    We've boarded our 2 cats (Georgia & Pacey) here three times already and Club Cat does not miss! Always such a warm and welcoming experience from the team at pickup. They are very thorough and ask all the right questions. They also confirm any add ons. We LOVE the virtual postcards and photos. Such a cute touch. We've added fur therapy for Georgia and happy hour for both but sometimes Pacey is too shy. Upon checkout, everything is all packed up and ready to go. The team goes over any add on charges before charging so you know what you are paying. I highly recommend Club Cat and the team here. It's always such a great feeling when going on a trip because we know they are in good hands!

    I boarded my cat here for two weeks because I had to travel internationally. The service was easy to book online. The workers were really friendly and helpful! They send you cute little postcards with updates and pictures. I was afraid my skittish cat wouldn't do well, but she adjusted after a few days. I loved that I could check in on her whenever I wanted through the camera. We had a great experience and definitely would use their services again. I would trust them with my furbaby again in the future. Thank you so much!

    A wonderful boarding experience for my cat Miss Emily. From the minute you walk in the door, you know you're in a special place. From the beautiful lobby that greets all the cats and owners to the well maintained rooms that the cats are in. They even have welcome signs when you're checking in to greet you and make you feel at home and at ease. They also write your cat's name on their room door and will add whatever special notes you want the staff to know. The staff were beyond friendly and seem to really care about the cats. They answered all of my questions and concerns that I had. I loved how they took me on a tour to see all the rooms and the cats who were there. They really went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. They even took the time to write out certain details about my cat on the door of her Econo cat room. They also allow as many personal items in their room as needed to make them feel comfortable. The digital postcards were the highlight for me that included pictures ands video showing me her playtime. It really seems like they care about their cats and that they are pet lovers. They did a thorough check when she was being checked in to be sure she was free of fleas and they didn't rush the checkout process to ensure that both cat and owner were happy. As someone who has experienced a less than ideal cat boarding facility, I would absolutely recommend coming here. It costs a bit more than the average boarding but it truly is a step above the rest.

    I can not express enough how amazing Club Cat is. I have boarded my cat here twice and I am beyond satisfied with how they cared for both him and me. At first I was hesitant because there were so many 5 star, I thought that there might be something else at play, but that is so far from the truth. I scheduled a time to visit the facility to see it, and they were so kind to show me around. The place smells fresh and clean, not at all like some of the other places I have been to with a lingering smell of litter boxes and fear. There was the sound of birds chirping, and cat tv setup everywhere for the cats to enjoy. The staff clearly cares for cats and seeing how they interacted with the cats as they walked by the rooms set me at ease. After my tour, I did book my cat for the AristoCat Experience. When we got there, he checked him for any signs of fleas or illness to protect all the other cats in the facility, and then showed us to his room, and let me help get it set up for him. My first time, I wish I had brought more blankets and toys, but I learned for my second visit. Once he was settled in, I went out and went over his care routines with the staff and they got me set up with the cat cast so I could watch him on the cameras. Though my cat was very scared, and did hide for most of the time, so I wasn't able to see him on the cameras, I was greatly comforted by being able to check in. Soon after dropping him off, I saw someone come in to talk to him, and when they saw he was afraid, they did get some extra blankets to make him a fort to make him more comfortable. His fear did make him avoid food at first, but the skilled staff stepped in and were able to entice him to eat. And when I checked the cameras I did see that he had eaten him food, usually during the night after they left, or during the quiet lunch break. He did have a visit in the Happy Hour room, which is an amazing space with plenty of room for a braver kitty to explore and get some extra energy out. The pictures that they sent me, and the notes in his voice were also a balm to my heart. I do not often have to leave my cats, and have always been able to have them cared for at home before, but that is just no longer an option for me. This was a perfect solution. When I picked him up, the staff was helpful and so kind. For my second visit, it was again, so much kindness I was better able to settle him in knowing more what to expect. He did come out more, and did seem to love his window view where he could watch the birds at the feeders outside, and to watch the cats across the hall. The experience was aimed right at me, from the rooms with names based on literature and puns, to the absolute care taken at every detail of the facility. I am so thankful to have found this place and can not say enough positive things about them.

