We are getting ready to go out of town on vacation and I needed somewhere to board Dakota. After doing some research I emailed Fuzzz Playground and was contacted back first thing in the morning. I was a little nervous because she has never been away before. I decided to try out the daycare before we boarded her. I couldn't have been more happy! We arrived about 7:40am and there were already about 20 dogs there. We received a friendly welcome at the door. We got her checked in and she was taken to the playground. The lady at the front gave us the code to the live stream and reminded us I would get some "pup dates" later. I logged in several times to check on her throughout the day. All the dogs looked like they were having fun running around. I received my pupdates around 4:30. They were great pictures and I could tell she was having a blast. I picked her up around 6:45pm. As soon as I walked in the owners went on and on about how sweet my Dakota was. That was a huge relief after being nervous about dropping her off. They brought Dakota out and the owner sat in the chair and petted Dakota while we all talked. I felt like they truly cared about my dog! Once we got home Dakota was wore out!!! She immediately came home and went to sleep. 4 hours later and she is still laying here! After today I plan on bringing both my dogs a couple times a month. I would highly recommend anyone to bring their dog here. read more

This place needs to be shut down and never reopened. If you want your dogs to come back in Poor conditions then be my guest and take them here. The owners of this place neglects and lays their hands on your dogs. They leave 50-100 dogs unattended which leads to fights. If your dog gets injured the owner will Just hope it will heal before you see it. They refuse to take any responsibility and will just blame you. One owner left her dog here and the poor thing was left in a pool of its own blood for hours and the owners of this place refused to show her the security footage and blamed her for what happened. The dogs are physically abused here. They have no A/c and are left unattended. Sierra the owner of this establishment went off on ex-employee because she expressed her feelings of how the place was being ran. The ex-employee was very professional while Sierra cursed at her and acted like a child. The owners do not deserve to be in this type of business. Don't let any more dogs be abused. If you love your pets don't let them be left alone with these people. They have no love for your dogs just the money you carry in your pocket. read more

We love the Fuzzz Playground! This small business has never let us down. Our three dogs stay all the time for both daycare and boarding. They jump right out of the car and run to the door every time. Unlike many other boarding facilities we have tried, the Fuzzz playground lets their guests play outside all day for no extra charge. When it's raining, they have an indoor facility as well so the pups spend little to no time in their crates. The owners are always incredibly welcoming and kind and I fully trust them with our fuzzy family members. As if this weren't enough, we also receive a daily "pupdate" with pictures of the dogs at play and a description of their daily activities. We always look forward to these texts! And all of this for a very reasonable price. I would recommend the Fuzzz playground to anyone and everyone. read more

I have been bringing my dog here since December 2014. It started out as just being boarded while we went out of state for Christmas, but now, he goes every single Friday and loves it!!! The owners are the nicest, most caring people and treat my boy like he's theirs! They offer so many different packages for boarding, regular daycare, bathing, nail triming, grooming, etc. that they are MORE than comparable to other dog daycares, they can't be beat!! When I drop my dog off, he is so excited that he starts whining excitedly, jumping around in the car, and barking before we even turn on the road. That in itself is the best recommendation, because if a dog doesn't like someone or someplace, they let you know. I will never trust my dog to anyone other than Fuzzz PlayGround! read more

"I just quit my job at Fuzzz Playground. They hit their dogs and leave 50-100 dogs by themselves unattended which often leads to fighting. The business beuro has contacted them many times and the owner ignores it. The dogs are literally neglected. Any time a dog gets hurt the owner of the business tries to hide it from the dog parents. A dog got badly hurt the other day and my boss literally said "she goes home in a week hopefully it heals by then so their parents don't see." If you care about the dogs please leave a bad yelp review. This isn't coming from pettiness, I just don't want more dogs to get hurt. Ella has been going to Fuzzz for the last four or five months and absolutely loves it!! The fact that this facility has indoor/outdoor areas was what attracted me to try it for the first time. I also love that she can go half days or full days. When we tell her she's going to daycare, she gets so excited she whines. The staff are wonderful to all the animals. You can tell they are dog people; they recognize each dog by name. I love that they take the time to send updates and pictures. It's a full service facility. I have had them give our dog a bath before, which was a great price and very convenient. I highly recommend this daycare/boarding facility to everyone!!! read more

I have a blue heeler, with tons of energy . Bandit has been going to this facility since he was 4 months old. He transitioned from the small dogs, to the big dog area, and I was updated throughout his transition. I get lots of text messages with photos of him playing and enjoying his time. The staff is great. They really enjoy the dogs. I would highly recommend this facility, it is great for dogs of all ages and sizes, but with the inside and outside areas, it is especially great for the high energy dogs. This is the BEST place in the area to bring your dogs for boarding or a play day. The early time (7:00 a.m.) drop off and (7 p.m.) pick up is very convenient for me. My 11 month old lab loves it. He is always so excited when we arrive, he bolts out of my vehicle and heads for the door. The updates and live visuals are wonderful. I get the full grooming package that is offered and they do a magnificent job. My Lab could not be happier with this place, and so is his owner. My only complaint is that I have to travel from Canal Winchester to get there, but it is well worth the trip. read more

My doggy loves it here! We don't live in Columbus but we travel there multiple times a year and I never want to just leave my dog in a hotel room all day alone so I let her go play with other pups. She always comes home wore out and happy! The Staff is great, they are caring and attentive. My girl is super timid and gets scared easily, but they took their time with her until she got comfortable. I would highly recommend for daycare or boarding. We have done both and I was very pleased! I felt as though they provided great care for my dog while we were out of the country on vacation. She seemed happy and content. I appreciated the periodic pictures and updates throughout the week. Our dog was very tired for a few days after her stay from all of the exercise she got. My only concern was that following her stay she developed what the vet called a "hot spot" that required vet care and treatment, this is not something that she has ever had before; though the exact cause is unknown. read more

Fuzzz Playground was recommended to us when I was at the dog park in grove city that my wife and I love taking Radar to. Radar would be able to run and play all day at Fuzzz just like the dog park he loves going to. When he gets picked up at the end of a busy day of playing he is sleeping in the back of my car before we even get home. Also we use there delivery service they offer which is very convenient for us. I love this place! Best of all, my DOG loves this place. Very Clean and open environment. Knowledgable staff. I really feel like it's a family setting. This place is awesome. I take my dog there for daycare and boarding. The people there have always taken great care of my dogs. I first started there with my 14 year old dog that they treated like their own, who has now passed, and now I take my 2 year old dog. She runs, plays with the other dogs under the watchful eye of the owners or employees. read more

My dog loves being at Fuzzz. When he sees the parking lot he gets excited. They are decently priced, pick and drop off my dog regularly, and are very good to him. The only thing they can improve is having someone at the front desk at all times so I do not have to wait when I drop him off before work. Other than that they are great. read more

My Dachshund Sampson loves to go to Fuzzz . He is so tired that he sleeps on the way home and for the rest of the night.He plays all day and has made many friends.
