There was a leak coming from the roof, instead of telling us that the roof needed to be replaced (like many other companies did) he was able to identify that our chimney flashing had failed. He said they don't normally do smaller repairs but he was willing to help. They got the job done and it's been 7 months without any signs of a leak. We were also getting a horrible draft in our sunroom we figured it was just not insulated properly but upon speaking to Eddie, he quickly identified that our windows were compromised and we were loosing money on energy costs. They came out and did an emergency typing for me no problems however I was told that I would have a handheld service to help me navigate the claims process with my insurance company. That was a lie. I have now been calling Nomback Homes the entire month of July and gotten no assistance. I have left multiple messages and gotten no follow up phone call. At this point, I would not recommend anyone doing any business with Nomback Homes since customer follow up does not seem to be a priority.

The work started promptly. The crew was hardworking and conscientious and greatly exceeded my expectations. When they were done I had a beautiful new roof. Cleanup was done especially well. Once work started, crews were on-site until timely completion. When there was the threat of rain, exposed areas were covered. The price was a little more than others charge, but given that they have been in business for many years, the quality of work performed, the quality of the materials used and the warranty provided, it was worth the small premium. The company communicated with me every step of the way and shared pictures of trouble areas, progress, and completion.

I had a pretty scary situation this morning. I woke up to a loud bang and had no idea what…read morehappened. After checking the building, I realized the roof had been damaged from the wind and part of it had blown off. I immediately started searching for roofers and George Roofing responded quickly and scheduled an emergency visit the same day. Eric and his project manager Rafael came out, went up on the roof, and showed me photos and videos of the damage so I could see exactly what was going on. They explained everything clearly and showed me how The plywood underneath was completely exposed. I was extremely paranoid then they made me feel a lot better about the situation. When they said they could help me and there's no need to panic. I was so scared rain was gonna come down and destroy everything. They performed an emergency repair right away and secured the roof with membrane so water wouldn't get into the building. Now we're scheduled to move forward with a full new roof.