    Hey this is Nina's dad lol. Shout out to your whole staff club cat usa. We were looking for the right place to find the cats a comfortable stay while we were on vacation for two weeks. We ended up finding club cat usa. Thank you so much for welcoming Nina and luna with open arms highly recommended this spot. 24/7 cameras to watch your cats so you won't be so worried or overthinking like me lol while on vacation. Just know they open there doors with open arms

    Such a positive experience! Club Cat is step way beyond just boarding your precious kitty. Clean, friendly, very upscale option for cat boarding! Ramses had a lovely time and he was very well taken care of Thanks to all the staff!!

    I recently went out of the country for 10 days and needed a place for my kitty, Quattro, to stay. I came across Club Cat and am so happy I did! They took great care of my little guy throughout the week. My favorite part was that I could check on him whenever I wanted through a webcam and Club Cat also sent me photos/videos of him to keep me updated. The entire booking process was so easy and the staff was extremely nice and were more than willing to answer any questions I had :) They also sent me home with a little postcard! I will absolutely be booking another stay here for Quattro. Thank you, Club Cat!

    Another amazing stay at club cat for Bobo ! Caretakers are so friendly and send postcards every two days . Loved watching her from the webcam on my phone . All the cats love the balcony and she must have had great conversations with the kitties in the other rooms cause she didn't wanna leave during checkout !

    Club Cat is committed to providing the very best of care and comfort to cats staying in the hotel! This was the very first time my cat would be away from home, so I wanted to make sure my cat would be comfortable, contented and safe at Club Cat. For those reasons, I asked for a tour of the hotel well ahead of my departure date. TOUR OF CLUB CAT: * All cat suites have HEPA filtration with climate-controlled air to provide a comfortable temperature for the cats. * The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Cleanliness, comfort, wellness and safety are top priorities at Club Cat. If you have special instructions for your cat (e.g., meal preparation), give them to the staff. For instance, I wanted my cat's canned cat food meals to be warmed in a microwave. Club Cat has a microwave. * Each cat suite contains its own litter box filled with new litter, plus separate feeding dishes for water, wet cat food and dry cat food. * You can bring some supplies for your cat (blanket, toys). To maintain cleanliness in each cat suite, the suites do not contain extra furniture, blankets, rugs or toys that may have been used by other cats that have already stayed at Club Cat in the past. As a result, the Club Cat staff can keep the cat suites clean and spacious for future guests, such as my cat. * For my cat's use and comfort, I brought a clean cat bed with a soft blanket, a small scratching board, a bath towel for use as a privacy curtain and a large cotton t-shirt with my scent on it so my cat could be comforted by my familiar presence, even though I was far away. * For the health and safety of all cats staying in the hotel, all cats must comply with Club Cat's health policies (rabies vaccination, flea prevention and FVRCP). All cats are checked for fleas before staying in the hotel. * The Club Cat staff is very patient, considerate, friendly and communicative. If you have questions or need help, ask the staff for assistance. They are attentive to details and want to make sure your cat is comfortable and contented in the cat hotel. RESERVATION FOR ARISTOCAT WINDOW SUITE: Following my tour, and after conversing with staff, I made a reservation for my cat to stay in an AristoCat standard window suite. It contained 2 windows, balcony cove and climbing ledges on the wall. It included a live webcam with night vision so I could check in on my cat while I was away. CHECKING-IN: When I checked my cat into Club Cat, I was already missing my cat, even though I hadn't even left her yet! After my cat was checked into the hotel and the Club Cat staff (Jessica, Shannon, Destiny) had reviewed her feeding instructions with me, I spent some quiet time alone with my cat before leaving her in the hotel for a week. I wanted to make sure my cat did not think I was abandoning her! Understandably, my cat was anxious because everything was totally NEW to her at the hotel - new sounds, new scents, new sights and new people. So, I spent 20 minutes alone with my cat in her suite. During this time, I was never rushed, nor interrupted, nor told "it's time to leave" by anyone. WEBCAM WITH NIGHT VISION: At any time of the day or night, I could check-in and see my cat with the 24/7 live webcam included with the AristoCat standard window suite package. On the very first day, my cat was naturally anxious because everything at Club Cat was totally unfamiliar to her. She was not hostile or defensive. She was probably wondering why she was suddenly away from her own home, and why was I not in the hotel suite with her? In recognition of this, the Club Cat staff did not force or push my cat to do anything she was not ready to do. Instead, they were very gentle, patient, calm and kind to her, and my cat was allowed to slowly adjust to her new environment, and on her own timeline. On the second day, my cat was much more relaxed in her window suite. She enjoyed being warmly greeted, spoken to, caressed and petted by the staff. She was purring, eating food, drinking water, and using her litter box. Most of the time, my cat was sleeping in her bed behind her privacy curtain or looking out the windows. She was shy and curious, but not anxious. With the night vision, I could see my cat's eyes glowing in the dark. The Club Cat staff was very attentive to my cat and spent quality time with her every day. My cat was surrounded by caring people and she was doing well in the hotel. CHECKING-OUT After settling my cat's account, I was ready to take her back home. I missed my cat and couldn't wait to hold her in my arms! When I first saw my cat, it was obvious she had received wonderful care at Club Cat. She was well-nourished, calm, alert and affectionate. She did not show signs of stress and she was clean, healthy, gentle and loving. My experience with Club Cat was outstanding, from start to finish! If I ever need to board my cat away from home in the future, I will contact Club Cat. Highly recommended!

