One of our dogs, who is prone to ear infections, had a flare up and Marlyn thankfully managed to treat it. Bruno is also such a sweetheart and my 2 small dogs got along with him just fine. They have a large fenced yard where the dogs can run and they spend time playing with them. We seldom leave her anywhere and they texted us pictures and updates and it was obvious she was well cared for and enjoyed her stay. The other places we had tried she kept to herself and at the Bark barn she was playing with the other dogs and was comfortable in the group. We definitely will use them again and have already recommended them to our friends.

We are delighted to have found daycare for our one and half year old, super energetic German…read moreShepard mixed breed dog, Lana at The Bark Barn. Gabi is excellent with our teenager, very receptive to Lana's needs and she & Karsten take very good care of her by providing tons of play, multiple walks and regular water breaks as needed. I love that they are very good with communication, they ask how we have trained her & use those commands and we get regular updates all day regarding how she is doing. The space is beautiful, clean and green and well-maintained. Their sweet dog Coco is an added bonus and she & Lana got along almost immediately. I highly recommend sending your pet(s) to The Bark Barn if you are in the Westerville/New Albany area. Gabi and Karsten are amazing pet sitters who are very receptive to the needs of your pet and genuinely care about how you want your pet taken care of/trained/special needs - which we found is a rare quality in other over-crowded daycares and which we really appreciate!

We had a typical dog incident; during that process, the owners and staff were incredible (as always)! They show respect, authenticity, action, and follow-through. This daycare is great because there aren't shared toys and extra items that often help spread normal canine viruses, etc. The concern about Kennel cough can happen with any dog anywhere because the vaccines are not 100% effective on all strings of viruses, but I will say that this daycare takes extra measures by not having shared toys that can increase this risk.

I needed a place to board Arnold, my 85lbs Pit Mastiff. I usually take him to Pet Suites but they…read morewere completely booked. I Yelped a few options and came across CRAM. They have a very unique approach to doggie daycare. No cages! I was concerned at first until I saw how Christie and her staff gradually introduced other dogs to Arnold and were very aware of behaviors. I watched from a tv monitor in the lobby area. Next thing I know there are 5-7 dogs with Arnold and he was loving it. They let the dogs spend hours together the first day and today he was there a full day. I'll be boarding him overnight Friday and Saturday. The staff is very attentive to all the dogs and know how to redirect if playing gets a little escalated. Today I was working and was able to check on Arnold from my phone, watching the cams in all of the rooms. I love that he can play all day instead of being caged for 2/3 of his stay. I highly recommend CRAM to anyone who has a socialized dog, to treat them to a real play day or two. I look forward to using them more in the future!

They were waiting for me to keep apologizing however when someone messes up your dog, there is no apology that will work, you are furious which I was. Did I flip out? Yes.....more than I would any other time, after hair grows back. The comments from the groomer were what really set me off see below 'the jokes on you....I've groomed ur dog before and you loved it" "like I said I'm sorry.... lol....okay maam These were her responses to me, verbatim. So for me to be extremely angry when I picked him up is an understatement. Now they will come back and say, I was outraged.....I was....I used profanity.......absolutely mainly because they could care less that I was extremely upset over the exact thing I had asked the not to do. I guess at the end of the day I should have known better to take him to a groomer I did not have any history with. Completely unprofessional from the groomer to the manager, Never again, back to TLC groomers where they listen to the customer not to themselves. Denise Amato Westerville
