My doodle (almost 2 years old!) recently completed the one-week Board & Train program at Paws Chateau with Todd and his team, and I couldn't be happier with our experience! As a full-time working Mom to a teen who also has a busy schedule, I needed some extra help with training, and I'm so glad I chose Paws Chateau. My pup had never been away from me for an entire week, but the team made me feel completely comfortable and confident that she was in great hands. I especially appreciated the webcams in the daycare areas and her room, so I could check in on her whenever I wanted. The entire experience felt organized, structured, and thoughtful. I loved all the little extras, from seasonal puppuccinos and a blueberry facial during her bath to the adorable graduation photo she received at the end! Most importantly, the improvement in her manners and behavior has been amazing! Loose-leash walking was one of our biggest struggles, and now our walks are so much more enjoyable for both of us. She responds to commands so much better and has made significant progress with distractions. We're looking forward to continuing with their group training classes and, of course, more daycare visits! I highly recommend Todd and the Paws Chateau team to anyone looking for quality training and a place where their dog is genuinely cared for. read more

What a wonderful facility! My bf and I were going to be out of town for the weekend and we didn't have anyone who could watch our dog. After doing some research, we found Paws Chateau and thought it was worth giving a try due to the many positive reviews. I really liked that they had an initial first meeting/temperament test to see how your dog plays with other dogs. They had a board in the front welcoming him, which was so cute!! Our dog is very playful and he's a husky mix so he likes to play rough so I was pretty worried that it might be too much. Turns out I was worried about nothing because he played just fine! They had a tv in the drop off area for you watch the play area! That first day was also a free day camp/daycare day which was amazing. They told us we could come back in a couple of hours to pick him up so that was nice. Upon picking him up, they had a report card with comments of how he did. He was knocked out that night. Day comes where we leave him for the weekend. The drop off time is after 3PM so he did get some play time in. We had opted for the deluxe suite since that had a camera in his room and we were able to watch him overnight. He was pretty stressed that first night and was in and out of sleep, which had me worried as it was his first time boarding. But as the days passed, he definitely got better and would sleep through the nights just fine. When we dropped him off, I had asked if they could give him a bath when we picked him up and they were able to do that! I didn't ask for the price but honestly they did a great job. He smelled so good after. They had a promo at the time where if he stayed three nights consecutively the fourth night was free so we did that. So in total, it was $311 for four nights and one bath. They also had a report card for this stay which is now on the fridge. Honestly no boarding is perfect imo. But this place comes pretty close. I would absolutely come back again in the future because riku had such a great time! read more

My parents brought Queen, her puppy, to Paws Chateau to have her trained. She was abandoned by her previous family when she was 3 months old, so she is usually not trusting strangers and other dogs. They had tried other training places but none have been able to help Queen. My mother is very pleased to have found Paws Chateau. The staff here is very patient and kind. Ms. Louise was very kind and encouraging toward Queen. Ms. Madison was always attentive and caring. Mr. Todd is an excellent trainer. My mother is greatly pleased with his training method and Queen's behaviors. He makes them feel safe and at ease to bring Queen to class. Thank you, Paws Chateau, very much from our family! read more

I highly recommend Paw Chateau!!! I first contacted Louise and she took the time to go over all the details and answered all my questions.Todd did an amazing job training Marlin with basic commands, and taught us how to continue with the training at home. Todd trained Marlin to load up into the car, making it significantly easier for me to take him to the groomer or the vet. Normally, this process took at least an hour to plan out, but with the training, it only took less than two minutes for Marlin to hop in the car. read more

We sent our Frenchie, Athena, to the one-week board and train, and the results were nothing short of magic. Before training, she was an anxious, reactive little hell hound. We used to joke about telling people she was a rescue, even though we've had her since birth. It was that real. Since moving, her anxiety had gotten worse, and we were dealing with nipping, constant stress, and the looming fear that no one would be able to care for her if we traveled. From the start, the team made us feel seen and supported. No judgment, just solutions. They worked with Athena's personality, not against it, and she came back calmer, happier, and honestly... regal. They even sent a video of her calmly waiting for a command before fetching a toy. I had to double-check it was actually her. Now, she's less anxious when I leave the room, more responsive to boundaries, and I feel more confident in reinforcing her structure at home. To all the Frenchie parents out there dealing with chaos, this is your sign. They tamed our tiny Cerberus and gave us hope. read more

