After the second missfit and missing pieces, on the same puzzel I threw the puzzel away

Put together a 500 pc puzzle recently and there were 3 pieces missing. So disappointing, having spent so much time and money on this puzzle.

Purchased new Chronology game from Buffalo which says it has cards spanning the centuries throughout history and globally. Well, not in this box. It's like they just grabbed all the cards from the 1940's in the US and stuck them into a box. Not what the game is supposed to be about. Very poor quality. Linda from customer service is condescending and rude. There is a missing piece in the game we just bought for my 6 year old. I called to get the missing piece... absolutely no apology and then she offered to mail the piece with not one tone in her voice that was happy about my call. When I asked her how long her response "as long as it takes to come in the mail" then I asked if she could overnight the piece as a 6 year old is melting down after putting this very complicated game together. Her response in a rude and condescending voice "um no". I asked to speak to someone else and she said she was the manager. I explained we had thrown away the box and she then asked "do you want the piece?" I'm not sure why companies have rude people answering the phone. You're a GAME company!! Kids that play games expect the game to be immediate. So a response from a company should be apologetic and immediate and happy to accommodate your businesses mess up . Not 5-7 business days to come in the mail. DO better! read more

Some puzzles are made with AI, which is extremely infuriating and disheartening. Its very clear if you look close, and these puzzles will not have an artist listed. The very least they could do is label them as AI generated. read more

some of the edges of the pieces bend easily and can peel up the photo a bit. the picture itself is nice. read more

on Saturday I tried to place an order on buffalogames.com. The order got to a certain point and would not continue. I tried for over half an hour to place the order, made sure I did everything right, and even opened an account. There was an offer by six puzzles. One will be free and $50 ship free. I tried again during the weekend to place the order and again had trouble. I felt that I could call Monday and it would be taken care of. I called this morning and was told there was nothing they could do. They were not offering a free puzzle anymore. They were order but no free puzzle. I felt that was unfair because I had worked to get the order in so I said I would think about it. I went back to the site it was still telling me that I would get the puzzle so I re-entered all the information it took all the information it figured the cost of the order which was over $120.00. And again it stopped dead and would not continue on to the final section. With the webpage up I decided to call the company to get help to finish placing the order since it was still telling me I would get the free puzzle and the free shipping and had computed it as such. When I called, they hung up on me repeatedly. I five times to get into the company telephone tree. I did not holler at the woman, I did not get angry. I did tell her I was disappointed and that I felt it was unfair for them not to honor the offer they had made. I think this company, or at least this person on the phones, does not care about customers perhaps especially new ones, but it left a bad taste in my mouth for dealing with them. I rarely leave a bad review because I realize it's online however, this company amazed me with their unwillingness to help me or to honor their offer online. Beware. read more

Really disappointed in the quality of these puzzles. It's not good. Multiple times pieces fit in place but it's incorrect. Also several puzzle pieces are bent or peeling from the backing. Missing 4 pieces of 1000 piece puzzle. Not pleased. Waste of hours of my life. Customer service doesn't do anything to replace with a same or similar puzzle or missing pieces. Just offer to replace with random puzzles most of which consist of 500 peice puzzles less than what I originally purchased and have no design similarities read more

puzzle pieces defective are not replaced, they say manufacture errors can occur but their offer for a replacement is a fantasy.

my puzzle came with 2 pieces misshape. brand new purchased from target $14. I went to the site and filled out the form, provided the pictures and they could tell or see from my clear pictures. not honoring what the site says about this defective product. very disappointed! would not purchase this ever again! read more

Grrrrrr. The only 2, and won't be buying any more from them, puzzles from Buffalo Games I bought have missing puzzle pieces. 1 puzzle has 1 piece missing. The other one has 3 pieces missing. The quality of them is awful and start peeling apart while connecting the pieces. It's like they use the same cuts in same color radius, so pieces fit but go a few spots over. Not worth the price or even worth trying to put them togethe, if you want to have them for keepsake. read more

Half of the jigsaw puzzles we have ordered from BuffaloGames.com have been missing piece. Be ready to invest time to complete the image only to realize you did not receive 100% of the product you ordered. The only options at this point is to select a replacement out of the much lower quality preselected puzzles or mail it back to the company and PAY YOUR OWN SHIPPING. I have bought five 1000 pc jigsaw puzzles made by this company and three of them have had pieces missing. That's correct, three out of five have had pieces missing. I have called Buffalo Games and they refused to replace the puzzles, instead telling me to go to their website and file a missing pieces complaint and take a picture of the missing piece (maybe someone can figure out how to take a picture of a piece that's not in the puzzle). Then you can select a new puzzle from a list of about five puzzles and they will send you that puzzle. But you cannot buy the same puzzle that you spent hours putting together only to find pieces missing. So all the time you spent is utterly wasted. They will not apologize for their mistakes nor for the hours you wasted putting together the defective puzzle. I asked for the president of the company and they hung up on me. This company is absolutely horrible and I will never buy another of their products. read more

My experience with this company has been an absolute let down and would never again purchase another item from them Again. We bought 3 1000 piece puzzles at Christmas time. All 3 were missing pieces when we put them together, When I finally figured out how to reach anybody I was able to fill out a missing pieces form. They offered a selection of only 14 replacement puzzles-non of which appealed to me. And only three of the choices were 1000 pieces. Most were 350 pieces. I settled for some replacements. None of which I have received to date. Unfortunately this company doesn't care about quality. They are a rip off company. Amazon would not reimburse because the return time had expired, I see Amazon still offers them. Very disappointing. read more

buffalo puzzles have the current quality control issues : often there are missing pieces,.the pictures release from their cardboard backing which i must reglue . often times they are sent out with no poster included, i've bought puzzles that are totally out of alignment. however the most insulting thing buffalo is allowing their puzzle artists to do is transfer exact items from one puzzle to another. in the " family vacation " series there were 14 items transferred from one puzzle to another. in one case the transferred item was in the exact same place .in the " fantasy " series the characters from one puzzle to the other were generally just moved around w/ one exact image transferred. i have worked buffalo puzzles for many years and something has gone awry. trying to call the company is a dead end... recorded runaround and hang up. i also wrote two very professional letters to the ceo : mr. nagendra raina one on feb. 27th and again on april 28th 2020. today is sept. 6th 2020 and i have no correspondence from anyone at buffalo games although i sent the letters certified mail...return receipt requested and a returned receipt came back to me...signed...so i know they received my correspondence. i have now been recommend by my jigsaw buddies a new company....ravensburger and gallison and their puzzles are top of the line. i'm brand loyal but i should changed companies long before now. buyer beware! read more
