I'd give 10 stars if I could. I've had 4 cats total in my adult life, have 3 of them still now, and couldn't imagine taking them anywhere else. The staff is top notch with care, kindness, compassion, and thoroughness. The staff is so attentive, and you can reach out via text or calls or emails and they are on top of getting back to you. Which is important when you have questions and concerns. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Burner. I feel he goes above and beyond. He's so compassionate when things are tough and scary, and seems to really celebrate with you when there are even small victories and improvements with your pet. I've had some serious up and down scares, and the loss of a pet, and he and his staff have been so supportive through it all. The vet techs and front of house staff really make you feel welcome and do their best to answer questions, and even comfort you. I've had my fair share of tears there and all the staff has just been incredible. Shout out to Shana, she's a true rock star in that office! My friends with cats, even if they have a vet they like for their other animals, I rave and recommend Dr. Burner for their cats, it makes a huge difference having someone who specializes in cats, he caught the cancer immediately that my last vet dismissed as a bad tooth. Getting on top of that ASAP gave me more time with my Ramsay. Again, the best there is! We love Dr. Burner! read more

I took my cat in today for a check up and routine vaccinations, and found a cyst on his stomach. It was unclear if it was benign or malignant, so Dr. Hopkins said she would aspirate it to see if it was bacteria or something else. It turned out just to be fluid and it went way down, so I was really relieved. And he didn't have a reaction to the injections as he usually does, so I am very happy. I have been taking him there for medical treatment and boarding since 2019, and the staff are the best I've encountered anywhere. It's the Taj Mahal for cats. The care and love that Cat Clinic showed us and our 22-year old kitty Bubba was second to none. Unfortunately, we only had one visit with Cat Clinic before our little man passed, but the care and love that the team showed our family was truly memorable. Dr. Burner and team spent over two hours with us, troubleshooting and building a plan for getting our little man back on track. His condition would worsen over the weekend and we had to say goodbye to him before his CC procedure, but after word of his passing, we received the most beautiful card from CC, signed by every member of the team, with a personal note from each of them...after only having met Bubba one time. I recently left my kitty with Cat Clinic for boarding and she was there for over a week. It was the first time Tobi had been boarded and the staff made things easy. Upon picking her up, she was happy and several staff told me what a pleasure she was as a guest. All fees were explained up front as was their anti flea policy. The vet kept recommending us to feed our cat wet food, even though he was continuously getting sick. We took him to a different vet and was told our cat is allergic to something in wet food and to change his diet immediately. I had made an appointment to get my other cat up to date on her shots before flying out of state, and the cat clinic was giving out information to my ex even though he was NOT allowed to have any info given since he is NOT listed on the file as the cat caregiver and then cancelled the appointment for her shots last minute before I fly out. Totally disrespectful to give someone information about my pet when it was not allowed. They violated patient confidentiality. read more

Dr Evans saw Maggie Mae for a pronounced limp. The Doc wasn't able to see her limp, as Maggie only slinked (slunk?) across the floor. She asked me to send videos of Maggie walking, which I did. I learned that Maggie is older than our former vet's assessment. I also learned that she has a heart murmur and serious dental disease. I'm grateful to Dr Evans and the Cat Clinic for doing a thorough examination. Maggie Mae deserves the best of care - as do all cats. We found the place that could give them that care. I don't fault the Cat Clinic in the least for their pricing policies. I find them to be fair. It's only my circumstances that require me to save for a Senior Screen, a thorough set of blood tests. That'll be required if NSAIDs help her pain to subside and we decide to keep her on them. Finally, the Cat Clinic has a stringent Covid policy in place. Clients aren't allowed in with their pets. I was perturbed at first; once I got over that, I was merely dismayed. Policy notwithstanding, I was upset that I couldn't go in to be a comfort to Maggie. I wasn't afraid the doc and staff wouldn't be gentle. I knew they would be. And truth be told I am grateful for this policy, for all of their clients who will be protected. Dr. Burner is the best veterinarian I've ever encountered. He's very thorough, and he's so great at explaining everything and letting you know all your options. He did a small surgery on one of my cats because I was worried about a little lump on her head. My cat is very fearful in general, so I was relieved that she seemed pretty relaxed after the operation and not at all afraid to return to the Cat Clinic to get her stitches out. Recently, I moved out of the area, so we had to get a new vet, but I miss Dr. Burner. It's hard to explain why, but he's really one-of-a-kind. Dr. Evans quickly diagnosed and relieved our Scout's urinary crystal issues after several other vets said the bladder issue was behavioral and that I should consider rehoming. Dr. Burner was so kind, patient, and responsive in guiding care for our 18 year old Greystoke, who recently crossed the rainbow bridge from kidney disease. My only regret is that we didn't find these amazing vets until relocating here from the Bay Area. I feel guilty that my cats failed to have the same standard of care while living up north. Staff always are kind and accommodating, getting us in quickly for emergencies, dispensing meds and food. They were so caring to us when Greystoke passed. Love this practice. read more

