When I first spoke with Lynn, she suggested that her son, Jared, meet Briar before we left. At their very first meeting, Jared was able to take Briar for a successful walk. We met with him several more times before our daughter's wedding, and with his calm, patient approach, Briar became more comfortable each visit. By the time we left for the wedding, Jared was walking all three dogs together--and Briar didn't even need her muzzle. I can't thank TLC, Lynn, and especially Jared enough. Jared was absolutely wonderful with all of our dogs, and his kindness, confidence, and understanding of Briar made all the difference. He completely eased our worries about leaving them while we were away, and we're so grateful that he'll continue helping us work with Briar. If you're looking for someone who truly understands dogs and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend TLC Pet Sitting. Thank you, Lynn and Jared, for your exceptional care and for giving us such peace of mind!

On Friday, I brought my dog, Jayden, in because I was concerned about something black in his ears. Unfortunately, they wouldn't examine his ears during that visit and required me to schedule another appointment. Fine. I understood and scheduled one for Sunday. Unfortunately, I made an honest mistake and mixed up the appointment times. I had 5:30 saved in my phone instead of 3:45. Around 4 p.m., Cheyanne from the front desk called to ask whether we were still coming. When I explained the mix-up, she was incredibly understanding and told me that if we could head over right away, they would still see Jayden. I was so relieved and grateful! My husband immediately got Jayden into the car and headed there, which is only about eight minutes away. I called the office to let them know he was on his way and would be there in 7 or 8 minutes. That's when everything changed. Suddenly, Delilah, the receptionist, told me we would have to reschedule. I explained that Cheyenne had JUST called and specifically told us to come in, which was the ONLY reason my husband rushed out the door with our dog. She put me on hold, came back, and said the doctor had changed her mind and would not see him. I was in tears by then. I begged her to reconsider. I explained that Jaden was already almost there, that I had been trying to get his ears examined since Friday, and that this was an honest scheduling mistake. I wasn't asking them to stay late or make some extraordinary accommodation. I was asking them to honor what they had literally just told us they would do. There was absolutely no compassion, no understanding, and seemingly no concern whatsoever for my dog. After I pleaded with her again, she put me on hold for several minutes, only to return with the same cold response: we would have to reschedule. My husband arrived with Jaden and was turned away. Let me be clear: I take full responsibility for mixing up the appointment time. If they told me during the initial phone call that we needed to reschedule, I would have understood completely. Mistakes happen. But that is NOT what happened. They specifically told us to come in, rushed Jayden to their office, and then refused to see him when he arrived. To make matters worse, the complete lack of empathy while I was visibly upset and pleading for my dog's care was appalling. I am absolutely disgusted by how we were treated. We have been loyal customers, and I genuinely expected better. We will be finding a new veterinarian. Not because I missed an appointment, but because of how this office handled the situation afterward. What an incredibly disappointing way to lose a longtime customer.

We adopted her just under two years ago and fell in love with her on the spot, but, she was a wild lady. A crazy silly Minnie girl. On walks, she dragged me constantly and would lunge after dogs; thank God for that leash. I dreaded going on walks. If we opened the front door, she would run outside, terrifying us. So something had to be done. And then we found the OC Dog ranch. Now that she's been brainwashed I mean properly trained... she's still the same sweet Minnie girl but now, it's a night and day different experience. Our walks are delightful; I look forward to them instead of dreading them. It's now the peaceful meditative experience a dog walk is always supposed to be for both of us. She walks right by my side, never lunges, sits properly, and doesn't freak out when other dogs who clearly need your services act like psychos. When the front door opens, she sits and behaves. She responds to commands...she still hates squirrels as she should... again, we loved her the day we met her, but we find ourselves loving her more and more every day and her training certainly has something to do with that. We are so grateful. Thank you.

When I picked him up, I saw that not only did he love the people, he played with other dogs too! That's the first time I have ever heard of Val playing with dogs. Considering he was only there for the day, Yas and his team must have spend a lot of time with him, patiently helping him get comfortable. I have never, ever, seen my dog adapt so quickly and completely. The details: When I called, Yas answered the phone and was very kind and helpful. He didn't seem bothered at all when I mentioned Val being reactive, explaining that dogs are often that way initially but usually get comfortable after some time, and that there was a private room if Val needed it. When we met him, he was SO good with Val! I've never seen someone react so calmly and fearlessly around him. I had been terrified that with Val nonstop barking, he would be turned away, but within about 10 minutes, after Yas led him on a short walk, Val was mostly calm. I immediately felt reassured. It was clear that Yas really understands dogs and believes all dogs are inherently good. I love that Barking Bliss has an app! It made it super-easy to create a profile for my dog, make an appointment, and upload his vaccination records. Mid-day I received a text with a picture of Val! It's awesome that they take the time to take pictures (and sometimes video) and proactively share that with the pet-parent. It was reassuring to see him sitting nicely, and know he was being paid attention to. Barking Bliss blew our minds. We will definitely be back and I know Val will be happy to see his new friends again!
