The staff definitely carry that "too cool" Supreme vibe, so don't expect warm customer service, but that kind of comes with the territory. One thing to note: the area outside can be a little rough. There were quite a few unhoused folks around, and you definitely need to watch your step on the sidewalk. If you're a fan of the brand, it's worth checking out, just be prepared for the surroundings.

I shook my head no, wondering where this could possibly be going. "Crocs feel exactly the way you think they would feel just by looking at them." That's how the Supreme store feels. Exactly how you'd expect, exactly what you'd expect, exactly who you'd expect. And it's not that it's some torturous experience or anything, it's just not necessarily worth a visit aside from a drop that you wouldn't be able to obtain online. But, you likely wouldn't even be able to find out if what you're after is in stock in-store or available anyway because staff so rarely answer calls made to the store.

The staff gave us plenty of space to browse, but they were always available when we had questions. No pressure, no pushy sales tactics, just friendly and professional service. The selection was impressive, but the prices completely caught us off guard. My wife and I each found a pair of bright yellow Adidas Gazelles, one of the hottest colorways this season, for only $29.99 a pair. Considering these usually sell for around $120, it honestly felt unreal. You can barely grab breakfast for that these days, yet we walked away with brand-new Gazelles. Great prices, a solid selection, and a team that lets you enjoy shopping without hovering over you. That's exactly the kind of retail experience I appreciate. Thanks again to everyone at Shiekh.

Instead of helping, she became hostile, yelled at me, used profanity, and hung up the phone. When I immediately called back, no one answered despite multiple attempts. I left a voicemail requesting a return call before the end of the business day. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've had. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, even when there's a communication barrier. I hope management reviews this incident and provides additional coaching to prevent it from happening to someone else. All this occurred because I couldn't find the SKU#! I gave the name of the shoe and the color, do your job and find it and tell me if it's available at your store or online. The fucking nerve of people! Trust me when I say that I will not let this issue go!!! Below I'll provide a picture of the shoe that caused me to be disrespected!!!! DO BETTER SHEIKH!! YOU WILL NEVER GET A CHANCE TO DISRESPECT ME OR MY FAMILY OR MY FRIENDS AGAIN!!!!! I WILL LEAVE A REVIEW EVERYWHERE THIS STORE IS SPOKEN ABOUT!!!!!!

There isn't a superlative in my lexicon that can adequately describe how incredible my experience…read morewith Warm Planet Bikes has been. I first reached out to Warm Planet Bikes back in December after realizing my wife and I had a bit of buyer's remorse on our practically brand-new Tern GSD R14 -- it had only 11 miles on the odometer. We decided we really wanted a front-loaded cargo bike instead. Even though Warm Planet doesn't take trade-ins, Kash (the owner) went above and beyond, offering guidance on how to sell the GSD privately and even performing a full tune-up and diagnostic checklist for my buyer. That level of support, especially when there was no immediate sale in it for him, speaks volumes. Then I became the most indecisive, high-maintenance customer imaginable. From December through February, I changed my mind more times than I care to admit. I started out set on a standard Larry vs Harry eBullitt, but then realized our 60-lb Golden Retriever might not be able to comfortably lie down in the front box. That sent me down the rabbit hole. I bounced back and forth between the Yuba Supercargo, the eBullitt X, and the Urban Arrow Family Cargo. At one point I literally laid masking tape on my living room floor to map out the various bucket dimensions to see which one would best fit our dog. Through all of it, Kash was patient, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. Not once did he pressure me. Not once did he seem annoyed. He just kept offering insight, answering questions, and helping me think through what would truly work best for our family. Kash is truly a diamond in the rough. His kindness and integrity are rare. And Ted, his mechanic, deserves major credit as well. Ted made sure the GSD was in A+ shape for its new owner, and the eBullitt X I finally took home was pristinely assembled. The shifting was buttery smooth, everything dialed, everything perfect. It rode exactly the way a dream cargo bike should. If you want a shop that treats you like a human being instead of a transaction, Warm Planet Bikes is it. I can't recommend them highly enough.