We love this place. Our dog has come here for doggie day care. Also, we boarded our dog here and feel like she is safe and cared for. There was a camera to watch her in her room and in the play area. Our dog is very attached to us so she has some seperation anxiety. We noticed she was back in her room and got worried so we called. Louise explained she wasn't eating a lot and they were trying to do many methods to get her to eat a little more. At night we even saw one of the staff sit on the floor in her room and try to hand feed her. We loved how they cared so much and were trying different methods to get her to eat more. We boarded her there again and she did much better. They have great events for the dogs and you can tell it's a place that they love dogs. read more

We take our dog Indie for daycare and in the beginning I was very nervous. Paws chateau has made things so easy and she absolutely loves going. Today, 5/6/26 around 10am, I brought my 8-month-old Pomeranian here for daycare and a "greet & meet," exactly like they instructed me to do when I first visited last Friday to check out the facility. When I arrived, one of the staff members tried to put a leash on my dog but couldn't, so she asked me to do it instead. I had no problem helping and put the leash on myself. However, as I was walking back to my car, she removed the leash for some reason, ran outside with my dog, and told me she couldn't take him, couldn't train him, and that I needed to find a private trainer instead. What confuses and frustrates me is that I specifically brought my dog here because I was looking for professional help with training and socialization. He's only 8 months old, and instead of even attempting to work with him, they immediately refused him over something as basic as putting on a leash. The entire experience felt unprofessional and poorly handled. They wasted my whole morning, and I ended up late for work because I planned my schedule around dropping him off here. A little communication, patience, or honesty upfront would have gone a long way. read more

Pause Château is such an amazing locally owned family business. We have been sending our dogs there for years for boarding and daycare and they are just the best. I can't say enough about my recent experience here! We were so impressed! We've taken our King Charles Cavalier to many places and this by far exceeded all of our expectations. Everyone is helpful and welcoming. The facility is clean and and they are very organized. I left my dog for the meet and greet and she had a great time! After picking her up after being boarded for five days, she was very happy and acted normal when we got home. She was exhausted from all of the playtime with all of her new friends. They are flexible and they have great hours. I highly recommend Paws Château for doggy daycare or boarding your dog. I am so grateful for my friend who told me about this business. My dog Breezy was so loved and well taken care of at Paws Chateau. This was her first time boarding and it was only for a few nights but she had so much fun and I don't think she wanted to leave. She cried when I put her in my car. I also want to mention this was a very last minute stay and every member at Paws Chateau that I spoke with and worked with over the phone was so helpful and kind. Hi! I'm not one to usually write reviews but I think it's sad that this place won't allow my dog to come all because he is a pitbull mix.. He is a highly trained therapy dog who goes to doggy daycare on a regular with no issues. Loves people, kids and dogs. We literally live in community that is setup for off leash, fun and doggy get togethers... I do understand they have a right to do as they please but im tired of the judgement of my breed when my dog is a good boy and I'm a responsible owner... also my dog is the one that always get the awards in school for being the best boy... He was used in puppy academy to train all the new puppies that came in. I feel these daycare should come at clients differently and if they are highly trained they know how to work with all breeds.. do better. I'm just disappointed because I just moved here and this was my first experience and it wasn't a good one read more

I have no words to describe how much Paw Chateau means to Elvis ( Aussie) and myself. I was in an accident and unable to have Elvis around me. Very disappointed in this place. I've been bringing my puppy golden retriever here for daycare almost every Wednesday for the last couple of months. No appt has been needed. All of a sudden today I showed up and the owner comes out and says to me we're not taking anymore for day care today. And that I needed an appointment. I said it would've been nice to let people know this ahead of time. She said it's on all our social accounts. Ok well what if we don't have them on social media?! I drove 20 min there to drop my dog off then had to drive home to drop her off and was late for work thanks to the unprofessionalism of this company. Needless to say I won't be back. And not to mention the dogs come home from there smelling like pee since they don't offer any grass just a dirty warehouse where they lay in their own urine all day. No thanks Update: after checking their social media page (Instagram) there is no mention they are full for daycare like I was told yesterday. Upon signing up at this facility I was told day care is walk in except Saturday's as their sign on the door says. This owner is a liar. Don't take your dog here. There are much better options nearby. read more

