I was also surprised she ate her lunch because often time she does not like to eat when she is so excited.They said she played very well with others and had a great time. They also allowed the first day to be free of charge for new customers. My only criticism is that they might want to wash down the front entrance doors and sidewalks. The first impression is that things might be grimy inside. Luckily, I could see things were clean inside. I liked the small retail space they had for toys and other items for dogs and cats. I was confident they were going to bath her and check her since she had been playing in the tall grass. Maybe there was a miscommunication in the line. I did get to view her on my phone and do check ups daily but they turn the cameras off at night.

This daycare is great because there aren't shared toys and extra items that often help spread normal canine viruses, etc. The concern about Kennel cough can happen with any dog anywhere because the vaccines are not 100% effective on all strings of viruses, but I will say that this daycare takes extra measures by not having shared toys that can increase this risk.

The boarding cost is all-in and includes daycare so by the end of the day, the pups are worn out and ready for sleep making the "boarding" less stressful for them. I can't imagine going back to boarding where they are cooped up 24x7 except for a couple of walks each day. The team responds quickly to messages requesting updates during boarding, which is very much appreciated, and they go out of their way to post pics on Instagram so I can see Soph & Oliver while I'm away (see pics below). I do pay a few bucks extra for exit baths when they board, but it's well worth it after a week of playing ALL day. They come home fluffy, clean, and very happy after their "vacation." If you're looking for daycare or boarding, owned and staffed by dog lovers, definitely check out Play All Day. I have a daycare/boarding facility less than five minutes from my home, but I feel strongly enough about PAD that I'm happy to drive the extra 20 minutes to get there.

All were nice, but unfortunately, not competent -- from sending us the wrong medications to incorrect dosing. We ended up trying VCA Westerville East and couldn't be more pleased. ALL of their vets are thorough, knowledgeable and great with our dogs. The front office and support staff our great. Now that they know us, any time we call for assistance -- ordering meds or food, scheduling appointments, needing specialist referrals -- they are prompt, courteous and almost know what we need before we finish asking. Wish there was a veterinary practice like this everywhere in America where people aren't just nice, but they're well trained, medically competent and very efficient. Worth every single penny.

I cannot say enough good about this place. Between the hospitable boarding, to the vet services,…read moreand the absolute genuine care for the well being of our pets, they can do no wrong. I want to give a shout out especially to Dr. Maimone, who is the primary caregiver for our beloved Lab "Dixie" aka "Dixiecup". A little history, Dixie is an American Black Lab who turned 9 this past summer. She is a 9 year old puppy! She's got a spice for life and having fun like no other dog I've ever owned, and she is absolutely the sweetest dog you could ever meet. In October 2022 she got dealt a raw hand, and she was diagnosed with grade two, Subcutaneous MAST Cell Tumor Disease (which is an aggressive form of doggie cancer). Dr. Maimone was the one who performed the surgery to remove some tumors that showed up and had them tested. Dixie had an incision that was about 20 inches long due to multiple tumors being found and removed. Our options were limited, we could do chemo or radiation at the tune of $35-45,000. With no guarantee of success. So we made the decision to keep Dixie as comfortable as possible with palliative care, and once it started to affect her quality of life then we would have to make that dreaded choice to let her go. Dixie was given a prognosis of 3-6 months life span with this disease. We were absolutely heartbroken. Dr. Maimone explained that the MAST Cell is a histamine releasing cell, and that Dixies body was over reacting to said histamine, which was causing the tumors to form. She recommended that we try a benedryl and steroid regimin to try and counteract the histamines being released. We agreed to this treatment to try and give Dixie the comfort she deserved, and to be able to enjoy the time she had left with us. At three months we went in for a checkup and Dr. Maimone said she was pleased with Dixies condition. 6 months came, and Dr. Maimone said she was no longer seeing any progression of the cancer. Then at 9 months, Dr. Maimone said "I think her cancer is in remission". At 1 year, Dr Maimone did another checkup with complete blood work etc, and told that Dixie now had a clean bill of health, and that there werr no signs of her cancer whatsoever! Today, at 15 months, Dixie was out back chasing squirrels and playing with her ball like nothing was ever wrong with her. I cannot thank Dr. Maimone enough for her care and love of animals, especially Dixie. By her hunch on the treatment plan, she has truly given Dixie a miracle. And we are truly thankful and humbled by her genuine care. Thank you again Dr. Maimone! Because of you, Dixie bear the odds and KICKED CANCERS ASS! We are forever in your debt.

Dr. Hurst is amazing in the care she provides and follow-up services. When my geriatric pup had to be euthanized due to spleen failure, she was so empathetic and sympathetic. She provided a book I could borrow to share a beautiful story with my younger son that helped him with the tragic loss. More recently, I had rescued a dog from the county shelter that tested positive for intestinal worms. Dr. Hurst was fantastic as she provided the necessary care and continued follow-up until the dog was "free and clear". She even called after each testing herself (unfortunately the first round didn't clear him up) to discuss directly with me. She also made suggestions on items like probiotics and other helpful things I often keep large-xlarge dogs and knowing Dr. Hurst has equine experience, also gives additional help with the bigger pups and the varying care they need vs the smaller dogs. I had a cat years ago and received equally wonderful care. The staff is also super nice and always helpful. I often suggest this vet to those in my area looking for a vet for their pets. Great practice. The sister practice is also wonderful and it's really nice knowing you have a vet on call always between the two for emergencies.

I have been using DD for over a year now…read more They always come through on planned visits, and even on last minute emergency calls. They are that friend or family member that you know loves your pet, and would be happy to come over and take care of them. All while sharing some love. I trust them in my home unsupervised. We love the notations of how the visit went with our pets. We even had an occasion to sit down and discuss a week of multiple visits for a vacation. We just hated to board them, and no one was available. Plans freed up and our house sitter was able to come through. This does not deter from the fact that we were making plans to leave them solely in the trusted care of DD. Our house sitter was very happy that DD was able to care for the dogs twice during that week. They truly help to make your life run a bit smoother during a busy time.
