I have been using DD for over a year now. They always come through on planned visits, and even on last minute emergency calls. They are that friend or family member that you know loves your pet, and would be happy to come over and take care of them. All while sharing some love. I trust them in my home unsupervised. We love the notations of how the visit went with our pets. We even had an occasion to sit down and discuss a week of multiple visits for a vacation. We just hated to board them, and no one was available. Plans freed up and our house sitter was able to come through. This does not deter from the fact that we were making plans to leave them solely in the trusted care of DD. Justin runs a very organized and thoughtful business with walkers all over Columbus. Others have said it before, but I will add he is reliable and the prices are reasonable. My favorite part is the App that he uses to share a daily report card. The report shows the checkin-check out time, information on your dog's bodily functions (lol) and photos and notes. DogDays has provided an amazing service for my dog and I. Erika, my dog walker, went above and beyond and I felt very reassured with her work. My dog has some anxiety issues that can be stressful for anyone walking him but she did such an amazing job. Justin, Amy, and Erika are quick to respond to any question over text or their portal. We love DogDays. They do a great job in walking our quirky dog Caesar and always give us a report on him which I appreciate. They are professional and fully insured too which eases any worries. We have reached out last minute and they have also been able to walk them on weekends which has been SO helpful. I think their prices are very competitive. We like to take our dog to daycare sometimes too but this is a more affordable option and really nice in cases when they are sick, etc. and you don't want them around other dogs. I have a very energetic Australian Shepard, Rocky, that would tear apart the house while I was gone. A friend recommended DogDays because they had done such a such a good job with their puppy while he was being potty trained. I was skeptical about the whole thing but after Rocky got Kennel Cough from the doggy day care I started taking him too I knew that I wanted him to stay home. So I gave DogDays a chance and I really like Justin from the moment I met him. I could tell that he and Rocky would really get along. After that there were no problems. Justin is just wonderful! He takes care of our three dogs daily and we couldn't be happier. He takes two of them to the dog park and the other for a walk. We've heard from several of people who go to the park at the same time that he is great with them there. Runs around with them, plays fetch, etc. But most importantly, we come home to happy dogs who aren't crazy with energy in the evenings.
