This is my Groupon that expires in 2045 that they are making me repurchase

I will be leaving bad reviews for this business across every platform. Buddha Spa is a horrible business and extremely rude. I would recommend everyone read the lowest reviews on Google, don't be fooled by the star ratings, myself and plenty of others have had the same experience with this business not honoring Groupons. I received a Groupon for a couples massage about a year ago, I forgot I had it and decided to make an appointment because the expiration date was in 2045. so obviously, I assumed the coupon was still valid because it says so. The lady at the front desk was so rude and she kept showing me a calculator that she typed 50 in and told me I owed that even though I had a Groupon that was already paid for. unfortunately, she makes no sense because she doesn't know English and when I showed her, the price online was even less than what the Groupon was She still told me I owed her $37. Not sure how she came up with these numbers but they won't provide me with the policy that states customers are responsible for paying the difference of a discounted price. Not sure why this business is still on Groupon because they don't accept them. I would not recommend anybody purchase a groupon here or come here at all. There are many horrible reviews for this place I would advise everyone go read them. I attached my Groupon with the date highlighted so I'm not gaslit into being told that it expired a year ago. they also mentioned they would pay for my parking and didn't even though they texted me that less than 24 hours before my appointment and also asked me to come before opening. super weird, please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place

My boyfriend and I live close by we had been contemplating getting massages but didn't know where. we chose this spot based on their reviews and buy we were not disappointed. when we got there we were greeted immediately and everyone was so nice. We chose to do the couples massages the set up was very nice and they had a wide range of essential oils to choose from. They also have a deal between certain times and massages are discounted I thought that was very neat. the massage was fantastic and I left feeling like a new person we will definitely be back. My fiancé and I came to Buddha spa for the first time recently after doing a search on Yelp! I'm so happy I'm a huge teller otherwise I wouldn't have found this beautiful gem!!! The customer service was outstanding and the massage was our of this world! The massage therapist were very attentive to the way we felt and the type of massage we want wanted. I had such an uncomfortable experience here. My masseuse straddled my neck and sat on my legs during the massage along with leaving the room multiple times. When she would leave she would leave the door open and wouldn't cover me with the sheet before doing so. I was very uncomfortable. I was hounded to leave a better tip than I wanted. The massage was very relaxing. The essential oils and hot stones were the best part!! Went today to have a foot massage and facial for the first time since the lockdowns. They did a great job! Very clean and professional. Anna was my masseuse, and she was top rate. I know it can be intimidating in the new covid-19 world to go out and get a massage, but companies like this need to survive and they are adapting by going above and beyond to make sure facilities and personnel are hygienic. I wanted to take my mother for a foot and leg massage for her birthday. We booked the private room which was so peaceful and serene. This was the first time for the both of us. What a great experience. Frank serenaded my mother with "Happy Birthday". He has a very nice singing voice but he has even better hands. He worked on my feet and legs and I could have stayed there all day. Tom worked with my mother and she said that she enjoyed it very much but had difficulty with the language barrier. No problem because Jason joined us and we had a translator through the whole session. Then Jason offered to do one of my legs while Frank did my other one. Absolutely awesome! The lady at the front desk was very sweet and attentive and kept coming back to see if we needed anything and she also sang Happy Birthday. We were talking and laughing and had a great time. This is the 7th time I've come here for body massages and I can say that the masseuses here are very skilled. professional Massage with the right massage principles that have been practiced well. Each person has a high standard of massage. Serious massage with no delays If you don't believe me, you have to come and prove it yourself. For me I had a massage from the masseuses JENNY, IDA and JACK, all massaged very well and very skilled. After I finished my massage, I felt comfortable. No aches and pains at all. I felt my muscles relaxed and my brain cleared. I felt that my blood was circulating in my body better than without a massage. My boyfriend and I did a couples massage and the first thing we said at the end was, "Wow, this was amazing and needed". Then, "The next one's on me!". No doubt - we will be back for sure! The massage was amazing and focused on all areas and every part of the body. The way they took their time, used all techniques, and even ended with stretching the limbs. I loved how the hot stones were included as well. I felt like I got a bit of everything in one hour. I am big on cleanliness and it was very clean! The business had great communication overall - booking it, parking, etc. I thought the parking would be a hassle but I was wrong as they had excellent customer service and took care of the parking fee. Great massage and company!! Sing was my masseuse. He did a fantastic job! He worked hard...used lots of pressure when needed. Really put a lot of effort into it. He's a real professional. The location is in Boca, which is great. At first, the reception area was a bit small, so I was a little concerned about what was behind the main door that leads to the rooms. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were neat, had that peaceful massage atmosphere, and were clean. Nice and quiet. The lady with the red hair at the reception area was also very pleasant, which was a nice introduction to the place. Pretty woman. And the price was good. I purchased a 60 minute massage through ClassPass and showed up 10 minutes before my appointment. The owner informed me that they no longer work with classpass and that I'd have to take it up with the app directly. She then asked if I would like to pay for the 60 minute massage directly, after I explained that I had already done so via the app that they once worked with. She refused to give ClassPass a call and assist me with the refund. I'm not only wasted my day driving back-and-forth, but also paid for parking for the hour. We went for a couples massage 2 days in a row. My husband and I have back issues, and I have torn ham-strings. On the 2nd day I asked for more pressure which helped move and release additional areas around my spine and discs. The rooms were clean and very nice, and the receptionist was especially friendly and warm. The warm towels used to remove the oil on each limb when finished was a relaxing treat. After our 2nd visit, Aida came our and gave us more exercises to do at home. We highly recommend Buddha Spa, and it is extremely, reasonably priced. read more

