She…read moresent me a fairly mean text today (actually 2) ranting about how dare I post a negative review of her for not calling me back and then went on about her personal problems. I do understand bad things sometimes happen - but to send a mean text to a total stranger (who was prospect) is a big no no in business. I had to block her from my phone so that she would stop sending me angry texts. Look at the screenshots from my phone. Her phone number is the one that comes up. So, trust me, it's her. This person clearly has a volatile temper and I'm relieved she didn't call me back - as I would never want her in my home, let alone, take care of my kitties.

She recommended our vet to me as well, and I have been so happy with the vet she suggested! She actually gave multiple recommendations so i have back ups if needed. She's cared for my 3 cats multiple times and I can tell my kitties love her, which is the most important thing! She always sends me pics and keeps me updated while I'm away. She cared for my senior cat when she was sick and in her final week and gave me detailed updates so I knew when to cut my trip short to some home to her, cared for my new kitten, cleaned up broken glass and a lot of kitty barf, cleaned up when ants where going after the cat food, and showed my kitties lots of love! I always come home to empty trash cans, clean litter boxes and happy kitties. She even gave me a housewarming gift and gifted my kitties Christmas treats and toys! Christina is wonderful and I trust her 110% with my kitties and my home. I appreciate her so much because as much as I miss my kitties when away, I have peace of mind knowing she's there to keep them happy and safe! When my kitties broke a vase and she came in to broken glass everywhere, she let me know right away and made sure my cats were OK and had no cuts first, then did a wonderful job cleaning up (I didn't find any glass when I got home!) And she's just a nice person too - whenever I'm on the phone with her, we always end up chatting about her kitties too, so I know she's truly a "cat person" (which not all my pet sitters have been.) Cannot recommend her enough! Be sure to schedule as early as possible, she's so great the holidays and peak vacation times always book up quickly!

The staff is top notch with care, kindness, compassion, and thoroughness. The staff is so attentive, and you can reach out via text or calls or emails and they are on top of getting back to you. Which is important when you have questions and concerns. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Burner. I feel he goes above and beyond. He's so compassionate when things are tough and scary, and seems to really celebrate with you when there are even small victories and improvements with your pet. I've had some serious up and down scares, and the loss of a pet, and he and his staff have been so supportive through it all. The vet techs and front of house staff really make you feel welcome and do their best to answer questions, and even comfort you. I've had my fair share of tears there and all the staff has just been incredible. Shout out to Shana, she's a true rock star in that office! My friends with cats, even if they have a vet they like for their other animals, I rave and recommend Dr. Burner for their cats, it makes a huge difference having someone who specializes in cats, he caught the cancer immediately that my last vet dismissed as a bad tooth. Getting on top of that ASAP gave me more time with my Ramsay. Again, the best there is! We love Dr. Burner!

Whether it be for one day or multiple days, choosing the right place is difficult. But, let me make it easier for you cat mom/dads. This IS the place. Prior to leaving our cat here for our 4 day, out-of-state vacation, we were allowed to tour the facility. It was clean and well kept, there was a TV playing media for cats, and there was a play area as well. Each room is equipped with its own web cams that the owners can view at any time to check on their furry feline. We provided the food and schedule for him as well as anything else they needed to know. During our vacation we received "post cards" from our cat with a photo/video of him as well as a lovely little note on each one. We checked on our cat frequently on the web cam and noticed that the workers are thorough with cleaning, and they frequently played with our cat by taking it out to the play area and giving him attention. We were running a little bit late on our return flight, but they were accommodating with us on the pickup. We received a photo of him in a little cardboard standing frame when we got him as well :).

It's clear just how much thought and care has gone into planning the optimal experience for the cats and their owners. There were so many nice touches from the welcome board, the pun-ny postcard updates and adorable photos, 24/7 webcam, the fact that they noticed my cat was a little skittish and brought her a little cat cave bed to hide in, the bird feeder outside, and the printed photo and catnip gift at the end... I also appreciated the easy online registration, informative emails, organized check-in/ check-out process, attention to detail, and the comfort of knowing an emergency vet was housed in the same complex. It was also evident that everyone who works there really loves cats. My cat really enjoyed the fur therapy, but she was a little too shy to partake in the play room. Maybe next time! All in all, we had an incredible stay and would recommend Club Cat without hesitation!
