I can't imagine leaving my dog someplace where I couldn't see where they would be kept during the day to play, nor were there cameras mentioned do as to watch the dog during the day. I was allowed to see the kennel area, which was appeared aged, dark and smelled heavily of well, dog! They must be doing something right based on the number of dogs! And, to be fair, my neighbor just loves this place. Maybe I missed something. For me, depressing, and dank. Your mileage will hopefully vary.

When I arrived, one of the staff members tried to put a leash on my dog but couldn't, so she asked me to do it instead. I had no problem helping and put the leash on myself. However, as I was walking back to my car, she removed the leash for some reason, ran outside with my dog, and told me she couldn't take him, couldn't train him, and that I needed to find a private trainer instead. What confuses and frustrates me is that I specifically brought my dog here because I was looking for professional help with training and socialization. He's only 8 months old, and instead of even attempting to work with him, they immediately refused him over something as basic as putting on a leash. The entire experience felt unprofessional and poorly handled. They wasted my whole morning, and I ended up late for work because I planned my schedule around dropping him off here. A little communication, patience, or honesty upfront would have gone a long way.

It was an unusual request, but we agreed. Unfortunately, the experience didn't match the expectations. The groomer arrived late due to issues with earlier appointments, which disrupted our afternoon. Once they arrived, getting our dog into the mobile unit was simple, and while he was understandably a little anxious with a new groomer and a new environment, nothing about his behavior was outside the norm. When the service was done, we were surprised to have the total was $170 instead of the quoted $129. An unexpected $30 "handling fee" was added, which didn't feel warranted. The groomer even mentioned he had video proof that our dog was "hard to work with," which made the interaction feel overly transactional rather than understanding. Given that they were late and used our electricity, the upcharges felt like bad business practice and made the originally attractive pricing feel misleading. On top of that, our dog was returned completely damp. The groomer towel-dried instead of using a dryer, and as a result, our dog smelled like damp fur--not even the scent of shampoo--for the rest of the day. Overall, the combination of lateness, unclear pricing, added fees, and the quality of the grooming left us disappointed. We had hoped for a better experience, but based on this visit, we'd recommend looking elsewhere
