I can't imagine leaving my dog someplace where I couldn't see where they would be kept during the day to play, nor were there cameras mentioned do as to watch the dog during the day. I was allowed to see the kennel area, which was appeared aged, dark and smelled heavily of well, dog! They must be doing something right based on the number of dogs! When I arrived, one of the staff members tried to put a leash on my dog but couldn't, so she asked me to do it instead. I had no problem helping and put the leash on myself. However, as I was walking back to my car, she removed the leash for some reason, ran outside with my dog, and told me she couldn't take him, couldn't train him, and that I needed to find a private trainer instead. What confuses and frustrates me is that I specifically brought my dog here because I was looking for professional help with training and socialization. He's only 8 months old, and instead of even attempting to work with him, they immediately refused him over something as basic as putting on a leash. The entire experience felt unprofessional and poorly handled. They wasted my whole morning, and I ended up late for work because I planned my schedule around dropping him off here. A little communication, patience, or honesty upfront would have gone a long way.
