Their welcome sign is so cuteeee

What a wonderful facility! My bf and I were going to be out of town for the weekend and we didn't have anyone who could watch our dog. After doing some research, we found Paws Chateau and thought it was worth giving a try due to the many positive reviews. I really liked that they had an initial first meeting/temperament test to see how your dog plays with other dogs. They had a board in the front welcoming him, which was so cute!! Our dog is very playful and he's a husky mix so he likes to play rough so I was pretty worried that it might be too much. Turns out I was worried about nothing because he played just fine! They had a tv in the drop off area for you watch the play area! That first day was also a free day camp/daycare day which was amazing. They told us we could come back in a couple of hours to pick him up so that was nice. Upon picking him up, they had a report card with comments of how he did. He was knocked out that night. Day comes where we leave him for the weekend. The drop off time is after 3PM so he did get some play time in. We had opted for the deluxe suite since that had a camera in his room and we were able to watch him overnight. He was pretty stressed that first night and was in and out of sleep, which had me worried as it was his first time boarding. But as the days passed, he definitely got better and would sleep through the nights just fine. When we dropped him off, I had asked if they could give him a bath when we picked him up and they were able to do that! I didn't ask for the price but honestly they did a great job. He smelled so good after. They had a promo at the time where if he stayed three nights consecutively the fourth night was free so we did that. So in total, it was $311 for four nights and one bath. They also had a report card for this stay which is now on the fridge. Honestly no boarding is perfect imo. But this place comes pretty close. I would absolutely come back again in the future because riku had such a great time!

    Indie

We take our dog Indie for daycare and in the beginning I was very nervous. Paws chateau has made things so easy and she absolutely loves going. She gets so excited once she knows where we are and it definitely calms her down and gets her energy out. We boarded her up over Easter and I really felt at ease knowing Indie will be in good hands here. I truly recommend this place to everyone I know.

We sent our Frenchie, Athena, to the one-week board and train, and the results were nothing short of magic. Before training, she was an anxious, reactive little hell hound. We used to joke about telling people she was a rescue, even though we've had her since birth. It was that real. Since moving, her anxiety had gotten worse, and we were dealing with nipping, constant stress, and the looming fear that no one would be able to care for her if we traveled. From the start, the team made us feel seen and supported. No judgment, just solutions. They worked with Athena's personality, not against it, and she came back calmer, happier, and honestly... regal. They even sent a video of her calmly waiting for a command before fetching a toy. I had to double-check it was actually her. Now, she's less anxious when I leave the room, more responsive to boundaries, and I feel more confident in reinforcing her structure at home. To all the Frenchie parents out there dealing with chaos, this is your sign. They tamed our tiny Cerberus and gave us hope.

    Breezy and her report card.

My dog Breezy was so loved and well taken care of at Paws Chateau. This was her first time boarding and it was only for a few nights but she had so much fun and I don't think she wanted to leave. She cried when I put her in my car. I also want to mention this was a very last minute stay and every member at Paws Chateau that I spoke with and worked with over the phone was so helpful and kind. They worked around my schedule to get Breezy all the requirements before her stay and it was a smooth process with them. Thank you!

Paws Chateau hosts lots of fun events for dogs and their family!

I am so grateful to Paws Chateau for the excellent care they provide for my dog Casey. She attends daycare regularly and benefits from the socialization, exercise and enrichment opportunities. She has also boarded many times and stays in a suite with walks & playtime. It is such a relief to know that she is well cared for, is safe and gets lots of attention. Louise and her staff go above and beyond with the care they provide and are always so friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and the dogs health is a top priority. Louis is extremely knowledgeable and staff are well trained. It is apparent that they enjoy their job. I've tried other facilities in the area and Paws Chateau is superior. It is the only place that I will trust to take care of Casey for daycare, boarding & training.

