Now you have to pay $22 to fill a bag of clothes to get a $40 code (so you basically get $18 only) that you're not able to reuse if your item doesn't fit and you need to exchange or return it. I had an interaction with a super rude Berkeley sales associate who hadn't even heard of Re-Spun...really?!! Why work for a company whose recycling program you don't understand? Kinda sad.

It is always a treat to visit this pretty shopping area and I am always able the find convenient parking in one of the lots or on the street. I highly recommend visiting, for this is but one of the many great businesses here on these few blocks of Fourth Street just north of University Avenue. I am really glad I can get out, come here, explore possibilities and see and support the local community. I happened to have been present on the day of this conflict and it lives in my memory as one of the creepiest and most uncomfortable retail interactions I've ever witnessed. Alan was rude, patronizing and deeply inappropriate as he attempted to intimidate the store manager, who held her own with impressive grace and strength. There were several customers in the shop that night, and it seemed that most were unwilling to leave until we knew that the manager and her staff were safe. We were relieved when security arrived. Kudos to the manager for her poise under pressure, her commitment to protecting her staff, and unwillingness to give in to his attempts to intimidate or take the bait of engaging with his review.
