Very unprofessional. I had an appointment for 10am but unfortunately had an emergency to handle prior to the appointment time and I called 1 hour before the time to notify them to see if we could push the time back or reschedule. The woman who answered the phone said that I can come for 10:30 latest and I explained to her that I was dealing with an emergency situation and that would not work and I can reschedule for any other day, however she then hung the phone up in my face and I tried calling back 3 times with no response. So I waited about 30 minutes and I called back one more time and the same woman answered the phone and the minute she heard my voice she hung up the phone again. Very disrespectful and unprofessional, Sometimes people have emergencies that are unexpected, handled very poorly by this business. read more

Don't waste your time or money at this "spa". My husband purchased a Groupon for me in which it wasn't allowed to be used on weekends- no issue I can rebook- except for the way the woman up front was speaking to me regarding booking. The way the woman made me feel as if though I was being "dishonest" for not mentioning that I had a Groupon when I didn't know that was to be done in the first place. AS IF HAVING A GROUPON IS AN ISSUE OR FROWNED UPON! I showed it to her upon arrival and that's when the issue began. The money was paid to the business so I'm not sure why she sent a paying customer away. I was told that I "wasted their time" although I arrived on time (early) for my massage and paid in advance! The place has been renovated since my last visit so do not rely on the pictures. Before they had a room with reclining chairs where you could enjoy a foot massage with a group of friends, but that room no longer exists. Now they have rooms with your choice of 2 or 1 massage tables, which left me to my massage solo when I went with 2 other friends. My masseuse was not the best. A lot of rubbing instead of massaging. The reason I went was for a foot massage which was mediocre at best. My opinion is they're catering to late night massages and based on their current "64.99 Gentlemen Massage" advertised on Yelp, I'm right. I get it though. They're a small business who has to pay Boca rents. I'll go across Palmetto for my foot massages. I'll return for a happy ending. read more

I booked a massage with Jason three days in advance, which was also confirmed twice with the owner, actually on the day, but 45 minutes before she called me to switch up my appointment from 5 to 5.30. I told her this was not possible for me, but she told me Jason was now busy with another client and that she tells customers NOT to ask for a certain masseur as she cant guarantee it, most probably due to walk-ins ! I told her she had not once told me that and when I booked and I was very specific who I wanted. I explained that living in Boca, there is a huge choice of spa's and that this had never happened to me previously at any other spa in the area.. She told me again that it is the policy, so I told her that I would take my business elsewhere. I don't actually think she really cared. In fact another friend booked a massage with Jason for sixty minutes several months back, and when she arrived she was told that Jason did not have the energy to now to a sixty minute massage and that he could only do thirty, so she left too.
