They took such great care of our girl, and I can really tell that the employees love their work and treat each animal as their own. Our pup was able to run, play outside, cuddle, enjoy the sunshine, and relax without the concerns of being surrounded by other dogs in a really loud facility. They gave her meds without issues, took care to make sure she ate, and loved on her. I chose the adventure package to ensure she would have all the time out and about as she could and that included getting a picture of her each day. When I tell you that I could see in my girl's eyes that she was so much happier there, I mean it. Their care, attention to detail, and just overall quality of experience is worth every penny. And I think it is nice for her -- if I have to leave her with someone -- to have her "vacation" in a nice country setting. Sharon limits the number of guests to no more than 10 (so make your reservations as far in advance as possible, especially during peak times) so I feel like my "baby" gets the individual attention she needs. And if I call or email to see how my dog is doing, I always get a prompt response.

Today was our first time going to Jen's. We have used another groomer in town for almost 4 years,…read moreuntil our dog Maisey started acting fearful. When it got worse at the next visit, we had to make a change. With the pandemic shutting down groomers for a while, I trimmed her at home a few times, and now seemed like a good time to try sometime new to get her looking her best again. Taylor met us at our car, and took Maisey in with her. There was minimal paperwork to fill out. She was very pleasant and professional. After much less time than I am used to, she called to tell me Maisey was done. The only real complaint I have is that picking her up was a mess. Nobody answered the phone or the doorbell (not counting a bunch of barking dogs). On my fourth try, I got someone. Still nobody came out. Finally, someone noticed the barking sofa and came to the front door. Shortly after she went back inside, Taylor brought Maisey out. She looks beautiful, and was very happy. Her nails look like the grinding was a bit rushed, but she hates having her feet touched. Taylor was worried the cut might be too long, but it was much shorter than we're used to. With the hot weather, I had requested exactly what she gave us. Maisey seemed to have enjoyed her time there, including some play time with Taylor's dog. Payment was handled over the phone, and was less than I had been paying. We're very happy with Taylor, and will be returning for all our grooming needs in the future.

Bobb did a great worker with Fisher and our family. Fisher had been very high-strung, would try to chase cars, bark like crazy at any visitors and was hard to control. He would try to run out the door as soon as it was opened. Now, Fisher sits quietly when cars drive by, waits for us to give him approval to go out the door and even sits next to visitors allowing them to pet him. We continue to work with our dog and follow Bob's instructions. Every day we see continued growth and learning. Bob was very helpful and patient in explaining their process and how we should work with our dog. Highly recommended!

The managers would not admit or apologize for their own mistakes and then lastly removed me as a sitter from their site without any prior warning, saying that I was acting rude when they would not respect my time whatsoever. Theres no need for a nanny company because It complicates things more than they need to be, especially if it's sketchy and the managers aren't reliable.

If you don't want you be paid through their agency, they will have the families pay a huge "buy-out" fee. I tell every professional nanny and sitter that I know to never use this agency. You would honestly be better off finding families to work for on your own, or use a more reputable agency.
