We called due to our basement flooding and our insurance adjuster gave us the number. Their first question is how did you hear about us. They came out same day do to their availability and evaluated the basement. Their suggestion was to leave 2 humidifiers at $80 a day and bring out 15 fans at $50 a day. They said that this would spend up all of our check with no money left to replace the flooring. My husband suggested that we tear out carpet and pad . That night we found fans elsewhere and let them know we would still keep the humidifiers over the weekend at $80 a day. After 2 days basement was dry and humidity level was lower than normal. Called company back to pick up humidifiers and they were not happy, but said they would stop the charges and pick up Monday. When we received the bill we had a emergency call during business hours fee of $120. When asked about fee I was told that since we didn't spend extra money he actually lost money by helping us. Bill was still $445. So I'm not sure how they lost money. Please beware and ask every question up front!

Kamran was very responsive and very pleasant to talk with through the process. He gave me a rundown of what cleaning service he was providing and was able to fit me in within a few days, given my personal moving goals. He kept in contact with me and gave me a closer time frame and double checked with me prior to the appointment. I, unfortunately, wasn't able to physically meet Kamran but my parents were there to let him in and Kamran was kind enough to still keep me updated on the process. The space that needed cleaning were 2 bedrooms and a staircase. Essentially the entirety of the upstairs is carpeted except for the bathroom and Kamran cleaned all of the carpet, including the landing and closets. I, myself, didn't even think to mention that as spaces that needed cleaning so I was very thankful that he cleaned those. There was some unexpected difficulties given how far my building was from the parking lot but Kamran handled everything well and still got the job done quickly and efficiently. Honestly, working with Arya Carpet Cleaning and Kamran was a great experience and I highly recommend them if you're looking for any type of carpet or upholstry cleaning! I bought my house in…read moreApril 2019 and at the time, I knew there was a water leak in the detached garage under the windows. After we closed, we opened up the wall and found the water leak had been going on much longer than expected, and was compounded by the house being built with a plastic vapor barrier between the insulation and the drywall (if you ever build a new house in an area that uses both heating and air conditioning, NEVER use plastic vapor barrier). We called Dry Patrol and Todd came out and helped put a plan together to deal with the mold in the detached garage. A few weeks later, we started getting musty smells coming from wall outlets in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom in the main house, which then spread down to the first-floor dining room and over to an adjoining bedroom because it wasn't dealt with right when it first started happening! Sure enough, windows leaked, water got into wall behind plastic vapor barrier, and had started molding. On top of this, one of the previous owners must had had issues before and tried to cover it up by trying to seal the wall up with caulk and spray foam (public service announcement - don't do this and then sell a home without disclosing it - the future owners will have to pay the bill and they may have young kids in the house so they won't have a choice..). Super stressed out, we called Dry Patrol and Todd again and he came out and helped us find all the moisture issues and all the places that needed remediation. Throughout the entire process, Todd, Chad, Anthony, and RJ were all super nice and caring, over communicated to make sure I knew what was going on during every step of the process and were more than fair on pricing on the ever-growing list of issues needing addressed. Too often contractors take advantage of situations like these, treat people like crap, and charge what they can get in a customer's desperation to get issues like this resolved. Todd and team treated me and my house like I was part of their family and it was their house. It is a shame that every contractor can't operate like Dry Patrol. While I wish I never needed Dry Patrol's services, I'm so happy I chose them based on their outstanding online reviews. I will use them again without hesitation and will give then a full-throated recommendation to anybody needing similar services.

After reapplying the correct sealer, work needed to halted due to other unforeseen basement issues that was not Dry Patrol's fault. But, they did charge for additional days for the air scrubbers. Which were not needed. I unplugged the scrubbers and asked for them to pick up. Days later they finally did. They only gave us a $400 discount. Total bill was more than the original estimate. And the work is not completed. Then they threatened us about paying the the final bill before July 1 or they would put a lien on the house. We will hire a different company to complete the job. Unfortunately that will cost us even more money.
