Ate here out of convenience because we stayed nearby. I will say that I love the decor, all of the odds and ends are charming and make for great atmosphere and photos. They also don't skimp on the food portions. Unfortunately, my rating is mostly because of the pricing. Not only do they charge $3 for water (!), they also add an automatic 20% gratuity to every check (regardless of party size) without disclosing. The $5 takeout fee is also new to me. Perhaps the saddest part was the pitiful selection of beers. If you had the option, I'd probably look elsewhere for food.

Remote area, so food choices are limited. Everything is counter service and they will then deliver to your table. Automatic gratuity is put on your bill, regardless of party size. And they charge $2 for tap water. Food was fine, but well overpriced for what you get. And it took 25mins to come out, and then only after I asked about it.

This is a $30 breakfast to go and they didn't even have utensils available.

Worst value for food ever! Ordered the Chuckwagon ($17) with 2 extra pieces of toast ($2) to go. They added a mandatory 20% tip plus $5 takeout. With tax, this turned this already overpriced $19 meal into $30. Additionally, they didn't have any utensils or condiments so toast was just toasted bread. Rest of it was standard, nothing special or particularly flavorful. Embarrassingly expensive for a carton of ho-hum food.

I dont want sounds KAREN. But im a camper and I been in alot places but like this never! Never will recommend this place. Lets start from the beginning. At the website or when you book they never say you cant do fire or even cook in your stove they say that just when you do the checkin. For me the cooking part is the must fun when you camping. And when I check in they say this with very smile face pointing to the f* pricy restaurant they have in there. VERY PRICE AND 20% TIP FOR NOTHING!!!! Anyways just for the next part , the tent is terrible. The pics you see is actually what you gonna get. DONT FOOL FOR THOSE PHOTOSHOP PICS THEY Advertise!!!! Yes the tents dont come with nothing. SO BRING YOUR OWN OR RENT $$$! dont have place to hang out. Nothing is just inside and inside. I didn't finish yet, the BATHROOM ARE THE MUST DISGUSTING PLACE EVER. No cleaning, no papers toilet , no soap. I don't care about bring my own but CLEAN IS THE MUST HERE DONT HAVE! After I took a shower walking at the floor I have to wash my feet again! WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CLEAN ? Come on!!! Please don't waist you many is this place , will be very disappointed!!! Good part they have wifi (free) And houses to ride (pay of course) THATS IT!!!!!! At the end I didn't stay . I prefer dispersed camping then stay there! At the end asked if I can have my refund for the nights she asked me why and call me bougie very frustrated!!!!!

$7 for a single drip coffee that was basically just hot water with a small taste of coffee. Was so gross.

They definitely have lots of locals but also tons of people coming through on snowmobiles. My server was amazing. She kept everything clean, checked on everyone constantly, while alarms grabbing and serving the food keeping things clean checking on people etc etc and did it while making people laugh and smile. I ordered this delicious breakfast with home made biscuits that were heavenly! The eggs hashbrowns and maple sausages cooked to perfection! Ryan came in to get a bite with me before we headed back to Denver! He was also greeted and got him some breakfast as well he got an omelette which he also enjoyed! We went to pay and during that moment a person came into this tiny adorable diner and casually said "we have 24 people " . I looked at the server and she smiled and said I'm gonna pretend to not be overwhelmed by that lol we all laughed smiled and she handled that situation like such a champ. Ryan and I scurried out. So note to large groups if you have well over 20 people you should totally call ahead especially if you plan on going into a little diner in a small town. But I was so impressed with how they handled it with a smile and a laugh and took care of everyone as we headed out. Go check out cowboy cafe ... and don't do what I did I forgot to get some pie to go... I heard great things about the pie. I may come back just for that alone! :)

I went to Pinedale for lunch today. I decided to stop into Heart & Soul Bakery & Cafe. I ordered…read morethe Thursday Special which was a meat stromboli with tomato soup. I thought the Stromboli was good but lacked real flavor. I was mostly eating through Italian meats (salami and pepperoni) with occasional flavors of basil but it was not deep and rich in its profile. Service was good, but not over the top. The restaurant is set right on the main drag on Pine Street. The restaurant also contains a small gift shop for local artisans sell their goods. But the interior of the restaurant is super cute and cozy.

"I'm going to need you all to move so I can get through," is a less effective and polite way of saying "excuse me, please." The kids in front of us ordered and rightfully got their food before us, but so much so that they finished and left before our food came out. This wouldn't have been a problem but when our food did finally make it to the table, it was on the cold side. Had they bothered to check in with us, I would have said something, but they didn't even bother. They were too busy playing with the dogs in the patio. The food was mediocre at best. The service sucked. The prices were fine. I'm only giving this place 3 stars for the physical atmosphere and prices. I'd find somewhere else to eat next time.

We got a breakfast burrito and some sort of super smoothie bowl (I forget what it was called). The burrito was excellent. We did not get meat in it because we were not super hungry, but it did not need it. Great flavor. The burrito came with some fruit and such. I'd say it was medium size. It would not fill up a big appetite (go to D.O.G. for that) but I was not disappointed. The smoothie bowl was also excellent. It'd go back here again for sure. We asked them to split the smoothie bowl in two for us so we could each share the burrito and the smoothie. They happily did this. We got things to go, but they have an array of counter and table seating to choose from. We liked it. Prices were Jackson high. So, more than you want to pay but if you can get free coffee at your hotel than it wasn't too bad.

I got a gluten free pumpkin chocolate chip muffin for $7 before tip the first day, and it was so good. Very moist and great flavor and held together well (which can be hard with GF.) and $7 is steep but it was pretty large so I found it reasonable. But the second day, I got a housemade chai latte with almond milk and a GF morning glory muffin and was so disappointed with both. First, they don't show that there's a $1.50 upcharge for almond milk on the menu so that was annoying. The chai was not sweet (but you could get it sweetened for an additional $1), which I was fine with cuz I love spicy chai. But it was like barely flavorful, I actually added a pack of sugar later to try to add some flavor but it was not enough to salvage it. And the morning glory muffin was still moist and fairly large but holy moley it had *so* many raisins. Do not get it unless you are in the mood to eat an entire box of raisins. It also had coconut flakes which I didn't realize and also didn't enjoy. The soups looked good, and they make some really good looking toasts too so I'd go that route!
