We LOVE Catch N Fetch! This place is about 5 minutes from our house so I've always noticed it and once we got a pup I finally went in. I got my vet info and was able to get Stella in that night for a temperament test. She did great and I was able to drop her off the NEXT DAY! Since we've been bringing her more often I've been able to talk to the owners and they are seriously the best. Always there at the front desk, they know what's happening with our girl, and their staff is so amazing too! Stella comes home tired and happy. We are huge fans. I've read some weird reviews but I've never had an issue. We bring her early in usually when they open at 6:30 am and pick her up when they close at 6:30 pm. Their prices are great too! I've been taking my pup here on a weekly basis for roughly 5 months and it is definitely my go-to daycare. Honestly, from daycare to daycare, the principle is the same, a big open room with concrete floors and a staff member with a eye-patch holding a mop in anticipation of the next puppy rear-end explosion. Well this place has some particular features that put it above the rest for me. Also a huge bonus is they will board your dog too (there are limited spots though). Pros: -You almost always get greeted by one of the two owners (Jennifer and Roman) -They always remember my dog's name when I walk in -Big dog and little dog areas, each with a garage bay door that opens to a small outdoor yard -It's only $18 per visit, but even less if you buy a package -Will board your dog Cons: -Not really easy to get to, it's in an out-of-the-way business park near the airport -Hours are 7am - 6:30pm, sometimes 6:30 isn't late enough -Can't tour the facility (there is a window to the small dog area and a video camera in the big dog area displayed in the lobby) **I want to make a note of how awesome it is to have the same daycare also board your dog, especially during the week. Many "kennels" keep your dog locked up most of the day with a couple bathroom breaks. If you want your dog to get any exercise, you usually have to pay extra. I'm not paying extra for exercise unless they are helping my furry friend to pump iron and giving him an Asian massage with possibly a happy ending. Not only do the people at Catch-n-fetch regularly see my dog, but during the week, if I need to board him, I know he is out romping around with other dogs all day and is only caged overnight. Their pricing for this is pretty reasonable, I think they usually charge me $18 for an overnight, but they have a combo price for daycare+overnight. read more

Such an awesome facility. A lot of daycares pen up the dogs for the majority of the day. This place is playtime 24/7, meaning my Westie Henry comes home TIRED but very happy! Also, to speak to a negative review on here - I have never found the owners of this business to be rude or unaccommodating in any way. I have had to pick up my dog early a few times, once was very much at the last minute. The employees don't "disappear," and were happy to help. When I sprained my ankle and was on crutches, the owner came to pick up Henry and also brought him out to my car. Definitely not something he needed to do, but very kind and appreciated. So glad I found this place! After visiting several other facilities for my little girl, I found that no other daycares really separate the big dogs from the small dogs even though they all say they do, but Catch-n-Fetch truly does! I love big dogs, however, putting a 3 lb Chihuahua in with them would just be dangerous. I feel confident that I can leave her at Catch-N-Fetch for the day and know that she is in safe hands (and having a blast!). They have 4 separate playrooms, each with outdoor access, as well as 2 boarding areas that are also separated by size. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and I can tell they truly love my little girl. Great facility, great people, highly recommend! read more

