The moment I walked in, I immediately had a really good feeling about this place!…read more You can truly tell how much care and thought has gone into everything -- from the clean and spacious environment to all the little details. There's plenty of room for the dogs to run around and play comfortably. What made me feel the most reassured is that they don't just "keep" the dogs there -- they actually spend time playing with them, observing their behavior, and caring about their emotions. If your dog wants to socialize and play with other dogs, they do require proof of vaccinations including Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP. They also do a simple temperament test (around 20 minutes), which honestly made me feel they're super responsible and genuinely care about the safety and well-being of every dog. As pet owners, the hardest part about traveling isn't the distance -- it's worrying whether our fur babies are truly being cared for. At Dogden, you really get a sense of peace of mind. They understand dogs so well. It's not just boarding -- they treat every dog like a little kid and care for them with so much love and attention. When the dogs are happy, the owners can finally relax too Now I can travel without constantly worrying about my little baby at home

I appreciated that they take time to understand each dog's personality -- mine is pretty social, so group play worked well, but it's nice they also offer more private options. The turf and overall setup feel very clean, and there's no overwhelming smell, which I've experienced elsewhere. Staff were friendly and attentive, and I felt comfortable leaving my dog there. Overall, a reliable option for daycare or boarding.

Five Stars for Everydog -- A True Lifesaver for Anxious Pups!…read moreIf you have an anxious dog, look no further than Everydog. When we first brought our dog Delilah to daycare, she was a bundle of nerves -- shaking, pacing, and clearly overwhelmed. Dave, Miranda, and the entire staff met her exactly where she was, with incredible patience and genuine care, and worked with her at her own pace until she felt safe and comfortable. We came to Everydog with a specific goal: to socialize and train Delilah so she could be boarded while we visited family in Manila over the Christmas holidays. Dave was upfront and honest with us -- when it became clear that Delilah needed more time to adjust, he advised us to postpone our trip rather than rush her. That kind of integrity means everything. We took his advice, gave her the time she needed, and by February she was thriving in boarding. That trip finally happened, stress-free, because of the foundation Everydog helped build. We also took advantage of their in-house training program, which was remarkably effective in addressing Delilah's behaviors -- excessive jumping, refusing to come when called, and reactivity. The progress has been real and lasting. Now? Delilah absolutely loves going to Everydog. Miranda told us she's been happily jumping, running, and playing with her dog friends -- a far cry from that scared, shaking pup on day one. Watching her transformation has been so rewarding. On top of everything, the grooming is excellent and wonderfully convenient, and we deeply appreciate their commitment to safety -- strict vaccination checks, clean play areas, and a well-maintained environment throughout. We are so grateful to have found Everydog for our little Delilah. Thank you, Dave, Miranda, and the whole team!

From last-minute emergency trips to canceled vacations, they've always handled everything with such grace and flexibility. Jennifer and Gaby have become like extended family to us and our cats. They were there for us when our older cats needed extra attention and medical care, and now they're caring for a new generation of energetic kittens who are quickly growing into big, mischievous boys. No matter the situation, they show up with genuine love and compassion. The communication is always clear, timely, and reassuring--we always know how our pets are doing, and it's obvious from the photos and updates that they're not only safe, but truly happy and well cared for. I previously came to Orange Pet Clinic a few years ago when I needed a USDA-approved veterinarian…read morein order to travel internationally with my dog. Although my dog had already received the appropriate vaccinations, he needed an updated rabies vaccination and an EU-compliant microchip. The staff at Orange Pet Clinic were kind and able to assist me with everything required. Since then, I have also brought my two other dogs in for routine visits as needed. I have consistently been helped within minutes of arriving. The wait times and overall visit lengths are typically short, and the cost is relatively low compared to other veterinary clinics I have visited in Orange County, depending on the services needed. Most recently, however, I visited the clinic with a client of mine whom I had referred due to a very poor experience she had with her previous veterinarian. During this visit, her pet was taken to a different room for the exam rather than being examined in the room we were placed in. We never met or spoke with the veterinarian. Staff instead assumed that my client's relative was the owner and communicated exclusively with her (over the phone). After the examination (which we were unaware had already happened), the technician came into our exam room stating that everything was fine, the bill had already been paid, and that we were all set. When my client and I tried to bring up our concerns and ask questions about her pet's apparent pain, the technician responded a bit dismissively, insisting the pet was not in pain. She didn't really seem to want to engage in any further discussion with us, despite the fact we didn't know anything pertaining to the vet's assessment. The appointment was extremely brief, and we left with more unanswered questions and concerns than when we arrived. While the technician was not overtly rude, her approach lacked tact and professionalism. Unfortunately, because of this latest experience, I'm no longer comfortable referring my clients to this pet clinic. I typically recommend businesses only when they consistently demonstrate strong customer service, quality care, and professionalism, and when I feel confident that those I refer will be treated with kindness and respect. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those standards, and it was disappointing--and embarrassing--that the recommendation I made to my client did not reflect the level of care I expect.

This review is long overdue. I've been bringing my dog, Chelsea, to OC Veterinary for 10 years,…read moreever since I moved her down from the Bay Area. Chelsea recently passed away at 17, almost 18. She had such a long, happy life because of the care she received here. Chelsea was my baby, and I know how hard it can be to find a good vet. Pets can't talk, but you can see when they are genuinely cared for--and Chelsea got the best care at OC Veterinary. From the receptionists to the doctors, she was loved by everyone, and I am so grateful for that. Chelsea saw both Dr. Horn and, mostly, Dr. Nikki--both are exceptional veterinarians. We saw Dr. Nikki the most, and we had a very special connection with her. After Chelsea passed, Dr. Nikki even reached out to check on us, which was incredibly kind. She is practical, compassionate, and everything you could want in a vet. Chelsea also saw the groomer, Heather, who was very gentle and careful with her. Chelsea had back issues and was an older little lady, so it was comforting to know she was in safe hands. Sandra and Steve also made a big impact on Chelsea's life, especially Steve. They cared for her like she was their own family. Steve even called to check on us after Chelsea passed, which meant so much. I'm sorry this review comes so late, but I feel Chelsea would have wanted me to write it, and I want to honor her memory. No one enjoys visiting the doctor, but I am so grateful that we found such a wonderful facility to care for Chelsea. I loved her with all my heart, and after our family, OC Veterinary loved her most.