    As our little Amelia is so shy, my husband and I were nervous about leaving her anywhere, until we found Club Cat. From the moment we walked in and met the staff, we knew she was in good hands. As you can see in the attached pictures, all kitties can either choose to lounge in their sleeping quarters, or they can hide out up top. When we noticed that she was having trouble coming down, the staff immediately took care of her. Every morning they helped her down. Next time, we hope Amelia will feel more confident navigating her way down the steps. She'll be bringing her new bff, Max, with her, too! Thank you, Club Cat!

    This place is AMAZING! I already hated the idea of having to board my cat for a few nights, but Club Cat made me so extremely comfortable having my cat stay with them. I got daily pictures and postcards from my cat, and there was also a camera in the room so I could check in on him at any time I wanted. Some room packages don't have cameras, so make sure you book the rooms that do because it made me feel so much better! I noticed my cat was really nervous and stayed in the same spot all day on his first day there, so I was very concerned about his lack of food and water intake. I messaged the wonderful staff at Club Cat about my concern, and they syringed some water into my cat's mouth (he's a very tolerant cat) to make sure he stayed hydrated while he overcame his nerves. They always updated me on if my cat had #1s and/or #2s in his litter both morning and night, and they regularly assured me that he was doing just fine! After day 1 passed, I was worried that he was not going to warm up to the room. The staff and Club Cat went back into their video footage of my cat in his room to show me that he was having the zoomies really early in the morning on day 2 to assure me that he is okay. The drop-off experience was great. I was able to bring him into his room and try to ease some of the initial stress. When I picked him up, they allowed me to go back and stay in the room with him to make sure he felt safe. If you need to board your cat anywhere, please do yourself a favor and book here!!

    Do you do medication administration if medication and instructions are provided?

    Yes but only if it is mixed in food or oral, transdermal or eye meds. We do not give any subcutaneous meds as a veterinarian must be present for that.

    Does this location have overnight staff to monitor the pets?

    We have Webcams for our customers in every suite which we monitor at nightnight, but we do not have overnight staff working at the hotel after hours.