I am so grateful to Paws Chateau for the excellent care they provide for my dog Casey. She attends daycare regularly and benefits from the socialization, exercise and enrichment opportunities. She has also boarded many times and stays in a suite with walks & playtime. It is such a relief to know that she is well cared for, is safe and gets lots of attention. Louise and her staff go above and beyond with the care they provide and are always so friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and the dogs health is a top priority. Almost 3 years ago, Bear ---my slightly mixed & soon to be, 17-year old, Wheaton Terrier -charmed the Paws Chateau staff during his meet & greet. Both of us were excited and felt welcomed, with arms wide open (just like that song). Tonight, (Jan 14, 2023) Bear returned home after a luxurious, 3-day, 2-night vacation stay at Paws Chateau and, as usual, Paws e-mailed before we got home, thanking us for visiting. We used Paws Chateau for the first time for a 3 day/2 night stay. Our stay was unique because our little 3yo Bichon had knee surgery weeks ago. He had to stay in a suite the whole time, absolutely no play time with other dogs. When I picked him up, I was greeted with a lot of wonderful adjectives about my dog. I knew they spent a lot of time with him just by the way Louise talked about him. She said she couldn't wait for him to come back for a real play stay. Back story. When I called to ask about our unique stay, I was transferred to Louise. Her voice is very comforting, and you can tell she unquestionably loves her job. Louise took all the necessary information and asked for me to bring our dog in for a meet and greet. See how he likes to be handled by humans since he won't be around other dogs for play time. The moment she met my dog, she picked up on his ques right away. You can see the love right away. She definitely found her passion. I highly recommend Paws Chateau. I've experienced the small dog area, and I have a great friend who brings her bigger dog to the play and board here as well. Love this place. Thank you! read more

2 hour Meet & Greet. This is for the dog not the owner. You drop off your dog and are asked to come back in 2 hours. So what do I think; I don't know..... the lobby is cute and clean with no smell of dogs. This was very nice. There were a lot of papers to complete which would have been nice if available on-line prior to my visit. The staff seem friendly and when I picked up my pup he seemed fine with no distress. What I didn't like.... You cannot tour the facility. You drop off your dog and leave. For all I know he was locked in a kennel for the entire time. Although he seemed tired. I was not taken to see the play areas, any parts of the facility, or the other dogs. I did receive a report card type thing explaining how and what he did....ok. Difficult for me to assess as I really know nothing about the place. Parking is up the ramp to the free structured lot top floor all the way to the end. I cannot recommend at this time only because I just don't know. I have no pictures because I saw nothing but the front lobby and there are pics already posted. read more

Louise and Peter are very conscientious and keep in touch with you via email or text if you happen to be traveling out of the country, as we were when we went to Tahiti in April on a very long cruise. And we ended up being quarantined on the island in Tahiti for five extra days and they accommodated our needs extraordinarily! It was such a relief to not have to worry about our fur babies. This was not the first time we had a "extended" vacation unexpectedly as 2 1/2 years ago when we went to Las Vegas I ended up in the hospital with an appendicitis for an extra week. Before I write this review let me start by saying I am that crazy overprotective dog mom. Normally when I'm out of town a family member would watch my dog but since we will all be out of town together for 4th of July I had to board her for the first time. Trust me on this when I say I did A LOT of research. One of my clients had mentioned they heard Paws Chateau has a good reputation so I decided to look into them. They have a lot of positive reviews so I reached out to them. Louise, the owner, was quick to respond. She set us up for a meet and greet temperament test where Queenie would be drop off for 2 hours for them to access how she is with other dogs. Prior to this meet and greet they require certain vaccines/boosters which makes me feel safe that all dogs must be healthy and have up to date shots. Queenie did well during her temperament test and after touring the facility I decided I will choose them to board Queenie with. Unfortunately because it was a busy holiday weekend, they ran out of penthouse suite and deluxe rooms. I had to go with the standard but chose to add on some extra activities for Queenie. During the days leading up to drop off, I had a million questions and emailed them almost every other day. Louise and her staff were so accommodating and patient and answered all of the questions I had. When the day came for me to drop her off I was a nervous wreck! But they made the check in process super quick and easy. Before I knew it she was being carried back after saying goodbye. I immediately watched the doggie cam to ensure she was happy and sure enough my dog was running around, making new friends, and being happy. The next day I was about to email Louise to check up on Queenie but much to my surprise Louise had already sent me an email with an update and a few photos of Queenie. At that moment all my worries went away and I felt at ease as this is a business that not only goes above and beyond, but takes pride in their work. They genuinely care! I continued to watch Queenie on the doggie cam every day and she was enjoying herself so much. Checking out was just as easy as check in. We quickly paid and Queenie was brought out to us along with a report card of her stay. She was happy and fell asleep right after she came home from her festive weekend. This shows me that she had a lot of fun. I can't wait to use them again and Queenie cannot wait to come back. I am considering dropping her off occasionally for doggie day camp as it seems she has so much fun playing with her fur friends. Louise and her team really care about your dog's well being. I felt like Queenie was in great hands. 100% would recommend to everyone I know! read more
