He's onsite the whole time, answers all our questions and his crew knows what they're doing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kyle and will be using him again. He's my tree guy now.

Not only was our yard ruined by him and his crew, he had to come back to fix an issue that his guys messed up on. After the issue was "fixed" a few days later the concrete he poured and repaired is now cracking. After reaching out to David to see what could be done, he said that he could not give me a partial refund due to him giving me a good price. I did mention to him that my spouse does not want him or his crew back since this whole fiasco. I gave him the opportunity since he claimed to be a legit business to come to a solution but I was only then accused of short changing him when both the bank and my self verified the cash that was given to him. I still don't understand why nothing was not said then why bring it up when I send pictures of the cracked concrete. Shady business man if that is what you want to call it. Stay clear!!

WATCH OUT. RIP OFF. David tried to charge me $500 AN HOUR++ for BASIC LANDSCAPING. What really…read morebothered me about this transaction was that he gained my trust by doing a few other projects at a reasonable rate before trying to massively rip me off. I asked David to spread some rocks on a small area of our yard. I have done such tasks many times myself, including buying bulk rocks from Whitlesleys, and had a good idea of the cost of materials and amount of time the job would take. However, I was busy and wanted to turn over all my landscaping needs to someone else. The job should not take more than $150 in materials and four hours of work for the small area behind our pool I had in mind. It took no special skills. David's price? $2,150. $2,000 for labor alone divided by 4 hours is $500/hour. I had someone else come out and they are going to do it. Their quote? $280 for the whole project. Compare that with David's $2150 for the same project. This was after he had already come to my house and done a slightly high priced but good job mowing my lawn and spreading my mulch on two visits. I told him we planned to hire him as our main person for weekly service on account of the decent job he had done on the last two visits and he seemed to think we were now captives and he could gouge me for price. When I confronted him on his price being out of line he had no explanation. I promptly fired him from his weekly job for trying to rip ups off and not being trustworthy.

A huge shoutout to Ray and his team for their exceptional service!…read more Just before the freeze, a large branch fell uncomfortably close to our house, prompting a closer look at our centuries-old tree. We found a weak spot where another massive branch could have caused serious damage. Ray was incredibly professional, using a lift to safely access and remove the problem areas. The process was smooth, and his crew left no trace of debris behind. He did an excellent job with the tree cutting. We're so grateful he fit us in on short notice at a fair price. Highly recommend! PS - while he was working on the tree, Ray identified a hole in our roof that isn't perceivable from the ground and immediately sent me multiple photos/videos. We were able to get it repaired before the hole escalated into a disaster. I really appreciate him looking out for us!

You won't do better than Ray Williamson. We had another tree company come in the past around 2008…read moreto raise the canopy over our yard. They did an ok job. Then a few years later we needed to do the same and I shopped 3 services. Ray Jr. was one of those 3, and I just had a good feeling about him after walking my property with him, price was agreeable, and they later did a dynamite job while I was at work. My wife filled me in, and Ray followed up to make sure I was pleased. In 2014 we had a major sycamore branch land on the house. I got tree removal permits for that front-yard tree and another in the back and called Ray. He took care of those two 30+" trees while I was at work. Again it was a great job complete with stumping and a follow up to make sure I was pleased. This year, 2021, we needed 4 sycamores removed due to a large fallen branch and evidence of eminent failure (see 2014 above). I got the permits from the City, then went to the play book and called Ray. He and his team were here this past week to take the 4 sycamores out while I happened to be off and at home for the week. My jaw absolutely dropped when I saw with my own eyes how hard Ray and his team worked! I'm a hard worker, but after what I saw this week I need to re-evaluate my commitment to everything I do in life; apparently I am able to dig deeper! Same familiar ending, the yard looked great (better than when they arrived in some spots), and Ray wanted to make sure I was happy. Best money I've ever paid!

Joshua sent me a copy of his liability insurance, and I called the insurer and they confirmed that it's current. I asked for Worker's Compensation insurance and he said he doesn't have it, but he'd be willing to sign a waiver. I wrote one up and he signed it. When I hired him on Friday he said they'd be there next week. On Wednesday he called and said they'd be there the next morning. The arrived at 7:45, but didn't start chainsaws until 8:00, respectful of the noise ordinance. The tree they removed was hanging over my house. I was worried about big chunks falling onto the roof, but that never happened. I watched the crew of five work for a while, they were clearly skilled, and tied the parts they were cutting with a rope so that they couldn't fall on the roof. Two hours to cut down a large tree with a double trunk, then another hour to get all the pieces loaded in the trailer. They then ran a leaf blower to clean up. Done by 11:15. I tipped each of the crew $20.
