For a 5600 square-foot home they showed up and had an adequate equipment to do my job. As a former owner of a large carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, and upholstery cleaning company in Columbus Ohio I had to ask them to leave before they even started my job. Then I had to pay an $80 fee because I canceled the service because of the poor quality of the equipment they came with. I highly recommend not using them! read more

We have been very pleased with their cleaning and their customer service. We had them clean our carpets when we listed our condo for sale and they did a fantastic job and were flexible with our crazy moving schedule. The carpets looked great and smelled fresh and new when they were done. The previous residents of our new house had them in to clean their carpets before they moved and and when we came in, the carpets looked even better than when we'd purchased it. I am a realtor that sells foreclosures. I recently went into a house that was a very expensive foreclosure. The house had mud and I think maybe dog poop everywhere. It was a carpet beyond repair. Every room was trashed except one. This carpet looked clean like no one went into it. Later I found out the had started to clean the carpet and decided it was not worth it. The cleaning company had cleaned only one room. Not sure why they thought to ever spend money on carpet that surely would be removed but they did.
