This time, two young men came out to do the service. One of them entered our home without wiping his shoes and did not wear shoe guards, nor did he offer to put them on. They also did not put anything down on the floor to protect it prior to bringing in the cleaning equipment. While they did work quickly, they spent much of the appointment chatting loudly with each other. Both the couch and cushions were very wet when they finished, but maybe that is normal? After today, unlikely that I would use their services again.

I have had various companies come to clean my carpets over the years. We have about 2,500 sq ft of…read moreoff white carpet and two small dogs. When other cleaners who use tons of water cleaned our carpet, many of the stains would resurface within days. The smell of any pee that may have been on the carpet (though very little) would waft through the house until the carpet dried. And even when the floors had been cleaned, steamed, etc., within weeks, the carpets looked grungy. We have nylon carpet and were becoming very frustrated. We then called Tuthill's Quick Dry. We didn't understand how the carpets could be cleaned without tons of water, but when we saw the process, and the results, we couldn't believe our eyes. Every pee stain came out. There was no smell, other than the low amount of chemicals used (other carpet cleaners used a lot of chemicals and even said not to walk on the carpet barefoot for a couple of days). Jim Tuthill took his time to inspect the floor even before he began the tedious cleaning he did. Stains that NO OTHER cleaner could remove, were erased by Jim's understanding of each type of stain. He even 'trimmed' the carpet with special sheers when he found an uneveness. And most of the carpet throughout the house was dry by the time he left. UNBELIEVABLE! Jim was so polite and went above and beyond our expectations. He will be cleaning our carpets twice a year at least now. And he was less expensive than these so-called 'deals' I would fall into year after year. Give Jim a call. You will be thrilled at the results. After a chocolate boba milk tea exploded in the back of my car, I knew that the mess left over from…read morechocolate syrup and sugary dairy mixture was going to need a bit of elbow grease to clean up. I tried and tried, but I couldn't get the dark syrupy stains out of the ceiling fabric of my vehicle. Not to mention the spoiled milk smell that was staring to develop as the days got warmer. Then I remembered that I purchased a fabric warranty with my car in 2017. Thankfully, that company chose Buckeye Chem-Dry to fulfill the warranty job. And boy did they (Chris) come to the rescue! I spoke with Chris on the phone to set up an appointment. He was very friendly and courteous and answered all of my questions without issue. The day of the appointment went off without a hitch. Chris came on time and allowed me to show him all of the problem areas inside of the car, and off he went. I'm so happy to report that Chris did a WONDERFUL job. I truly didn't think that half of the stains would come out because of how bad they looked... but, I now have a car that isn't stinky and doesn't look like a chocolate bomb detonated in the back seat. Admittedly, the work has literally been completed just a couple hours ago, but I'll update this review if anything changes. Lastly, I'm unsure of pricing since everything was covered by my warranty. In my opinion, they're worth whatever they're charging for their services. If I should ever need services such as this again, I know exactly who I'll be using. Thanks again, Chris! P.s.
