Another order my food arrived without the grilled chicken and the rest of the food cold. This latest order was the worst--I found a long hair in my salad. This isn't an inexpensive meal. As shown on my receipt, the salad alone was nearly $22, and my order totaled over $57. At those prices, I expect much better quality control, especially when it comes to food safety. I've never had an issue when eating at the restaurant itself, so I hope this review brings awareness to the quality of delivery orders as well. Customers ordering takeout deserve the same care and attention as those dining in. I genuinely hope management addresses these recurring issues because I'd love to continue supporting a restaurant I've always enjoyed.
