Now you have to pay $22 to fill a bag of clothes to get a $40 code (so you basically get $18 only) that you're not able to reuse if your item doesn't fit and you need to exchange or return it. I had an interaction with a super rude Berkeley sales associate who hadn't even heard of Re-Spun...really?!! Why work for a company whose recycling program you don't understand? Kinda sad.

I called and let them know that I was overcharged, and I was able to come back and get the price corrected. At first the sales representative said that she didn't know what the prices were online, but then she was able to easily look it up at her register to reimburse for the overcharge. It's not a good business practice to have different in store prices than online prices. I was told that you only get the online price if you look it up yourself, or you ask them to price match. So sketchy.