I have been taking my dog to Catch N Fetch for a couple of years now. I enjoyed the convenience of how close it is to my office & also felt the prices were pretty reasonable. However, I have now had a couple of terrible experiences with them leading me to not only never take my dog there again but also to write about it (which I never do). Catch N Fetch has a policy that they lock their doors from 11am-3pm. I was told this was so they could "play with the dogs out back" and they wouldnt be able to hear customers come in so they lock up. If you need to pick up your dog during those hours, they ask that you tell them when you drop your dog off. Ok - no big deal. I had to pick up my dog at 12:30 once so I told them - it ended up being more like 12:50ish and they called me several times asking where I was. Which I thought was strange - is it really that big of a deal? But again, I let it go - no big deal. I respect that they have a schedule for the dogs. This is a long story but worth the read if you are looking for a doggie daycare. A couple of weeks ago, I had a family friend tragically pass away. I took my dog to Catch N Fetch so I could just pick her up & drive straight out of town after work to go to the showing/funeral and be with my family and friends during a difficult time. I didn't think I needed to pick her up before 3 so I didn't let them know. When I got to work I realized I had my times wrong and needed to leave by 1:45 to get to the showing in time. I called around 1 to let them know I'd be coming in to get my dog early and needed to have her ready. There was no answer so I left a voicemail. I arrived at 1:45 and the door was locked - no one in sight. So I called again. Left another voicemail. My fiance started calling also - no answers. I knocked on the door... began POUNDING on the door .... yelled "HELLO!!" several times. Nothing. Then I remembered that they said they took the dogs "out back" to play so I walked around to see if anyone was back there. I'm not sure what "out back" they were referring to because I was greeting with an empty parking lot. I assumed they were playing with the dogs in the playrooms - the rooms (one for small dogs in the front, one for bigger dogs in the back) both have a garage that opens up to a patio with a tall fence around it. I tried knocking on the fence and yelling for someone. I knocked on the office windows. I pounded on the door some more. Called some more. I am not kidding when I say NO ONE WAS THERE. It is absolutely IMPOSSSIBLE that there was someone in that building because they would have for sure heard me. I spent 35 minutes screaming and pounding before I simply had to leave. My family and friends were counting on me to be there so I had no choice but to leave. I called around and arranged for a friend to pick my dog up later that day and watch her for a few days (Which was highly inconvenient). But this story only gets worse. The owner never actually called me back - he only called my fiance back who didn't have all of the details of what was happening. So I finally had to call back myself at 3:30 and was greeted with the most RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, & NASTY person I have ever spoken to. He yelled at me for not telling him I was picking the dog up early - when I said "well my plans changed & I called but you didn't want to answer the phone. And what if this was an emergency??? (Which I believe it kind of WAS) Do you just not make yourself available or reachable to your customers whatsoever??" His response was simply "its our policy". I said that I truly believed he was not there because how could he not have heard me? And why not answer the phone? I also told him that I have referred a lot of people from my office and that I was going to let them know that between 11 and 3, the owners just take off and leave! He then said, word for word, "Well that would make you a liar!" As we argued back and forth, he finally told me he didn't have time for this and hung up on me. I don't understand why he was so angry with me?? I wasn't the one leaving 20 or so dogs alone for 4 hours - what if they got tangled in something or choked on a toy? I don't pay for daycare to have my dog be alone -- if I wanted her alone I would leave her at home. I am not a picky or unreasonable person. I also understand its doggie daycare and I don't expect someone to play with my dog for 8 hours straight. But I DO expect someone to be there in case something happens with the dogs or in case a customer needs to come in and pick up their dog! I have never been spoken to that way by a business person or ANY person for that matter. Bottom line is ... I wanted to make sure everyone knew that their dogs are NOT being watched at this daycare facility. If you're ok with that, cool. If you want someone there and you don't want to deal with a nasty, angry business owner, look elsewhere. read more

My dog, Zeke, LOVES it here. He's been going here for approx. 2 months or so. I've never taken him to a daycare before, he's only boarded. So I was extremely weary and skeptical. The owners are absolutely amazing. They answered all of my dumb silly questions without making me feel like a crazy dog mom. They make me feel extremely at ease leaving my boy there. When I come to pick him up the owners usually have some pictures so show me of him playing. It's $22 a day which is reasonable in my opinion. The dogs are not caged and they play with dogs their own size all day long. They have no problem rearranging days last minute I already have scheduled. I told them yesterday, Zeke had a vet appointment and i needed a fecal sample for his fecal test (i understand its gross). They said they would do that without question. Our three dogs are treated so well. They are always happy and never stressed when we pick them up after a fun day with friends. We left them for 8 days while we were on vaca. It may be a little more expensive, but so so so worth the security that they are not caged all day with only 30 minutes or less that typical kennels/borders provide (unless you pay more for "exercise" time) per day. Our little Boo didn't want to eat the first few days...they hand fed him until he started eating. The pictures they sent us via text while we were gone were precious. The owners are delightful people. Go check them out...I will never leave our dogs with a "regular" kennel ever again as long as Catch-n-Fetch is around. Love the whole setup. read more

Like the other positive reviews I see for Catch-N-Fetch, I have to add mine, particularly after seeing the one negative (and in my opinion, unfair) review. We've been bringing our two labs for three years, and I continue to be impressed with their commitment to the well being of every dog in their care. They start with the temperament tests (which not all daycares actually do) to determine if a dog is ready or would do well in daycare. The first day your dog is there? They ask for your dog to arrive first thing so they're gradually "introduced" to the other dogs (their pack) one by one rather than coming in as "the outsider" and upsetting the pack. The owners greet every dog by name in the morning, and make drop off and pick up a seamless process. The dogs are not caged up at all during the day, which is possible because of the time they spend getting to know each dog and the interaction they have with the dogs throughout the day. Faulting them for putting precautionary measures in place to avoid the canine flu outbreak in their facility is unfair. Providing vaccination information before bringing your dog to a facility like this is common protocol and serves to protect your dog as well as the others. The owners of Catch-N-Fetch are fiercely protective of every dog in their care as if those dogs were their own, and I for one appreciate their efforts in mitigating an outbreak that is killing dogs in other facilities that are NOT taking precautions. Catch-N-Fetch, don't let one complainer let you think for one minute that you are anything less than one of the very best facilities around!! read more