This appointment was set up in advance and I was told I had to complete new intake forms 48 hours prior to her appointment. Well Shana, stated that she sent multiple reminders (untrue) and was threatening to cancel my cat's appointment a week prior to the appointment because the intake forms aren't completed and they have other people that they need to give my cat's appointment too. Shana and Tracy both laughed at my over the phone when I shared that you can't just threaten to cancel and stated that they care more about themselves than cat owners and pets. Okay!?! Clearly if there's ever an issue here you'll get laughed at and your pets will not get the respect and care they deserve. After that unpleasant phone call, I went on the PetDesk app and the forms were already completed! I completed them when I initially requested the appointment. TERRIBLE. They wonder why no one shows up to their appointments (which she mentioned on the phone). There are other cat specialist in the area, if you love your cats please DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. The practice owner, Tracy and her staff do not care about the well being of cats and enjoy stressing out the cat owners! Dr. Steinberg and the staff are just amazing. During the pandemic, I adopted an eight week old kitty from the shelter. A few days later, the kitty developed fevers and chills. I called the Cat Clinic and even though they were fully booked, they told me to come in and will somehow squeeze us in. And it's a good thing we got in because the kitty was diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia. Had it not been for Dr. Steinberg's treatment plan and Ashley getting us in on such short notice, I'm certain he would not have made it through. We recently had a very distressing situation with our three year old kitty. What we thought was constipation turned out to be kidney cancer. Dr. Steinberg took care of our Princess after her diagnosis. She was wonderful to us. Explained everything that was going on with Princess. The decision was made by Princess' family after three days to let Princess go to kitty heaven. If you need somewhere and someone to trust for your cat, this is the place. My cat had flea problems and is highly allergic to them so I noticed a patch of her fur was missing and kept getting worse. I took her to this vet and was welcomed in with bright smiles by the receptionists. Very kind people they have working the front. I got Dr Burner as our veterinarian and he is very very thorough and answered every question we had. He recommended the best medicines to resolve our problems. Another place wanted a full veterinary exam before they would board her for the day. I found Cat Clinic online and called about pricing. They were affordable and sent me all the forms I needed to fill out promptly through email and required her vaccination status to be up to date. The atmosphere inside was really cool with products for purchase. The front desk staff were very nice, although my kitty is not the sweetest when she is out of her comfort zone. I was lucky enough to see the "suite" she was in, which was essentially two pen enclosures put together. Although Sansa was not the best boarder, I appreciated that the staff tried to make her as comfortable as possible. In the event my own clinic is closed like it was that day when I needed to board her, I will for sure be coming back. Thank you for taking her! read more

I am blown away with this vet office. I went here today because my precious little kitty is sick and as soon as I walked in the door, I could tell this vet was different. The office is immaculate, the staff is incredibly kind and you can tell they love cats as soon as you walk in. It's actually very calming in there - which is crazy because it's a VET. The doctor was so thorough and gentle with my cat and she was happy to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. My cat stayed calm and relaxed the entire visit, which that alone was soothing because she's been so sick. I honestly had no idea there were vet offices like this! They gave me a tour of the facility beforehand so I would have an idea of where my cat would be staying and how he would be handled. (It's also a plus getting to pet the resident cats.)
