I still remembered when this place first opened (when I was in high school!) and it was a big deal. We went pretty often as a family and also with my friends and classmates. Service was fine, wing nights were fun and the place was spacious and clean. I went again back in 2022 after almost a decade of no contact and noticed the facilities were definitely in decline. Surfaces were a bit dingy and sometimes a little sticky from years of residue. Maybe it was just me, but the TV volumes felt louder; although this is probably me now as a parent with a small child and not as a young adult wanting to watch a game. Service was fine but a little slow. The staff is friendly but very unknowledgeable about any specials or promos. This was my biggest beef coming here in early summer of 2025 when they were offering their unlimited appetizer deal. I had to educate myself from online posts because the servers just had no idea. I suggested there might be a separate menu for the promo and that finally clicked. Wings are still decent and the portions were fine. I'm giving this place -- which I use to love getting wings from -- 2 stars for a very solid reason. The service since the last I been here to this location has gone down horribly. I haven't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in a little over a year. And now I paid my online order so I can just get my stuff and go. The servers were rude, and the desk staff clearly don't care about the customers who have paid online and have been waiting for their food. I got there at 5:47 pm because it was pouring rain and I didn't want to walk in and be soaking wet... so I get in, and tell the guy or girl (I don't know, looked trans to me) about my online order. They said "it'll be out in 3 more minutes"....well...15 minutes go by and I still haven't seen my food...so I asked a nearby waitress to see if she could ask someone about it. I don't know if she was just a waitress or a manager, but she gave me this annoyed look as if I bothered her (and it was slow fyi.). She said "I don't know, but I'll ask someone".... Another 5 minutes goes by, I don't get an update...and there was someone else there getting food too and they were there before me! They even asked the same woman and got the same response. It took a total of almost 15-20 minutes just for one of us to get our order, and my food tasted disgusting as if it was old chicken and old fries that they just gave me. It was so gross. I like the interior of this place and it was a decent place to hang while I got my tires changed. I got a buffalo chicken wrap my first time here and it really hit the spot; I'd been craving one and not a lot of places have them or make them well. This one was pretty good- nothing spectacular but it fit the bill and the fries were nice. I wanted to get another buffalo chicken wrap yesterday so I tried calling in an order for take out. The phone got stuck on calling but there was no ringing sound. I tried calling back but same deal. I reset my phone, thinking it was a problem on my end, but sure enough the problem persisted when I called again. Suddenly someone picked up, then put me on hold for five minutes. I eventually hung up and used the website to place an order. When I got there, there was a line but they weren't even busy. There were plenty of employees milling about in the kitchen and there were about two tables occupied. It looked relatively dead. The guy running the takeout counter was also mopping the floor so when I eventually got my food I had to wonder whether he had even washed his hands before grabbing it. It didn't seem like it. I was also annoyed because the default side with the wrap is chips and salsa, not fries, and I had somehow missed the option on the site to select fries. That being said they also forgot to include the salsa so it was just loose tortilla chips as my side. Fine, whatever. The buffalo wrap was fine though a little too drenched this time for my liking, but the experience made me never want to go back. I reached out to the complaint line on the website and they took my complaint but not my contact info, which means they're not going to send me a coupon or a discount or anything like most chain places when they try to make something right. Very few places open, I found this Buffalo Wild Wings location open until 11PM I seated myself at a high top in the bar area and was completely and utterly ignored by the bartender. I couldn't find an employee as they were all cleaning the store, preparing to close but they didn't close until 11 PM, so why was I being ignored. I had to flag one server down who stated they stopped seating at 9pm (that's 2 hours before they close, are you kidding me?) I was told I could order to go which I did because I was starving but was then told my order would take 20 minutes (it didn't but still) Felt like I was an inconvenience. Service has been consistently poor on the last several visits. On our most recent and likely last visit the restaurant was half full and it took about 5 minutes to seat us with only 1 party of 3 in front of us. When we ordered we got appetizers and meals. After waiting about 40 minutes we asked if we were going to get our appetizers soon and got some incoherent explanations of a "30 minute ticket" in front of us, so we said no big deal about our dinners we just want to get the appetizers first to hold over our kids and if the meals take longer that is fine. We could tell most of the half full dinning room still hadn't been served. Five minutes later all the food came out at once. We asked the server what happened we wanted the appetizers first. There was no empathy just blame on the kitchen for being backed up. Some of the food was cold, and eventually asked the server to take some of it away. Firstly, I love their wings. Unfortunately, every time I go in it's a different type of disappointment. The last three times we've been in are great examples. Number one, they were short staffed, and we had to wait at the door for 25 minutes before being seated. The next time we were seated, but the service and food were super slow, we just ordered a main course and it took 50 minutes. And then today their website says if you eat 10 of their hottest wings in less than five minutes, you get points and other stuff. There are good and bad things, its a sports bar chain, not a fancy restaurant. GOOD: close to home, easy parking, nice servers, large menu, so many TV's to watch sports, friendly and fun feel, prices aren't horrible, etc MEH: food quality. Never left there thinking yum! The lettuce was brownish and looking like it was past it's prime! The chicken that was in the salad was like frozen breast that was microwaved and just tossed on top! I should know better than to try and eat something fresh like salad here. Stick to the fried food and soft drinks. You'll walk out feeling like crap but at least you'll be full. Haven't been here for several years but needed beer and a snack after Christmas shopping in the area. Started with very low expectations as there were lots of irate people waiting for pick up orders. We were seated relatively quickly and the service was great. Nice draft beer list and the wings / fries were outstanding. I knocked one star off for the massed confusion in the pick up line, the table next to us sending cold food back and then leaving, and the men's bathroom could have done with a clean. Servers need to pay attention to dirty dishes on the table. If you don't have cups to serve drinks because MAYBE you SHOULD pick up the dirt ones OFF the tables and get them to the dishwasher. Don't act like the dishwasher cannot keep up. Your dinning area was a third empty. You should NOT have to ask your server to remove dirty dishes or even ask for silverware when you ordered food. Are you working for tips? People enjoying drinks tip heavier when their glasses are not empty. Be Attentive to your customers! As for the bar, it SUCKS. Serving mixed drinks that are supposed to have alcohol being made incorrectly and NOT containing any alcohol then changing your customers is WRONG. Having drinks on the menu then you cannot make them because you are OUT of product. Ordered a bottled beer instead because thank god you did not serve it warm. FUCK all you had to do was take the top off. Sounds like you NEED new management. As for the food, the cauliflower wings were good, hot, and seasoned correctly. The onion rings came out hot and fast, but were heavy on the batter. After eating and needing to use the restroom, only ONE of 3 stalls had toilet paper and was only a half roll NOT even on the holder. MANAGEMENT get with the program!! read more

I ordered takeout today and my chicken sandwich was inedible. It was obviously microwaved. It was so rubberized that I could not bite through it. Unable to even try to chew it. Since it was takeout it would be completely out of my way to go back there for them to cook the chicken the correct way. Wife and I stopped here for a quick bite mid road trip. I ordered the Pepper Jack Steak Wrap, and she got boneless wings. The wrap was school cafeteria quality at best: no pico (though the menu said there would be), southwest sauce was a liquidy mess, and the steak was poor quality.
