We had then out to treat pet urine carpet stains. They charged $400 and the stains are back. Pticey and poor work.

After a chocolate boba milk tea exploded in the back of my car, I knew that the mess left over from chocolate syrup and sugary dairy mixture was going to need a bit of elbow grease to clean up. I tried and tried, but I couldn't get the dark syrupy stains out of the ceiling fabric of my vehicle. Not to mention the spoiled milk smell that was staring to develop as the days got warmer. Then I remembered that I purchased a fabric warranty with my car in 2017. Thankfully, that company chose Buckeye Chem-Dry to fulfill the warranty job. And boy did they (Chris) come to the rescue! I spoke with Chris on the phone to set up an appointment. He was very friendly and courteous and answered all of my questions without issue. The day of the appointment went off without a hitch. Chris came on time and allowed me to show him all of the problem areas inside of the car, and off he went. I'm so happy to report that Chris did a WONDERFUL job. I truly didn't think that half of the stains would come out because of how bad they looked... but, I now have a car that isn't stinky and doesn't look like a chocolate bomb detonated in the back seat. Admittedly, the work has literally been completed just a couple hours ago, but I'll update this review if anything changes. Lastly, I'm unsure of pricing since everything was covered by my warranty. In my opinion, they're worth whatever they're charging for their services. If I should ever need services such as this again, I know exactly who I'll be using. Thanks again, Chris! P.s. We have used this company a few times and have always been very pleased with the results. Their customer service is second to none. They said 10am, not some 4 hr time frame, and arrived right on time! The tech was very personable and knowledgable. I have an older cat that had an accident in a few places on the carpeting & I was not having any luck with any of the products at the pet stores. So by chance I called and was told they have a special product to kill the bacteria and smell/stain from my cat. I was skepticle but went ahead and scheduled it anyway. The tech was professional and explained to me what they use to kill the odor. Its been 3 days and absolutly no smell in the carpet & I am happy. I would use them again to clean the carpet and God forbid any animal accidents read more

Spilled printer ink on my office carpet. Called several carpet cleaners who told me they could not get printer ink stains out of the carpet. Called Buckeye Chem-Dry who said they had a product that might work. They showed up on time and successfully removed the stain out of the carpet! We did not end up booking a cleaning (due to our own personal scheduling conflicts) but as I made tons of calls to try and find an extremely last minute appointment for an entire home cleaning BEFORE CHRISTMAS Chris was so helpful, kind and flexible! I have tried numerous times to reach this company. I left messages with my number, but have never been called back. I tried 614-850-0873 and 614-503-4159. I got the same voice mailbox for each number but no response. I have used Chemdry before and was always happy with the results. Disappointed. read more

I was pleasantly surprised that they were willing to travel to the east side to clean my carpets. I had my whole house cleaned in the matter of a couple of hours. Chris came out and was very patient while I moved the furniture around so he could clean all the areas. he was willing to help move some of the pieces also.