    My puppy stayed for two weeks at Paw Sweet Paw, and I have to say the marketing does a better job…read morethan how the business actually operates. Prior to the stay, I was told first-timers get 1 week of free boarding. Knowing that we'd be out of the country for 2 weeks, this was perfect, on top of thinking the workers were nice. I also made sure they would be sending photo updates EVERY DAY via email and that there are cameras in the play area for us to check on him. As the front desk lady could tell, I made sure to make their lives easier, so I printed out 2 A4 sheets of things to know about my pup, being as detailed as possible so they wouldn't be confused about what to do since he's still a puppy. Two weeks later, we had to ask our friend to pick him up because they said no one could help release the pup on Easter Day. When they went to pick him up, both the bowl and the bed were missing, and they couldn't find them on the spot. They had to be delivered the day after, and ONLY because I made that phone call to confirm if they could find my puppy's bowl and his ginormous bed. During those two weeks, we clearly informed them that we would be out of the country and that SMS wouldn't work, yet they didn't remember until I emailed them, twice. Over the 15 days, I could barely see my pup on the camera, and I only received THREE email updates and one 10-second video of my puppy, which didn't even show anything meaningful. It felt like it was recorded just for the sake of sending something. One of the updates was also sent only after I emailed them the second time. Being told we'd be getting one week of free pet boarding for first-timers was WHY we chose to stay here. The staff also told us we could call for a refund if we were mischarged. Two weeks later, when we called, the lady told me they were going through reorganization, so workers were moving around, maybe that's why things were missing, and that the free first week only applied to daycare. I would have to speak to the manager about my concern. The manager obviously had the answer in mind and avoided my phone calls a couple of times, on top of my calls getting hung up more than 2-3 times during transfer. When she finally picked up, without hesitation to my question, she said she couldn't refund me for the first free week, but she could offer me a discount, or a free daycare day or some other discounts. Lol. What's the difference between giving me back a 1-week refund as your team promised versus a discount? Why not solve the problem instead of dancing around it? Why am I getting "punished" when your workers told me the wrong thing? Sure, you might lose a couple hundred bucks, but what's more valuable is that you're losing is a customer who will no longer trust your business, and the word-of-mouth effect that could've helped bring in more customers. As a business owner, you should understand better why pet owners trust you with their dogs and what they expect, especially in Orange County. Unfortunately, our first experience was horrendous and extremely disappointing. The level of disorganization and hassle is beyond disappointing. If you're looking for a pet boarding hotel, I strongly suggest finding somewhere else. Like the lady said, they're going through reorganization, so they might be too busy taking care of customers right now anyway.

Our little family includes George, our Frenchie who recently underwent back surgery, and Waldo, our Portuguese Water Dog/Poodle mix who struggles with extreme anxiety. Leaving them anywhere can be stressful for us, but Ian immediately put our minds at ease. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and, most importantly, genuinely wonderful with our dogs. He takes the time to understand their individual needs and treats them with such patience and care. With George's recovery and Waldo's anxiety, that extra attentiveness means everything to us. It's clear Ian truly loves what he does, and it shows in the way our pups light up when they see him. We keep coming back because of Ian and the way he treats George and Waldo. I'm sure the entire team is just as kind, but Ian consistently goes above and beyond, and we are so grateful to have found someone we trust with our babies.

Also, this is the only place where small dogs are considered to be up to 25 pounds. Other places I've been to will charge significantly more if your dog is just about 15 pounds.

We recently had an emergency with our oldest having constipation so we had to come in on a day when Dr. Andrew wasn't there. Dr. Seggerman was the veterinarian who helped my old boy clear his constipation and she was able to help him do so without sedation. She kept me updated throughout the day with his progress and was very patient with me. I know she is busy with many patients, so I really appreciate the time she took to talk to me and ensure that I knew what procedures were done and confirming the cost with me before proceeding. At pickup, Dr. Seggerman personally took the time to come out and talk to me for my fur babies discharge after her vet technician already came to give me the rundown. I am so thankful that now, I have another veterinarian whom I can trust will take good care of my fur baby and have the expertise in working with cats when Dr. Andrew is not in.

I had a situation that Kimberly helped us sort out so super grateful to her - clearly a dog lover too. What initially drew and kept us here were Dr Kathy and the great staff. Over the years, it's been different people at the front desk. Kimberly just reminds me why we have our dog here so kudos to her for listening and advocating.
