I would give this place zero stars if I could. Prior to my appointment, I specifically requested a female masseuse and was guaranteed one. By the time I was already set up, I was given a male masseuse unannounced which is something I was uncomfortable with. There was absolutely no communication from the therapist asking what type of massage I wanted or explaining the different types I could have. The massage was extremely painful. I asked him to stop and soften up several times but he only laughed because there must have been a language communication barrier. After walking out, the pain came in waves that I was not expecting and I was left with two large red marks on the back of my neck that have now turned to dark bruises and marks on my back. When I called the front desk to find out what type of massage I received, I was told "Oh yes you're masseuse was very strong" and denied that I ever requested a female. They said that they would call me back but never did. I was deceived and now need professional help. DO NOT COME HERE. Went back the next day to speak with the manager who was the same person on the phone who never called me back. I showed her the bruises on my neck and she was completely unapologetic. In fact, she defended the therapist. I was not offered and had to ask for an apology and refund. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Take this as a warning. read more

He also stretched me which was fabulous. It's always annoying when therapists skip the neck and shoulders which carry most of the tension. We asked for the couples room where we could get foot massages together. They probably paid attention to my feet for maybe 5 minutes. This is a foot massage place isn't it? Says Foot in the name of the business. Therefore why was my male massage therapist paying attention to every other area of my body making me uncomfortable in certain areas? Then tells me to flip over for my back. If I wanted a full body massage I would go to a medical professional massage therapist. Not a foot spa! I ended up getting up 10 minutes early and leaving. The place looks so much cleaner, the front desk person who I think is also the owner, was super nice and friendly. But the best part was the massage I I received from Vivian. The lady at the front will lie to you to get you in anyhow even if they don't have availabilities. Also she opens the doors many times while you are getting a massage to talk to the masseuse. I've taken advantage of foot reflexology everywhere I travel, New York, Toronto, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Shanghai, just to name a few, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the kind of quality that rivaled award-winning therapist back in China. This place will be my spot every time I'm in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. The receptionist was very personable and attentive, the spa was quiet and spotless. My therapist was Frank, he was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond the call of duty. The reason I say this is because I had a gigantic bruise next to my knee, which I promptly advised that he avoid when working on my leg, most therapists wouldn't have offered to use Chinese elixir to rub out the bruise, but he did! It's like Neosporin assists in the speedy healing of a wound, rubbing out a bruise helps the body absorb the "bad blood" that's trapped beneath the skin....needless to say, my bruise is now gone, days sooner than usual. Thank you Frank, for not seeing guests as just a number and a dollar sign. I was so relaxed after my treatment, that I slept hard for 10 straight hours, as a mother of 3, that's a blessing not often had. :) If you are looking for a clean establishment, with professional therapists, and very reasonable prices, look no further. This is by far the best place for foot and body massages in the greater Fort Lauderdale/Boca area! I wish there was a location such as this in my hometown. read more