Honestly, picked this place randomly but it was GREAT choice! wasn't expecting hot stones or for them to stand on my back and do the massage like that but it was so good. i got the 90min and it entailed a regular warm up, back and leg massage, while they do the legs, you have hot stones on your back! Then they use the hot stones for an extra massage but the best part is that they kept on going with the head and front of the body. Not sure about the 60min one but the 90 was one of the best experiences I've had in a while read more

However, this particular establishment has proven to be the most exceptional, earning a flawless 10 out of 10. Great place! We took a chance the first week they opened, and they honored the groupon deal of $20 for a 30 min foot massage. It actually included a foot soak, short neck/shoulder massage, and a longer foot massage. Great ambiance, clean, and very polite and attentive masseuse. They have a large room with several chairs for foot massages and a few single/double rooms for back massages. We liked it so much, we plan to come back again this week for a back massage! read more

Yesterday I had my first massage in Boca Raton by a Fantastic masseuse, Jason! It was a 60 minute therapeutic massage with aromatherapy and hot stone treatment! I have had some pain in my back and shoulder for awhile and Jason seemed to know where and worked extra on those areas! Left feeling wonderful and pain free! I had a wonderful full body massage at Buddha Spa, which I received as a gift for the holidays. The masseuse was very talented and he used just the right amount of pressure. I had three very large babies back-to-back so my back is still trying to repair from all the damage. I walked out feeling 100x better after receiving my massage. We searched and called many spas with more advertising and higher prices. We could not get a time for days and found Buddha. We called and they bent over backward to welcome us and make the time for us to get our 90 minute combination massages. They were receptive and kind and really cared about our satisfaction. I stumbled upon this place because the massage facility I usually go to was not available and I am so thankful I did. My experience was very pleasant. The receptionist was welcoming, the rooms and linens were clean. The massage was absolutely amazing, I would recommend 10/10. went for a last-minute couples massage and was able to get in and had such an incredible experience!! super friendly environment, very clean, and I felt so comfortable the whole time. plus the massage was incredible and my sore legs from running feel amazing. they had a sheet before the massage where you can write if you have any areas of pain and our masseuses really paid attention to it and were super careful in the areas. definitely coming back! read more

Don't think twice just book a massage or reflexology body scrub even. Buddha Spa is the absolute best their therapist work wonders and trust me I'm a harsh critic I've been to so many places and was never happy but when I walked out of here I felt so calm relaxed and at peace. This place was honestly so good. Everyone was super friendly and really accommodating from the second I walked in. I saw Vivian and she was amazing. She somehow found all the spots where I was holding tension without me even having to say much. I didn't realize how much I needed a massage until I was there... I walked out feeling so much better.
