lemon pepper just tastes like salt and pepper. Absolutely disappointing. You know food is crap when you're thirsty for hours after eating. For the best wings in town, go to Bozeman Taproom. read more

Absolutely Never Will Go Back. the noise level was completely unacceptable. had we not been there to support a local charity we would have walked out. we asked for the volumn to be turned down and we told it was a play off game. i thought i would find relief when we exited but the outdoor speakers where blaring as well. Never so happy to get in my car to leave the parking lot. least enjoyable evening i have had in years. will never go back, will tell anyone who even suggests this place about the horrible evening we had. IF Yelp allowed for all caps my review would have been in all caps as it felt like i was being yelled at all night - which is true because our whole table could not carry on a conversation. Now for the food, my order was wrong, But it took so long to get it and I could not wait to get out of the place I did not send it back. Even had the food been correct and delivered in a timely manner; it was mediocre at best. I miss the BOGO wing special on Tuesdays but the BOGO half price isn't a bad deal and the wings are really good now a lot better than they were during the pandemic. I love BWW in the Chicagoland area but this specific location gets my food wrong, or an entree missing... every time. Don't even bother ordering delivery. Literally every time an entire entree was either missing, or a side wasn't there or the order was incorrect. It happened so often I genuinely asked the manager if they were messing with me (but it's my fault for constantly ordering delivery TBH) this location just isn't the best, and I had high hopes bc near Chicago the locations are always solid read more

Great wings and two for Tuesday! Good service and a Mariners game on one of the many screens! I'll be back!

Was driving through and decided to get wings. Had a pick up order on 5/19, pretty simple wings, fries and fried pickles. They still managed to get it wrong, three items, really. Didn't notice the mistake until I got back my hotel room and didn't want to hassle with traffic going back. The staff also was oblivious to what they're supposed to do. When I arrived there was no one that the take out order counter, two collage age employees at the entrance talking. They both saw me and yet neither bothered to say anything or call anyone back to the counter. Someone finally came and I got my order. Two stars for the food, since it was what I was expecting. Did fill a comment on BWW corporate website, which is pretty good to voice a complaint. read more

Food was great , staff was great ! Their torn seats all over make it feel dirty and shabby , especially for a newer place .

This place is clean! The kitchen is clean! The cooks are clean and on the ball. The bartenders are friendly. They have an outdoor patio, but they also have grand garage doors they can open that allow outdoor freshness into the bar area, it is very refreshing to sit in this area, even in August. The cool cement and industrial feel lend to the cleanliness and openess, even at the bar, you do not feel crowded. Can't see the Hockey game? Just ask and they will put it on a tv near you! read more

Placed a to-go order just before 8p but when I showed up the door was locked. Says online they close at 10. Called and asked if my order would be made, and the girl that answered the phone said she'd check with the kitchen. She put me on hold and after about 7 min on hold she hung up. Checked and my credit card had been charged - so I called a couple more times, no answer. At this point, two families had gathered outside the front door wondering why the door was locked. Gotta dispute the charge with my CC. Bummer. For those looking, the best wings in town are at a locals-owned spot called Whistle Pig. read more

Right off the bartender was cool. But sadly so were my wings-noone in there(3 other ppl) my wings came out super quick and i soon found why -2 hot-the rest totally cold- with so much wing goop on them it just made them unedible. I dont send back food due to food paranoia bit i was very hungry so i muttled thru 8 and then the soup like stuff on the 2 remaining cold wings was just too much-couldnt do it. Bartender apologized for the kitchen a few times and offered to disavow her tip. She got 20%, and now the kitchen here gets 1 out of 5. Never to return. Blech read more

Year over year you would think this place would improve, but no... Like a lot of establishments in Bozeman, the service is trash. Sat in a nearly empty dining room for 15 minutes and didn't even get a 'we will be right with you'. As a manager or an owner, how can you run or survive as an establishment? Buffalo Wild Wings - Sauce, not cheesecake - Chicken Wings Near Me - Bozeman, Montana

I have always been a supporter of Buffalo Wild Wings. But my experience tonight makes me consider ever coming back. After my boyfriend and I were seated, we waited 20 minutes before a server came up to us to take our drink order. She was oblivious we had been sitting there for that long, even when she had walked past our table multiple times. She finally came and took our drink and food order. We decided to do the BOGO deal and order 10 wings each. She interpreted it as we both wanted 20 wings each! She did not clarify at all what we wanted and we had to approach her to follow up about our order. She then said it was too late to change it. After being served 40 wings total, we had to ask for a manager to resolve this, who did not apologize for the servers mess up and simply said she would "comp one meal" and then walked away. I would have received better service at McDonald's and am very disappointed in the service. I don't like being a "Karen" but felt this was warranted for such a terrible experience this evening. read more

Give Jakob a raise!!! We were a big group, they were super short staffed, and the dude was absolutely crushing it

Half the restaurant open, 20 minute wait because too many people just walked in, "this what the manager said". Sat down at the bar, bartender refused to serve because we were waiting for a table, also "what the manager said". Infuriating experience, won't be back. Time for a new manager. read more
