It does not. This place is poorly run by two misogynists, and they make no bones about it. I had my ground floor handy storage container moved to the top of a three story stack of containers , fragile heirlooms inside be damned. When I approached them about retrieving my unit four weeks in advance, they complained askeing for closer dates. When that date came they told me my container had been there so long that it was lost. Deadlines loomed nothing to be done. Finally it is found and I have to rearrange things and add to it, doing this by myself as a 65 year old woman. They told me they could only leave it down for 24 hours, for the convenience of other people. And each additional time they had to move it, they would charge me $60.00. I protested which they found to find to be "offensive" so they gave me 48 hours to have my container emptied and cleaned. After ten years one time , and eight years another time, when they gave me a container almost impossible to open. The people that work there are toxic , difficult and dangerously thin skinned. Every interaction is stressful and they grab money in every way possible. I found the people across the street to be a thousand times nicer, cheaper, and actually helpful instead of scary. Dont use this place, especially if you are a woman.

I then had to visit the office because my code didn't work and the guy sitting there was rude, short with me (which was borderline condescending) and was mad that I "interrupted his McDonald's breakfast" and also what appeared to be an anime romance novel... very strange. I'm not sure if he remembered my being upset about the price change or if I was the lucky customer of the day. I didn't know it was his lunch as the office was open, there was no one else to talk to, so what else was I supposed to do? I had another uncomfortable run in with him since. I really don't think I'm going to keep my belongings here after my year is up. I will price out some other places as various reviews online have shared this one is pricier than others. It's closer to where I live but I don't visit it that often and when I do need to, I can't always make the 7 am to 7 pm window because of work/traffic (you can't access your OWN things outside of that window or they FINE you).

Parking is tight but I haven't had an issue as of yet. Jamie is very helpful and runs a professional operation. Yes, the lights go off but you just need to go outside the unit and wave your hands. It doesn't bother me. I have not had issues with moths. I have only been there a few months so I can't totally rule that out however I see the maintenance crew washing the floors and wiping down walls. They definitely take pride in their work. My belonging feel secure and it's a great location. If you can grab a unit here I would do so immediately.

The new staff are extremely professional and responsive yet it still feels like dealing with local business owners rather than a big chain storage facility. The recent upgrades to the property include new roofing, paint and security enhancements. All in all, a great set of improvements have been made to what was a wonderfully convenient location in need of the loving touch of new owners. Although the rent has increased from it's older days, it is absolutely commensurate with market rates and the upgrades and service from the staff make me more than happy to keep business with them.

The 3 movers I hired at…read more$155.00 an hour and myself were no showed by management to open a storage unit that had been confirmed and reserved by SpareFoot. I was instructed to call when we left home , which I did, and left a message as again they did not answer the phone. I was told by the manager he would he meet us at the facility to fill out the paper work and unload the truck. Manager did not show up, and eventually I had to make the decision to re-load and drive to another storage facility, The Storage Place in Carpinteria. True professionals with common courtesy and better prices. I ended up having to pay the movers $465.00 as is took 3 hours for the extra time due to the unavailability of Bond Storage . The phone no. on the Bond Storage website is even incorrect. Stay Away and save yourself the aggravation I encountered.
