A day before I needed her, she stopped by my house to meet my dog and discuss his normal walking routine and basic commands that I use when I walk him and put him back in his crate. She even shared some of her own doggies' treats with him, he really enjoyed it. She has two of her own dogs, so I knew she would be great with mine. She took the time to listen to my concerns. She also had all of the paperwork ready, and went over everything. She went over all of the insurance and coverage for her business, and showed her business license...I was impressed, very professional. My pup had a recent back injury and was ordered by the vet to 'take it easy.' Jennifer's services mid - day while I was at work were just what I needed. A 15 minute potty walk was more than affordable, and in addition, I also received daily pics of my pup out on his walk, as well as a simple little card letting me know the exact time my pup was taken for his walk. I loved that with his daily picture, she left a little note about my dog. One had him watching the UPS driver. I can tell by his body language that he was happy to get out in the middle of the day.
