So I immediately went back they "fixed" it. 2 weeks later my camera failed again. So I went back and when they tried to fix it, they couldn't. I was told they'll order a replacement to fix it. I had to wait an entire month for it to come in. I took it back to get repaired again. Walked out happy thinking it was fixed. But guess what, 2 weeks later my camera failed again. So I went for a screen repair and left with a broken camera that they couldn't fix. Wish I could get my 250$ back because they broke my phone so now I have to save up to afford a new phone.

I do not recommend Mobile Fix at the Moreno Valley mall…read more I took my phone in to have a cracked screen replaced. From the moment I walked in, the employee barely communicated with me and seemed uninterested in helping. Before agreeing to the repair, I specifically asked him to make sure my phone was still functioning properly before replacing the screen. He simply nodded and said yes. About two hours later, I got my phone back, and the very first thing I noticed was that the new screen was popping out of the phone. When I pointed it out, his response was, "Just don't put it in your pocket because the screen can come off." Seriously? That's the quality of work I paid for? When I got home, I also realized my Bluetooth no longer worked and some of the keyboard letters weren't working either. I returned to the store, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me they could fix it--but only if I paid more money. They damaged my phone during the repair and then expected me to pay again to fix the problem they caused. The workmanship, customer service, and communication were all unacceptable. The technicians refused to take responsibility and had made me come back to the store a couple times, wouldn't issue a refund, and acted like none of this was their fault. Save yourself the frustration and take your phone somewhere else. This was a complete waste of money and one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

He said yes there were roaches inside the game. I looked at my daughter-in-law and I told him he's full of shit. Get your game and let's go. ((so I tell him then give me my game back. He has a nerve to walk out to the trunk of his car and get my game council from his car so if there was roaches in there, why would you put it inside of your car make that make sense ))The point of the matter is he could've been a bit professional he said this in front of customers and I know for sure I do not have roaches in my house. I literally took it down the street to another company, they fixed it in less than an hour I even told him about my horrible experience and he told me there wasn't anything inside my game council and I couldn't be more happier.
