Hands down the best wings I've had in the Denver metro area. I don't typically write reviews but I recently ordered wings from here for the 3rd time and I was blown away at the consistency they've shown. This time I went with spicy garlic honey and Korean glaze, all flats, blue cheese to dip. They were perfectly fried so that the outside had crunch but the inside stayed moist and juicy. The size of the wing is astoundingly adequate compared to other venues around town. I ordered a lb and a half expecting to have 2 meals out of it but instead I ate every bite like it was my last meal. I even licked on the bones long after I was finished trying to recreate the explosion of flavor I had with my meal. I will forever recommend this place as the go to wing spot from now on. On top of the food quality, I thought the woman who answered the phone was exceptionally nice and even willing to pick apart the vast menu of wing sauces and rubs to help me come to a safe decision. Tried the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and it was good - filling and delicious - the bread was soft and when made it was a substantial amount - no skimping. Tried the wings and they were okay - kind of dry like overcooked maybe - good flavor though. This is a small spot and it's order-to-go only. There are 2 things I go in search for....Margaritas and chicken wings. This is the first time I threw wings in the garbage. I have never had wings this bad. Overcooked is an understatement and the fact someone would make them, box them up and still serve them is what irritates me the most. All day I looked forward to wings. For 4 years I have been going past B B' W's & T on the corner of Colfax & Quebec with the crazy chicken sign, this trip I keep going past and a little voice keeps on whispering "over 5 million sold", over 5 million sold", on my way out of of almost my weekly trip to a Home Depot, I decide today's the day, phone my order in, and shoot down Quebec. So I park in their lot, hit the door, and see the closed sign, jump back in the suv and flip on my sketchy GPS, which preceded to tell me I am an hour and forty-five minutes away from chicken... So, after wasting about twenty minutes going in the wrong direction, I turn towards LODO and get to chicken place about two blocks from the State house. Go in and relate by GPS tale to robot cashier, no smile, no comment. I say " how long has the old place been closed" I get "no idea" for a reply, I pay and again try to engage robot cashier with " probably been quite a few years"? I get an expressionless" I have no idea"... The catfish nuggets were seasoned well but my friend stated she wish they fried them them a little longer so it would have a nice crunch. Unfortunately this place is not dine in. Ordered online and gave my VISA number and drove to pick up Friday Aug 30 at noon and they were closed and locked. Tried the number and no answer. They processed my payment. Got ahold of them the next Monday and they said sorry we were understaffed and that's why we didn't open Friday. They also said my refund was in the works. No refund yet. read more

The cashier was coughing into her hand as I entered the establishment. After greeting me and telling me my total for the order, she reached out her hand for my debit card. Didn't call or text to ask, which would have saved time. By far some of the best wings I've ever had and definitely the best in CO. Their catfish plates and the best I've had on this side of the Mississippi. Very disappointing. We ordered through Doordash and got 2 pounds of wings, mild and spicy honey garlic, Mac and cheese bites, eggrolls, fries, and banana pudding. Pretty much the only thing that was good was the banana pudding. Egg rolls and Mac and cheese bites were just okay. We didn't eat the fries. Then we realize there only spicy garlic wings, no mild. So I call to fix the situation and I get up in the middle of dinner and drive 25 mins away to pick up the pound of mild wings we wanted just the find out they gave us another pound of plain wings, no sauce. Completely disgusting! I came on Monday Aug. 21st 2003 I ordered the two piece cash fish. First issue the catfish was breaded but undercooked, I couldn't even eat through the first piece. However, what I did consume landed me in the doctor for food poisoning. I called the location to inform them and someone who claimed themselves as the Manager was completely disrespectful and no willingness to assist, she advised me to bring two day old food back for a resolution. This place will sell you food that is poisoning!!! DO NOT EAT here. I will be calling Denver country and the FDA for further investigation as I asked to speak to a person above her and she refused. The manager has a very dismissive distasteful attitude and she has lights a conversation. She should not work in the food and beverage industry and I will not rest until she's no longer there and they serving undercooked items. read more

Hilarious story from my roommate, I'll transcribe to here: So I was walking home from McDonald's cause it was closed and I see this like family owned hole in the wall KFC thing and I wasn't gonna go but then I saw they had a philly cheese steak so I'm like "ok I'll try it." I get in there and the woman tells me I can't sit in a chair in the lobby cause "it's not for sitting" and that if I did she wouldn't make my sandwich so I said "ok then give me my money back." Then I get my sandwich and it literally has a quarter of the amount of meat it should. It's literally a grilled cheese at this point. So I tell the woman "seriously? This is the regular amount of meat?" And she says "maybe you shoulda thought about the meat before you didn't tip." (Mind I too AFTER services rendered). So we go at it until the owner comes back and ask what's wrong. I open the sandwich and say "is this normal?" And he says "no it's not..." then the woman says "he didn't tip." And the owner goes "imma let it slide cause u new here." And gets me more meat. Then I told him "I'm never coming back here." And I left. Sandwich was great though. Actually a really good sandwich. They put chipotle on it, which is rare for a philly cheese steak. How many stars are you leaving? Leave like three because in the long run it was actually pretty good. read more

Food may be good but there is a total lack of customer service. I called in to place my first ever order and ask some questions about the menu after noticing the website listed on Apple Maps does not contain an actual menu. The girl who took my call and works the front made it seem she didn't have time or interest in assisting me and was reluctant to answer questions. When I noticed she was acting frustrated over the phone I asked how to find the menu online because I wasn't able to and she couldnt tell me how but insisted it was there. I searched every page & link without any luck so I asked questions over the phone. Despite already having had a bad experience I ordered anyways and gave the benefit of doubt that she may be busy. When I arrived that was not the case. I was the only person in the store. 1 of the items I ordered was Buffalo wings. Upon arrival I also realized they had multiple Buffalo sauces and instead of her letting me know and explaining the options over the phone she just selected a sauce for me. It seems she doesnt care to help or spend time with a customer. My order for my appetizer and my wing sauce would of been different had she just answered my question fully.
