The ham benny came with very little hollandaise sauce on it, I asked the server for more sauce she brought out about 2 tablespoons more. Having heard fabulous things plus seen 2 local vloggers rave about this new place, plus heard it was packed, I headed down around 8am with my friend to share all the delicious looking treats I've seen online. Sadly, it wasn't their day. We ordered mimosas, of which they have several listed, but were told they were out of sparkling wine. So we changed to a Spicy Bloody Mary. The bloody mary mix is bottled and local to TN but extremely dark brown and off-putting. Just order the regular one. We also ordered a whiskey blackberry sour. It was very good but were told they were out of the bitters that go in it. Still delicious. Get it. Get a few. Next we ordered Raspberry Scones but were told they were out. So we tried the biscuits with strawberry jalapeno jam. Please look at the restaurant's food photos on Google, Reviews, as I wasnt able to take photos. $7.99 and 3 biscuits came out the size of a 50 cent piece each, with a bowl of orange colored sauce that was good but certainly not what one would call Strawberry Jalapeno Jam. I know you are thinking, No way! ...but yes, they are teeny tiny biscuit bites. Three. On a large plate. Not even the equivelant of one full biscuit if combined. Also not fully baked inside. They had a nice glaze tho. Is this normal or a mistake in baking the biscuits? I think its normal since others posted photos on Google of similar. $7.99??? Then we tried the Chicken & Waffles. Pretty standard but the chicken was dark brown. Someone fried it too long and still served it. Dry. Then we tried the Peach Waffle. Berries inside with a raspberry sauce drizzle and brandied peaches. Very few berries, very thin coulis, and peaches that didnt taste brandied but its possible they were. We just didnt pick up that flavor. This was the one we were really excited about bcuz it looked so amazing online, and it just didnt seem prepared the same. The honey marscapone scoop on top looked like butter when it melted into the waffle but was sweet and good. I needed the maple syrup served on the side. The server was fun and enjoying the job. Had to check with the kitchen but its new, so no issues. I'm going to wait awhile until they are solidly on their feet. I really want to try the food the way it looked like it was prepared opening week. One of us was given a soup spoon, one was given a long iced tea spoon when we asked for spoons. Just a slight training thing. We saw 4 tables while there. The rest were empty. I think it's possible they were still recovering from a busy first couple weeks. The manager wasnt in the dining room but we did observe him making drinks at the bar. I would probably sit at the small bar next time if there was a bartender staffed there. Good view of the kitchen. There are also high top counters at the window with barstools. Parking is on the street for free. Lots of pay lot options in town as well as a lot across the street that may be free, I didnt see any pay signage. Restaurant is on the same block as the Appalachian Bistro. read more

Super fun/unique menu and quick service! The pimento biscuits and hash brown casserole were unbelievable.

I ordered the sausage empanada - it came out on a large plain plate. It looked tiny for the portion size, and once cutting into it, the dough was still raw, and there was hardly any filling whatsoever. I sent it back and got the chicken fried steak, but it seemed pretty consistent that overall they were very small portion sizes for the price of what you pay, there should be more on the plate. The atmosphere is really nice and clean for a diner. I also like the location - hopefully they can improve on their presentation and portion sizes. read more

This was a solid breakfast joint in downtown Sevierville. French toast was phenomena, and the omelette with breakfast potatoes was pretty good too. They have a lot of unique items on the menu which we didn't get to try, but sounded delicious. They also have a great lineup of morning cocktails for those who like to dip their toes in those waters. Sevierville is definitely becoming a hotspot for good restaurants. The Bruce Street breakfast is my absolute favorite thing on the menu here.This is another place that gets busy, especially on the weekends. I highly recommend this place. Service and food were just ok. I ordered a Bloody Mary and was quickly schooled on how you must have an ID in Tennessee. Totally understand and appreciate this requirement (went back to the car to get it) but the server could have been nicer about explaining. I ordered the fried green tomato sandwich which was lukewarm and the two small tomatoes were all breading with the thinnest slice of tomato. Side was hash brown casserole, also lukewarm. Husband got the Cajun omelette. He said it was tasty with flavorful spices and four large shrimp. Sauce was missing but server brought it later on the side. Also said the cheese grits were very good. We tried Buffalo Breakfast for the first time today and we are so happy we did. Our server Kinnley was so nice and attentive. I had the Bayou omelette, but since I don't eat pork, they happily subbed mushrooms for the andouille sausage. It was so good! And the breakfast potatoes had a great seasoning on them. We got a side pancake for all to try, as well as a side order of gravy/biscuit. The pancake was so light and delicious, and the gravy/biscuit was quite tasty. The restaurant had a good amount of business on a Monday at 11:30 am. I believe it will become a staple in downtown Sevierville. read more

It was my first time here and everything on the menu looked great, the coffee was very flavorful as well. I decided to ordered the "Eggs Benny". The food came to our table very quickly which was nice but they served me the "Eggs Benny" without the Hollandaise sauce, (eggs, ham, and English muffin) so I let the waitress know and then I had to wait about 5 mins for them to make more. We had breakfast for the third time at Buffalo Breakfast yesterday, 5 September 2025. Being in the food service industry for 48 years and just retired, let me tell you in today's environment it is extremely difficult for a restaurant to maintain sustained superior performance in all aspects of the restaurant from back of the house, front of house, hostess, cleanliness and sanitation, food quality and taste, service. Buffalo Breakfast has in all three occasions provided those key metrics in every visit. Small things that mean a lot. Our host was super friendly but really with the small move of pulling the chairs out for my wife and I was a pro move. Saying enjoy your breakfast. Our server Grace was on top of her game, ensuring attentiveness without intrusion. She knew the menu as the wife and I try to try something new every time we have visited. The menu is well thought out with uniqueness and purpose. The place has always been very clean including the restrooms. The decor brilliantly provides some Tennessee historical nostalgia and the wonderful southern charm. The back of the house seems to always deliver the dishes in a beautiful plate of food with the flavor and taste of a 5 Star restaurant. Very Masterful with purpose and conviction. My only critique is the air conditioning really works and it is slightly on the chilly side. I did talk to the manager before i left and told him that he runs a tight ship. He is aware of the air conditioning issue and they are working on a solution. Thanks to the amazing staff at Buffalo Breakfast. We live an hour away and wished you were closer. I live in dandridge tn about 20 to 25 minutes from this place my wife and I eat here all the time we have Eaton here about 30 times I have only had 1 time on a very busy day that my egg was wrong other than that this place has been awesome great people great food pancakes or great pouched eggs are very good mountain has was very good eggs Benedict was great the fried chicken is awesome very tender potatoes are good everything my wife and I have eaton has been really good. It's my wife's favorite place and I gotta say I love it too. it gets a little crowded. Sometimes parking is a little difficult, but it's downtown. Couldn't find any sausage. We also had the Pork Hash. The pork and potatoes were good but they placed 2 over HARD eggs on top. The pics looked like they were supposed to be scrambled. I wish the server would have asked how we wanted the eggs. Over easy would have been MUCH better. The server took our order and never came back. Had to have the manager find him so I could pay.