I have no words to describe how much Paw Chateau means to Elvis ( Aussie) and myself. I was in an accident and unable to have Elvis around me. It would be detrimental to my health if he were to pull or jump on me. The owner and staff worked miracles to reunite me with my son. My injuries have not healed but, my spirit and heart have. This journey would have been unbearable without Elvis. Thank You more than words can say

Very disappointed in this place. I've been bringing my puppy golden retriever here for daycare almost every Wednesday for the last couple of months. No appt has been needed. All of a sudden today I showed up and the owner comes out and says to me we're not taking anymore for day care today. And that I needed an appointment. I said it would've been nice to let people know this ahead of time. She said it's on all our social accounts. Ok well what if we don't have them on social media?! I drove 20 min there to drop my dog off then had to drive home to drop her off and was late for work thanks to the unprofessionalism of this company. Needless to say I won't be back. And not to mention the dogs come home from there smelling like pee since they don't offer any grass just a dirty warehouse where they lay in their own urine all day. No thanks Update: after checking their social media page (Instagram) there is no mention they are full for daycare like I was told yesterday. Upon signing up at this facility I was told day care is walk in except Saturday's as their sign on the door says. This owner is a liar. Don't take your dog here. There are much better options nearby.

This is Bear -- in 2011 (my mistake in the photo). 12 years ago and photoshopped a bit for fun.

Almost 3 years ago, Bear ---my slightly mixed & soon to be, 17-year old, Wheaton Terrier -charmed the Paws Chateau staff during his meet & greet. Both of us were excited and felt welcomed, with arms wide open (just like that song). Tonight, (Jan 14, 2023) Bear returned home after a luxurious, 3-day, 2-night vacation stay at Paws Chateau and, as usual, Paws e-mailed before we got home, thanking us for visiting. Twenty minutes later, I received a second e-mail from Cece at Paws letting us know I forgot Bear's Report Card (I love those report cards) and my one of my nice pens. I typed the following as a heartfelt response to Cece and everyone else at Paws Chateau. Please consider the e-mail below as my Paws Chateau Yelp Review; I am hopeful my words inspire you to check Paws Chateau out for yourselves. Hey thanks _____, __________ showed me the report card while you were getting the Bear and when you both came back to the lobby - he started his "look at me, I'm just a kid"dance" - and then, I did forget his Report Card. Thanks for sending because I enjoy reading the comments and his new friend connections. Thanks again; you guys* (*-- meaning, all employees & owners of Paws Chateau)) are the best part of PAWS and equally true is that the proprietors - Louise, Peter, and their related parties like Keve - are also the best part of Paws. I could just as easily name many employees who are superstars in my mind but that would omit people who are seldom up front to meet the mom's & dad's. For example, I could mention that Jennifer, Cece, Devon, Savanah & Brad are extraordinary but if I did, how many care-giving employees would I unintentionally fail to mention -- because they work outside the lobby. This is what I always want to say to PAWS CHATEAU: The happiness and friendliness exhibited by all you guys -- spills over, to all the dogs. Then the dogs including the Bear, infect their parents with that same joy - and that is why dropping off and picking up at Paws is the highlight of the collective days - of every customer - during EVERY VISIT. Those special experiences are lived, moments in time -i.e. not wasted and they've neither stopped nor slowed in the 2 to 3 years Bear & I have been coming to Paws Chateau . Best wishes all around, B & B Review by Brian Peter McNamara and Bear, the OLDEST Wheaton in the world -maybe--but, absolutely, the most loved.

Ask the Community - Paws Chateau

Are there webcams in the play area? Also, is there an outdoor play area? I could not find any information on these things. Thanks

Not sure. They made me wait a month for an intro meeting and when I got there they would not let me see anything other than the lobby.

How much is dog sitting for the day?

For large dogs it is $55 a day for the safety and comfort of your dog. Which includes open play all day, feeding (if you bring your own food), and watering. You get a free bath if they stay either 5 or 6 days in a row.

    Do they board cats too?

Hi Monica! Not that I know of. Sorry

Do they offer pet hotel service?

If you mean extended stay, yes.

How much will the price be for 3 nights If we include food?

    $55 a night.

Is there an employee at your facility overnight?

Yes, there is a staff member that stays overnight. We live the quality of service that Paws Chateau provides.