*** I know this review is a little long, but I promise it is worth a read*** I was really excited to find this place, but the whole experience has been AWFUL. We initially called to schedule an interview for our dog (this is standard procedure at any doggie daycare) and had to wait 2 weeks to get in for an appointment. Then, hours before our first appointment was supposed to take place I got a call from them informing me that my dog had to be quarantined on our property for at least 3 weeks before they would allow us to bring him ( due to the dog flu outbreak). I had never had to do this at other doggy daycares we have used (in other cities where we have lived), and it was very inconvenient because I had already scheduled my time to be available that day for an interview. It was also frustrating because we had waited so long to get in, but no one told us at the time of scheduling that we needed to quarantine. ***Their policy is constantly changing and not at all consistent, everyone I talk to gives me a different story, and dogs that are current patrons DO NOT abide by the same rules, so BEWARE** Our dog does not have the dog flu, and never has, but we went ahead and rescheduled out of respect for their request, and I changed my schedule yet again to accommodate them. Then a week later, again hours before our interview, I received a call stating that they had not received my dogs vaccination records from our vet. I had already asked someone else in their office if I could just bring those records with me at the time of the interview (because Catch N Fetch does not have a fax machine where my vet could send them the records, which I find a bit strange, but that's a whole different story) and they said that would be fine. We discussed the shots that my dog needed to have, they told me the usual including rabies, bordetella, distemper etc. He has ALL of those shots, we do not take our dog for a walk without being current on his shots, much less to a germ-infested daycare, and DO NOT appreciate the insinuation that our dog is not vaccinated. So, I told her, again, that I was going to bring them with me, since we couldn't fax them due to catch n fetch's lack of technology. She informed me at that time (hours before our second scheduled interview) that we also needed the flu vaccine. I asked if all the dogs in the facility had their flu vaccine and she said NO!!! Hmmm... Then I asked her how my dog could possible get the dog flu, as it's never been something we have dealt with in all our years at other doggy daycares, and she said you can only get it from other dogs. I explained that our dog had been quarantined, per their request, and she told me that others dogs at their facility still go to dog parks and other daycares and could contract it. I was shocked- I have kept my dog locked inside the house for weeks for the good of your daycare, but other puppy patrons do not maintain the same standard? I told her that I did not feel comfortable bringing my dog to a facility where he might get the dog flu and was not going to spend more money vaccinating if other dogs were not vaccinated as well. Bottom line, their policy is constantly changing. If you have to have the flu vaccine, then why don't all the dogs have it? If my dog needs to be quarantined for health purposes, then other dogs should abide by the same rules and not go to dog parks. I get a different story EVERY SINGLE TIME I talk to someone. This whole experience make we wary of how they might handle other situations in the future. At that point we no longer felt comfortable taking our dog to their facility. If they cannot get organized and be communicative, then I do't feel safe leaving my dog there. I also DO NOT need my dog being exposed to other illnesses because they have a wishy-washy policy. 2 days of my life and endless time on the phone wasted, but not for nothing, now I know FOR SURE that this is not a great doggie daycare. We have moved a lot and have always had a doggy daycare for our fur baby and I can tell you that there are tons of GREAT doggy daycares out there, we have always been pleased with our previous ones. My recommendation- Don't settle for mediocre care for your dog- go find a different place. read more

lucked into this place here, called and visited. My dog was shy and hesitant, but got along well with the other dogs. Then we left her there for a 9 day vacation. We got pics regularly that showed us a happy girl with a "pack" of friends. We got her back healthy, happy and more physically fit than when she arrived. She played from first thing in the morning until bedtime (the dogs' only alone time). I liked the care and warmth of the staff, and the descriptions of her behaviors and friends showed they really paid attention. I previously used another place to kennel my dog. This was a typical kennel with inside/outside runs. I would only use them for short stays because I didn't like the fact that my dog was kept in a cage all day. I knew I was leaving for an extended time and didn't feel right with leaving my dog there. I called Catch-N-Fetch hoping the fact that they were a daycare for dogs they would know a good place to board mine. (I live nearby and pass it daily on the way to work). I found out when I called that they also boarded dogs; but, they needed to do a trial visit before they would accept my pet. I needed to leave in two days so I thought I wouldn't have enough time to get the arrangements done that I needed to be able to have my pet stay there. I was wrong, they were very accommodating with my situation and allowed me to bring my dog to be evaluated, at a time that they normally don't. The fact that they don't just accept any dog without first making sure they are a good fit for the rest of the "pack" was also a nice thing to hear. After she passed; thankfully, they were able to get her in on short notice. This place is Awesome with a capital A. They also sent me pictures while I was gone so I would see how much fun she was having. It was a reassuring feeling having my Greta there while I was away. They also received the seal of approval from 2 of my 4 children, (only 2 saw the place) none of which liked the previous kennel. I have absolutely no problem recommending this place for any dog owner. I'm also going to start using them for "play dates" every once in awhile as a treat for my dog. read more
