Watch out being snowed by these very jaded reviews. This guy is slightly batty, and engaged in an ongoing parking war with his neighbor. I'll admit, I didn't stop in to shop, but definitely wouldn't after how I was treated! I pulled up to the empty parking spot to get my car serviced at the location next door. It would make sense to have a battery store next to a car shop. Au contraire mon frere! This guy has some hand written sign outside his shop about parking and then harasses you if you park there. Seriously. He comes running out asking if I'm going next door and then makes me move (there were not other spots available). He has also gone so far as to move pallets and other items into the parking lot and does NOT have a legal right to ask you to move or control the parking (it's a big shared lot). Wow, what an impression. If I ever needed a battery I'd pay more just to not have to deal with someone so petty. Grow up and get along! read more

You can tell this is a "family " establishment. They are friendly. Resonably priced at and all around wonderful to deal with.

I have used the Burien store many times. I have always found them to be friendly and helpful. Not always fast as there is one attendant and usually a few customers. But at the end of the day their prices are good and they have always found what I needed whether for my car. motor cycle or golf cart. I just bought another golf cart that needs batteries and I will be going here to get them. read more

The shop has been run by one man for many years. He has the best price (I shopped around) and he is VERY helpful. I had an RV that needed two batteries replaced. They were difficult to get to. He replaced them, cleaned up the corroded cables and installed the batteries at no extra charge. I had an excellent experience! read more

My daughter was having battery issues across the street at Walgreens, with her 2 wk old baby with her, and this place helped her out, tested the battery, cleaned and tightened the connections and determined she needed nothing new, there was just gunk interfering at the connection point. I bought my sister a battery from this place because they said that was the problem for the vehicle and they showed me on the gauge which I didn't know how to read. I'm not a battery salesman but I took his advice expecting it to be an honest answer or diagnostic of the problem because he was willing to show me it on a power gauge and tell me that was the problem. It wasn't the problem. It was the starter. So I came back trying to get a refund and he wouldn't let me get my refund or battery back. So he showed me the power gauge of the new better and it was the same as my sisters old battery. I tried to get the battery back but he said it was under a pile. I offered to grab it myself but he said I might get hurt. I understand that but he sold me a battery with the same life as the old one. A generic one compared to my sisters stock Panasonic car battery. He called the police and said I was being aggressive. I was not. He thought they automatically had his side. I just wanted my old battery back because he said I couldn't get a refund and I was fine having another battery but he wouldn't even give me my older functioning non generic battery back. I stayed so he couldn't incriminate me. He already tried to do that while speaking to the operator. Plus the car wouldn't start.The starter was the problem not the battery life like he said and tested for. The police officer was nice enough to stay and not let the batteryman use any other false information to darken my situation. DONT USE THIS SERVICE. read more
